锂电充电钻使用注意事项

请勿因对产品足够熟悉而不严格遵循电钻安全规则。如果不安全或错误地使用电动工具，您可能会受重伤。

1、钻孔时请佩带耳罩，噪音会损伤您的听力。
2、请使用工具附带的辅助手柄，工具失控会导致人身伤害。
3、如果进行作业时切割工具可能会接触到隐藏的电线或自身的电线，请握住具的绝缘抓握表面。如果接触到“带
电”的电线，工具上暴露的金属部分可能也会“带电”，并使操作者触电。
4、请务必确保立足稳固，在高处使用工具时确保下方无人。
5、请牢牢远离旋转的部件。
6、手应远离旋转的部件。
7、旋转中的工具不可离手放置，只能在手握工具的情况下运行工具。
8、操作之后，请勿立刻触摸钻头或工件，因为其可能会非常烫，导致烫伤皮肤。
9、某些材料含有毒化学物质，小心不要吸入粉尘，并避免皮肤接触。遵循材料供应商的安全提示。

锂电扳手使用注意事项

安装/拆卸套简（批头）

1、把正/逆转开关调整到中央位置，以防止无意开动机器。
2、电动扳手：安装套简时，必须将套简彻底推到输出轴底部，拖拽套简可以从输出轴上将其拆卸。电动起子：握紧快速夹头的前端并向前方拖拉，另一只手将钻头放入钻头孔内。

警告不要使用平常的套简板手所用的套筒，使用那些专门为冲击扳手设计的套筒，冲击扳手的套筒黑色/坚硬，不会将所拧螺钉损坏;非冲击板手的套筒容易损坏，而且易导致人身伤害。使用前，检查套简没有裂痕或其他可见的损坑。

安装电池

注意：只能使用原厂的锂电池蓄电池，电池的电压和机器铭牌上提供的电压一致。使用其他厂牌的电池，可能导致意外伤害并造成火灾。指示：使用了不适合本电动工具的电池，不仅无法发挥电动工具的功能，甚至会损坏电动工具

1、把正/逆转开关调整到中央位置，以防止无意开动机器。
2、将电池上突出的肋与冲击扳手底部的凹槽对齐，再将蓄电池插在机器上。
注意：确保电池上的闭锁“咯嗒”锁定位并在操作前确认电池安全地装置在机器上。

锂电角磨机使用注意事项

1、在操作之前一定要仔细检查砂轮，是否有裂纹或其它损伤。使用中要及时更换已出现裂纹使用中或损伤的砂
轮，用木锤轻击砂轮时不应有破裂声。
2、不得损坏主轴、压板(特别是与砂轮接触的装配面)，如果这些部件受损的话，将导致砂轮的损坏。
3、在接通开关之前必须确认砂轮和工件之间肯定未接触。
4、在使用工具加工部件之前，先将砂轮空运行一分钟，观察其振动或旋转情况，以确认工具是否处于良好的装
配状态，砂轮无偏心不平衡现象。
5、磨削时注意观察飞溅的火花。正确放置工具加工面的位置，使所产生的火花远离你和他人以及可燃物质。
6、在磨削加工之后不要马上用手触摸工件，此时工件可能非常热而灼伤你的皮肤。
7、在进行加工时必须始终佩戴护目镜和耳朵防护罩。
8、随时调整工具位置，以确保加工过程中工具的电源线始终位于工具之后。

锂电切割机/手推锯使用注意事项

1、启动机器时，必须处于悬空位置，其会出现猛然跳动，必须双握持，手指不得置于开关位置，锯齿必须离开被切割工件，防止机器启动时，跳动触碰到被切割工件。
2、机器启动后应该让其空转一段时间，观察锯片运转是否正常，是否有左右摆动的现象，机器是否振动过大，噪声是否正常。
3、机器在操作过程中一定要注意其电缆的位置，防止被割断造成触电或短路事故。电缆要绕过身后再接入电源，身体不要与电缆接触。
4、机器在进行切割操作时，双手一定要紧握设备的手柄和侧手柄，手指不可接近高速旋转的锯片，操作者的身体必须与设备保持适当的距离，不得在高过头顶的位置使用机器，防止机器或被切割工件脱落造成事故。新锯片一般是平的，开锯路时，视需要在5°～20°范围内选择。
5、机器启动后，应空载运转一会，检查并确认机具联动灵活无阻。作业时，加力应平衡，不得用力过猛。

