TOUGHING FILM OF PRE-COATING TECHNOLOGY

TPCT膜

即强韧PVC预涂膜。采用特殊UV涂料结合涂装设备对PVC耐磨层进行涂层处理，使PVC膜达到良

好的哑光效果，并具备优秀的耐磨耐刮擦性，可直接与PVC基板压贴得到PVC地板成品，简化

PVC地板生产制造工艺，适用于挤塑机在线贴合成型和热压贴合成型工艺的LVT、SPC地板。

TPCT film stands for Toughing PVC Film of Pre-Coating Technology. It employs specialized UV coatings in

conjunction with coating equipment to treat the PVC film, thereby endowing the PVC film with an excellent

matte finish and superior resistance to wear and scratches. Such treated PVC film can be directly laminated

onto a PVC substrate to yield finished PVC flooring, streamlining the manufacturing process of PVC floors. It

is applicable to both extrusion and hot press lamination processes for the production of LVT and SPC

flooring.

COMPOSITE FILM OF PRE-COATING TECHNOLOGY

即PVC复合预涂膜，采用特殊UV涂层对PVC膜进行表面处理，使其

具有抗刮、耐污、抗菌等功能性，然后通过高温贴合机与各类印刷

装饰膜进行贴合，贴合同时采用压纹辊进行压纹处理即得到CPCT

膜。可根据市场需要提供多种纹理选择，如，一字纹、大理石纹、

木纹、磨砂纹等。

CPCT film represents Composite PVC Film of Pre-Coating Technology . A

specialized UV coating is applied to the surface of the PVC film, imparting

functionalities such as anti-scratch, stain resistance, and antimicrobial

properties. This treated PVC film is then laminated to various printed

decorative membranes using a high-temperature lamination machine,

while simultaneously undergoing embossing via an embossing roller to

yield the CPCT film. A variety of textures can be offered according to market

demand, including straight-line patterns, marble patterns, woodgrain, and

frosted finishes, among others.
