浙江德卡控制阀仪表有限公司是国家高新技术企业，专门从事控制阀的设计研发、生产销售、运保和检维修，产品包括：调节阀、闸阀、球阀、蝶阀、低温阀以及特殊阀门。本公司也是中国石化集团、中国石油天然气集团、中国海洋石油总公司、中国航空油料集团、中国化工集团、中海壳牌有限公司等供应商入网单位。公司坐落于山清水秀的浙江省温州市文成县经济开发区，厂区占地面积近39000平方米，建筑面积20000平方米。

本公司已先后通过中华人民共和国特种设备制造（压力管道元件）A1、A2、B级许可证，ISO9001国际质量体系认证，美国石油学会API6D、API600、API609认证，API607、API6FA阀门耐火试验认证，德国TUV产品安全功能等级SIL3认证，俄罗斯CU-TR认证。取得环境管理体系认证证书（ISO14001）、职业健康安全管理体系认证证书（ISO45001)，HSSE健康安全环境、管理体系评审证书；2018年主持起草并发布浙江制造团体标准《石油、石化、天然气及相关工业用气动调节阀》、《石油、石化及相关工业用气动球阀》：2019年取得文成县县长质量奖，温州市两化融合示范企业，2020年通过浙江制造品字标认证、参与制定《直行程电动执行机构》、《低温蝶阀》两项团体标准、《工业阀门的逸散性试验》、《工业阀门压力试验》两项国家标准。公司先后获得66项国家专利（4项发明、59项实用新型、3项软件著作权），2项瑞安市科技进步奖、1项海外发明专利，1项新产品被列入瑞安市科技计划，22个产品通过省级新产品鉴定，1项产品列入温州市专利产业化，2017、2018、2019、2020年连续4年获得文成种子资金项目，1项新产品列入温州市重大项目。
