深达威热像头是一款超小型专业测温热像头，采用12微

米高性能红外探测器和ASIC芯片，具有体积小、重量轻、

功耗低、性能强等优势，直连手机，一插即用，精准测温。

个人消费：家用测温、水电暖分布及故障检查、拍照娱乐、

出差防窥、寻找动物等；

工业工程：PCB检修、管道检查、设备检修、发热报警、助

力养殖、热图分析等。

本产品需要与安卓手机软件配套使用，用户可以通过软

件来控制本产品，实现红外拍照、红外测温等一系列的功能。

请扫描下方二维码，获取最新版本软件。

2. 使用准备

2.1. 软件下载

装箱清单

在设备插入前，请确认手机设置中OTG数据交换功能

已开启。部分手机OTG功能默认打开，无需手动设置。

当设备插入且被手机正常识别时，手机会弹出如下图提示，

选择确定即可。

打开软件时如果无法检测到设备，手机界面如下图，此时

部分功能禁用。

在软件安装完成后，请确认APP所需各权限均已允许，

否则部分功能可能无法正常使用。其中，手机存储权限用

于管理红外相册，相机用于调用可见光摄像头，录音用于

录像功能，电话权限用于存储图片信息。

简易

软件主界面分上下的功能区和中间的图像区。上方功能区

包括①个人中心、②测温设置、③双光设置、④快门开关；

下方功能区包括⑤伪彩、⑥拍照、⑦录像、⑧相册；图像

区用来显示红外成像、测温结果等信息。

个人中心菜单下包含帮助、关于、设置和意见反馈。

图片旋转下，可进行红外成像的左右翻转，可进行可

见光相机调用的前后翻转。当设备镜头方向与屏幕方向一

致时，红外翻转选择“开”，可见光翻转选择“关“，此时画面

为自拍镜像。当镜头与屏幕方向相反时，红外翻转选择”关“，

可见光翻转选择”后“，此时画面为后置摄像头成像。

测温修正功能中，用户可选择在默认模式下进行参数

调节，也可以新增自定义模式并修改模式名称和参数，选

择已定义好的模式以快速切换不同场景的测温需求。

默认模式与自定义模式的区别：默认模式不可删除，

可恢复到产品预设的测温参数；自定义模式最多可添加10种，

可以全部删除，点击该模式名称可以修改命名，最多输入6

个字符。

辐射修正：可选择八种常见物体表面辐射率，以及添加

自定义物体表面。辐射率的可输入范围为0.01～1.00。

距离修正：通过输入待测物体距离，进行测温修正。距

离可输入范围为0.2m～5m，5米以外可选择5m，但无法保

证测温精度。

环温修正：通过输入当前设备使用环温来进行测温修正，

输入范围为设备可使用温度范围。

当前支持软件中英文版本切换，同时默认会跟随手机系统

语言

高温报警：输入阈值并保存，当画面中有温度超过阈值时

手机会有警报提示。

低温报警：输入阈值并保存，当画面中有温度低于阈值时

手机会有警报提示。

（5）报警设置

该功能为软件去噪算法开关，有一定的图像效果提升能力。

但该功能会加速耗电，且配置较低的手机可能会出现卡顿

情况。该功能默认关闭，用户需要根据实际应用情况选择

是否开启。

为用户提供联系我们的渠道。

当前测温模式分为两种，一种为简易测温，一种专业测温，

可以通过上方状态控件来进行切换。

（6）图像优化

3.2.4. 意见反馈

简易测温模式下，无需额外操作，默认显示画面中最

高温、最低温和中心点温度；也可以在画面中进行拖动画

框，实时显示框内最高温和最低温。测温框可进行拖动和

拉伸，点击框内任意一点，可以删除测温框。

专业模式下，支持最多三点、三线、三框测温，线框显示

最高最低温度和平均温度。

当选择点测温时，才可对测温点进行新增或拖动，点

击已有点可单独删除。其他测温控件同理。

长按左上角的测温信息，可以修改对应测温内容备注，

如可以将R2修改为“R2：体温正常的脸”，最多输入6个字符。

等温尺功能可以在非白热、黑热的伪彩下应用，用于

凸显重点关注的温区。选中的部分以伪彩显示，未选中的

部分以白热显示。当等温尺上下状态为“动”时，调节左侧

黄色滑块，可以选择伪彩显示的温度范围；当等温尺上下

状态为“锁”时，对应的最高温或最低温会随画面中实际温

度进行调整。

双光功能会在画面显示区域开小窗，同步显示手机

相机拍摄的画面。小窗可拖动。

点击画面中的反转标志，可以切换手机前后摄像头。

红外画面的左右翻转请在个人中心-设置-图像翻转中进

行切换。

点击最右侧垃圾箱形状控件可以将点线框全部清空。

3.4. 双光功能

如果红外画面显示效果较差，或测温出现明显偏差，

可以点击快门开关，通过打快门的方式，刷新红外成像

效果。

在系统预设条件下，设备也可能会自动打快门，以提

