综合说明
本说明书中所有冷却塔都是节能型的,因为电机安装容量在国内外同类冷却塔中较低。低噪声及超低噪声型冷却塔水温一般为 3 - 8 ^ { \circ } C ,适合于空调制冷等一般水温的冷却。
超低噪声冷却塔在低噪声冷却塔的基础上又采取了一系列噪声控制措施,标准点噪声值比相应的低噪声型约低5dB(A)。它适合于对噪声要求更严格的地方,例如:宾馆、医院、公用建筑及距居民区较近的场所。它的基础、配管、电机功率等与相应的低噪声型冷却塔相同,冷却水量及风量与低噪声型冷却塔相同。
工业型冷却塔即中高温冷却塔,水温降一般为 1 0 - 2 5 ^ { \circ } C ,该型增加了塔体直径、风量、风压、功率、填料高度等一系列措施。它适合于温降较高的工业用水的冷却。本次设计的工业型塔热力性能上是富余的,在选用时请不要再留有余地。其代码意义如下例:
DBNL _ { 3 } - 1 0 0 型; 0 - 低噪声、B-玻璃钢、N-逆流式、L-冷却塔、3-第三次改型设计、100-标准工况的名义流量 1 0 0 m ^ { 3 } /h。GBNL * 3 ^ { - 1 0 0 } 型: { \sf G } - 工业型中、高温降。 C D B N L _ { 3 } - 1 0 0 型: C D - 为超低噪声型,其它同上。
机械电子工业部第四设计研究院于1971年开始从事冷却塔的研究及推广工作,研制的成果多次获得部级及省、市的优秀设计奖,重大科研成果奖。
节能型低噪声、超低噪声工业型冷却塔是在总结1976年BNL系列,1980年 B N L _ { 2 } 系列的设计运转经验的基础上吸收国内外同类产品的先进技术,由机械电子工业部第四设计研究院和清华大学联合设计的超低噪声塔的吸声措施是与北京市劳动保护研究所联合研究设计的。并具有漂水少,优于国际国内同类型产品的性能,是最理想的节水设备。

选用及使用须知
\spadesuit 选用时须知进水量Q,进水温度t,出水温度 \mathbf { t } _ { 2 } 及设计湿球温度t,根据热力性能曲线确定型号。如超出曲线可将要求提给四院,由四院设计确定塔形。
\spadesuit 就材料的耐寒性而言,能适用于 - 5 0 ^ { \circ } C 的地区。但是对于最冷月平均低于 - 1 0 ^ { \circ } C 的地区,订货时应提出防结冰措施要求,出厂前可配有淋水导流环,使水不流到百叶窗上。
\bullet 循环水浑浊度不大于 5 0 { m g / L } ,短期不大于10mg/L,不宜含有油污和机械性杂质。必要时采取灭藻和水质稳定措施。
\bullet 基础图供安装时参考,可预留螺栓孔,亦可预埋地脚板。大塔的进出水管方向见图示,小塔可在水平位置任意定,但不得碰基础,中间有基础的,其荷载应为运转重的 2 5 % ,其余 7 5 % 由外围长方形基础平均承担。如在屋顶安装应考虑风荷载引起的附加压力。
\bullet 小于125型的冷却塔,外面连接的进出水管与冷却塔连接处应设支座防止过多的重量压在塔壁上。
\spadesuit 布水管按名义流量开孔,如实际流量和名义流量相差 ± 1 5 % 以上时,订货时需说明,可改变开孔尺寸。塔的进水管压大约2米到5米水柱,设计时压力不要过高,否则流量过大会增加漂水量。
\bullet 本产品适用于水温不超过 6 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ,如超过 6 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ,订货时提出,在选材上加以解决,如需要阻燃性冷却塔订货时需说明,可以满足要求。
\bullet 用户需在冷却塔内直接吸水时,需安装“自动给水管“急速给水管“排污管,订货时需特别提出,冷却塔价格中不含这部分价格。
\bullet 150型以上的冷却塔其叶片角度可以调整,但要保证叶片角度一致。电流不超过电机的额定电流。各型风机可以短期间倒转消冰,因此,结冰严重的地区应设置可逆磁力启动器,应安装在冷却塔附近(调叶片方法见横流式玻璃钢冷却塔说明)。
\bullet 冷却塔启动时一定要先开水泵后开风机,不允许在没有淋水的情况下使用风机运转。停止工作时,应先停风机,后停水泵。

方型节能DFN系列冷却塔
方型逆流式玻璃钢冷却塔,是由机械工业部第四设计研究院在原设计的同类测试数据基础上改进设计的。本设计的特点是冷却塔风机配有变扭矩变极双速电机;当气温较低时,例如晚上,电机开低速,冷却噪声可低3-5dB(A)。此外,选用双速电机节电显著。多台冷却塔配单速电机时,为了节电,当空气湿球温度低时,可停部分电机,但仍比用双速电机(以年计)多耗电 4 0 % 0
双速电机的控制柜可配套供应,也可只提供控制柜的图纸。控制柜的价款不包括在冷却塔价款以内,需另计。冷却塔代码意义如下:
以水温降分:
* 低温降:设计水温降 5 ^ { \circ } { C } (低噪声的代码前以D表示,超低噪声的以CD表示)。

\bullet 循环水的浑浊度不大于 5 0 { m g / L } ,短期不大于 1 0 0 { { m g / L } } 。不宜含有油污和机械性杂质,必要时采取灭藻及水质稳定措施。

\spadesuit 冷却塔的进出水管方向可按 9 0 ^ { \circ } 、 1 8 0 ^ { \circ } 、 2 7 0 ^ { \circ } 旋转。
* 布水系统是按名义水量设计的,如实际水量与名义水量相差 ± 1 5 % 以上,订货时应说明。
* 冷却塔进水温度不超过 6 0 ^ { \circ } { C } ,如超过 6 0 ^ { \circ } { C } 应说明。
* 风机叶片安装角度可调,但要保证角度一致。且不要超过电机的额定电流。
* 风机可短时倒转以消冰。

YDDL系列低噪音双速电机是由清华大学,河南省孟津县电机厂,机械部第四设计院在Y系列基础上设计制造的六八极双速电机,八极额定功率只有六极的一半,在满足冷却塔热功能性能要求的前提下,六极只用于一年中气温最高的天气,其余绝大部分时间,包括夏季的夜晚为八极运转,八极运转与六极运转相比,冷却塔噪声约低5dB(A),能耗减半。

2、双速电机接线方法及说明
2. Wiring method and description of two speed motor
YDDL系列双速电动机用380伏交流电源引出线共6条,接头标志为1u、1v、1w、2u、2v、2w(1u、lv、1w为一条电缆,2u、2v、2w为一条电缆),把1u、lv、1w短接, { 2 { u } } , { 2 { v } } , { 2 { w } } 分别与电源的A、B、C、相连接,电动机成为6极2Y接法,把{ 2 { u } } , 2 { { v } } , 2 { { w } } 空接,1u、lv、lw分别与电源的A、B、C相连接,电动机成为8极△接法,如下图所示冷却塔用于寒冷地区时,可用低速反转的方法消除冷却塔百叶窗的结冰,此时需将交流接触器2JC换成逆型。