示图像质量。

3.5. 快门开关

软件预设有白热、黑热和其他伪彩模式。用户可根据

自身喜好或不同使用场景，选择不同的伪彩效果。伪彩不

影响测温，但等温尺功能仅在非白热黑热的伪彩下生效。

另外，由于彩色为后期渲染，数据处理后可能有损，

因此原始白热下图像最为清晰。

点击拍照，可将显示区红外画面、可见光画面（双光

打开）和测温元素（测温打开）全部拍下，存储到相册中。

4. 注意事项

1. 请不要把产品放在潮湿的地方或者用水冲洗，避免造成

漏电或者电路短路。

2. 本产品对热辐射敏感，无论是否正在使用，请勿将镜头

长时间对准太阳或其他300℃以上热源。

3. 使用完毕之后请放回产品配套收纳袋或收纳盒内进行保存。

4. 严禁私自拆开外壳，避免引起设备故障。

5. 镜头部分与typeC连接器部分均为易损坏位置，请勿敲击、

撬动、戳破或划伤。

APP相册中，所有照片和视频均有分享和删除功能，

可查看照片信息。如照片为本机拍摄的纯红外图像，可

在相册中进行二次伪彩和测温编辑。

5. 常见问题解答

1. 问：为什么SW-8256A插到手机上后，没有任何反应？

答：请按以下顺序逐步排查：

a）确认您的手机为安卓6.0以上机型；

b）确认您的手机设置中是否有OTG选项，是否出于打

开状态。OPPO、VIVO、一加、Realme、iQOO等机型

中，请在设置中搜索“OTG”，需进行手动打开，且10分钟

未使用会自动关闭。其他大部分机型中，OTG功能默认

开放，直接使用即可。

c）确认您已下载“深达威热像头”APP，并授予APP所有必

要权限；

d）重新插拔SW-8256A，如果仍然没有反应，请联系售

后人员进行处理。

2. 问：画面变糊、测温不准怎么办？

答：由于非制冷型红外探测器的工作特性，需要每过

一段时间对画面进行快门更新，即点击右上角快门图标。

这样有利于获得更清晰的图像，以及更准确的温度。

3. 问：SW-8256A是否能观察水下、玻璃窗外、衣服下、皮

肤下的场景？

答：SW-8256A主要探测8~14um的长波红外区域，无法

透过水面和普通玻璃进行观察，也只能测到衣服表面和

皮肤表面的温度。

4. 问：为什么测人体体温时不是36度？

答：人体不同部位温度不同，而额头、脸颊、四肢等经

常暴露在外的皮肤，受环境温湿度和体表油脂汗液影响

较大，正常不会高于36度，长时间在寒冷的户外时，体

表测到10度以下也属于正常情况；而皮肤暴露在阳光下

一段时间后，温度往往会高于36度，甚至达到40度。如

果要用SW-8256A测人是否发烧，建议测量口腔温度。

5. 问：SW-8256A是否对人体有辐射危害？

答：SW-8256A不会主动发出任何有害辐射，只采集物

体热量信息，因此可以放心使用。

6. 问：为什么测远处的人温度偏低，靠近后温度示数会

升高？

答：由于红外辐射透过大气后会有衰减，距离越远衰

减越强，因此远处测温精度会降低。对于只需要寻找

异常热源的用户来说，距离衰减不影响相对温度分布，

可以照常使用；对于需要得到精确温度数据的用户，

可以在个人中心-设置-测温修正-距离修正中，输入待

测距离（最大5米），得到修正后的温度。

A�er the so�ware installa�on, please confirm that all permissions

required by app have been allowed, otherwise some func�ons may

not work normally.Among them, mobile phone storage permissions

are used to manage infrared photo albums. Cameras are used to call

visible light cameras. Audio recording is used for video recording

func�ons, and phone permissions are used to store picture

informa�on. Before inser�ng the device, please make sure that the

OTG data exchange func�on in the mobile se�ngs is turned on. The

OTG func�on of some mobile phones is turned on by default

without manual se�ng.

If the device cannot be detected when the so�ware is opened, the

phone interface is as shown in the picture below, and some

func�ons are disabled at this �me.

The main interface of the so�ware is divided into upper and lower

func�onal areas and the middle image area. The upper func�onal

area includes ①personal center ②temperature measurement

se�ng ③dual light se�ng ④shu�er switch; The lower

imaging and temperature measurement results and other

Under the picture rota�on, the infrared imaging can be turned

le� and right, and the visible camera can be turned back and forth.

When the lens direc�on of the device is the same as that of the

screen, select \"on\" for infrared flip and \"off\" for visible flip. At this

�me, the image is a Selfie mirror image. When the direc�on of the

lens is opposite to that of the screen, the infrared flip selec�on is

\"off\", and the visible flip selec�on is \"a�er\". At this �me, the image

is imaged by the rear camera.

In the temperature measurement correc�on func�on, the user

can choose to adjust the parameters in the default mode, or add

a custom mode and modify the mode name and parameters, and

select the defined mode to quickly switch the temperature

measurement requirements of different scenarios.The difference

between the default mode and the custom mode: the default

mode cannot be deleted, and can be restored to the product

preset temperature measurement parameters; the custom mode

can be added up to 10 types, and they can be deleted all. We can

click the mode name to modify the name, which can be entered

up to 6 character.

Radia�on correc�on: select eight common object surface

emissivity, and add custom object surface. The input range of

emissivity is 0.01~1.00.

Distance correc�on: Correct the temperature by inpu�ng the

distance of the object to be measured. The input range of the

distance is 0.2m~5m. 5m can be selected when the distance is

beyond 5m, but the temperature measurement accuracy cannot

be guaranteed.

Ambient temperature correc�on: The temperature measurement

correc�on is performed by inpu�ng the current ambient

temperature of the device. The input range is the temperature

range the device can use.

3.2.4. Feedback

Currently, there are two temperature measurement modes, one is

simple temperature measurement and the other is professional

temperature measurement, which can be switched through the

upper status control.

3.3. Temperature measurement se�ngs

Currently supports switching between Chinese and English versions

of the so�ware, and will follow the phone system language by

default.

High temperature alarm: enter the threshold and save it. When the

temperature exceeds the threshold in the screen, the phone will

give an alarm.

Low temperature alarm: enter the threshold and save it. When the

temperature on the screen is lower than the threshold, the phone

will give an alarm.

This func�on is a switch of so�ware denoising algorithm, which

has a certain ability to improve image effect. However, this

func�on will speed up power consump�on, and mobile phones

with lower configura�ons may experience freezes. This func�on

is turned off by default, and the user needs to choose whether to

turn it on or not according to the actual applica�on.

3.3.1. Simple temperature measurement

3.3.2. Professional temperature measurement

In professional mode, it supports temperature measurement at

most three points, three lines, and three frames, and the

wireframe displays the maximum, minimum and average

temperatures.

In the simple temperature measurement mode, no addi�onal

opera�ons are required. The highest temperature, lowest

temperature and central point temperature in the screen are

displayed by default; you can also drag the frame on the screen

to display the highest temperature and lowest temperature in the

frame in real �me. The temperature measurement frame can be

dragged and stretched. Click any point in the frame to delete the

temperature measurement frame.

When you select the temperature measurement point, you can

add or drag the temperature measurement point, and click the

exis�ng point to delete it individually. The same is true for other

temperature measurement controls. Long press the temperature

measurement informa�on in the upper le� corner to modify the

corresponding temperature measurement content remarks. For

example, you can modify R2 to \"R2: face with normal body

temperature\", and can be entered up to 6 characters.

The isothermal ruler func�on can be used in non-white hot and

black hot pseudo-colors to highlight the temperature zone of focus.

The selected part is displayed in pseudo-color, and the unselected

part is displayed in white hot. When the up and down state of the

isothermal scale is \"moving\", adjust the yellow slider on the le� to

select the temperature range displayed in pseudo-color; when the

up and down state of the isothermal scale is \"locked\", the

corresponding maximum temperature or minimum temperature

will be adjusted as the actual condi�ons in the screen changes.

Clicking the trash on the far right can clear all the do�ed lines.

The dual light func�on will open a small window in the screen

display area to simultaneously display the screen shot by the

mobile phone camera. The small window can be dragged.Tap the

reverse sign in the screen to switch between the front and rear

cameras of the phone. About the le� and right flip of the infrared

screen, please switch in Personal Center-Se�ngs-Image Flip.

If the infrared image display effect is poor, or there is a significant

devia�on in the temperature measurement, you can click the

shu�er switch to refresh the infrared imaging effect by opening

the shu�er. Under the pre-set condi�ons of the system, the

device may also automa�cally release the shu�er to indicate the

image quality.

The so�ware presets white hot, black hot and other false color

modes. Users can choose different pseudo-color effects according

to their own preferences or different usage scenarios. Pseudo-color

does not affect temperature measurement, but the isothermal

gauge func�on only takes effect under pseudo-colors that are not

white-hot or black-hot. In addi�on, since the color is post-rendering,

the data may be damaged a�er processing, so the image is clearest

in the original white heat.

Click to take a picture, and you can take all the infrared images,

visible light images (double light on) and temperature measurement

elements (temperature measurement on) in the display area and

store them in the album.

Click on the Video to record the infrared audio and video, and store

In the APP album, all photos and videos have the func�on of

sharing and dele�ng, and the photo informa�on can be viewed.

If the photo is a pure infrared image taken by the camera, you can

edit the pseudo color and temperature measurement twice in the

album.

1. Please do not put the product in a damp place or wash it with

water to avoid electricity leakage or short circuit.

2. This product is sensi�ve to heat radia�on. So, no ma�er whether

it is being used or not ,please do not aim the lens at the sun or

other heat sources above 300�C for a long �me.

3. A�er use, please put it back in the product suppor�ng storage

bag or storage box for storage.

4. It is strictly forbidden to open the shell without permission to

avoid equipment failure.

5. The lens part and the Type-C connector part are easily damaged,

please do not knock, pry, puncture or scratch.

5. FAQ

1. Ques�on: Why is there no response a�er SW-8256A is plugged

into the mobile phone?

Answer: Please check in the following order:

A) Confirm that your mobile phone is android 6.0 or above.

B) Confirm whether there is an OTG op�on in your phone se�ngs

and whether it is in an open state. For Oppo,Vivo, One Plus,

Realme,Iqoo and other models, please search for \"OTG\" in the

se�ngs, you need to manually turn it on, and it will automa�cally

turn off if it is not used for 10 minutes. In most other models,

the OTG func�on is open by default and can be used directly.

C) Confirm that you have downloaded the \"SNDWAY thermal

camera\" app and grant all necessary permissions to the app.

D) Plug and unplug SW-8256A again. If there is s�ll no response,

please contact a�er-sales personnel for processing.

2. Ques�on: What should I do if the picture is blurred and the

temperature measurement is not accurate?

Answer: Because of the working characteris�cs of the uncooled

Answer:SW-8256A mainly detects the 8 ~ 14um long wave

infrared region. It can't be observed through water surface and

ordinary glass, and it can only detect the temperature on the

surface of clothes and skin.

4. Ques�on: When measuring the body temperature, why is it

not 36�C� Answer: The temperature of different parts of the human body is

different, such as the forehead, cheeks, limbs and other

frequently exposed skins, which are greatly affected by the

environment humidity and oil and sweat on the surface of body.

Normally, it will not be higher than 36�C . It is normal for the body

surface to measure below 10�C when it is outdoors in the cold for

a long �me; when the skin is exposed to the sun for a period of

�me, the temperature tends to be higher than 36�C , or even 40�C .

If you want to use SW-8256 to measure whether a person has a

fever, it is recommended to measure the oral temperature.

5. Ques�on: Does SW-8256A have radia�on hazards to the human

body?

Answer: SW-8256A will not ac�vely emit any harmful radia�on,

and only collects the heat informa�on of the object, so it can be

used with confidence.

6. Ques�on: Why is the temperature low when a person is far away,

but the temperature rises when he gets closer?

Answer: Since infrared radia�on will a�enuate a�er passing

through the atmosphere, the longer the distance is, the stronger

the a�enua�on is, so the accuracy of remote temperature

measurement will be reduced. For users who only need to find

abnormal heat sources, the distance a�enua�on does not affect

the rela�ve temperature distribu�on and can be used as usual;

For users who need accurate temperature data, you can enter

the distance to be measured (maximum 5 meters) in personal

center-se�ngs-temperature measurement correc�on-distance

correc�on to get the corrected temperature.