注意：安装或拆卸锯片之前，一定要关上工具开关拔下锂电池。用板手固定住外法兰，同时用套筒扳手按顺时针方向拧松六角螺栓，然后卸下六角螺栓、外法兰和锯片。安装锯片时，按照拆卸锯片的相反程序进行。

安装锯片时，要确认锯片表面上的箭头所示方向与锯片盖上的箭头方向一致，一定要牢牢拧紧六角螺栓。

锂电吹风机使用注意事项

1、使用吹风机时，请务必佩带护目镜护帽和面罩等。
2、使用吹风机时，切勿将喷嘴对准工作区中的任何人。
3、警告若用于潮湿表面，则会导致触电事故。勿使本工具淋雨，室内存放。
4、切勿堵塞进气口和/或吹气口·对多尘区域进行清洁时注意勿堵塞进气口或吹气口。请勿使用小于原装喷嘴的锥形喷嘴，如通过额外安装的小直径软管或较小的软管与喷嘴端部相连的新喷嘴。
·请勿将吹风机用于膨胀气球、橡皮艇或类似物品。提高电机转速可能会导致风扇破裂，从而造成严重人身伤害。
过热的电机和控制电路可能会造成火灾。
5、操作时请使儿童、其他旁观者和宠物等远离吹风机。
6、请勿在打开的窗户等附近操作吹风机。
7、建议在适宜的时间段操作吹风机，如上午或下午以避免忧民。
8、建议在吹风前使用耙子和扫帚等分散碎片。
9、在多尘环境下使用吹风机时，建议用市售弥雾器稍稍润湿多尘表面。
10、建议使用长喷嘴以使气流更接近地面。
11、不应让年幼的儿童或无人监督的体弱人士使用吹风机。
12、应看管好年幼的儿童，勿让其玩耍吹风机。

功能描述

注意：调节或检查工具功能之前，请务必关闭工具的电源并取出电池盒。

1.插入或取出电池盒之前，请务必关闭工具电源。
2.拆卸电池盒时，要一边按下电池盒两侧的按钮，一边将其从工具中抽出。
3.插入电池盒时，注意将电池盒前端与电池盒座开口对齐，然后将电池盒插入到位。
4.请务必将其插到底，直至其发出喀喀声锁定到位，否则电池盒会从工具中意外脱落，从而造成操
作人员或他人受伤。
5.插入电池盒时不可用力过猛。
6.如果电池盒滑动不畅，则可能是插入不当所致。

7、在将电池盒插入工具之前，请务必检查扳机开关是否能扣动自如，松开时能否退回至“OFF”(关)位置。
8、启动工具时，只要扣动扳机开关即可。在扳机开关.上施力越大则工具速度越快。松开扳机开关便可停止工具。
9、请使用干布擦拭灯头灰。注意不要刮花灯头，否则会降低亮度。
10、本工具带有一个可改变旋转方向的反向开关。按压A侧的反向开关杆可进行顺时针方向旋转，或按压B侧的开关柄进行逆时针方向旋转。当反向开关杆处于空档位置时，将不能扣动扳机开关。操作前务必确认工具的旋转方向。
11、只有当工具完全停止转动后方可使用反向开关。在工具停止之前改变旋转方向会对其造成损坏。
12、不使用工具时，请务必将反向开关杆置于空档位置。

功能维护保养

注意：对冲击扳手进行维修检查之前，必须把蓄电池拔离机器。

1.检查安装螺钉。经常检查安装螺钉是否紧固稳妥。螺钉松开极易引起严重事故。
2.定期检查充电器线缆。如发现损伤应立即委托公司授权的维修中心处理。
3.保持通风槽清洁顺畅。经常清除尘埃、油污，严防杂物入内。.
4.必须由公司授权的维修中心进行维修。只使用公司的配件、零件。
5.清洁。避免使用造成塑料龟裂损坏的溶剂擦拭塑料零件。建议使用稍微沾湿了肥皂水的柔布。
请勿让马达淋到水，禁止将整个机身投入水中，以免引起马达故障及触电事故!

电池组的重要安全须知

1.使用电池组之前，请认真阅读所有相关说明以及充电器/电池和需要使用电池的产品上的警告标记。
2.切勿拆解电池组。
3.如果工作时间明显缩短，则应立即停止操作。否则会引发过热、燃烧、甚至爆炸。
4.如果电锯液溅入双眼，请立即用清水冲洗并就医。否则可能导致失明。
5.切勿使电池组发生短路：（1）切勿使任何导体接触到电池端子。（2）不要将电池组与钉子、硬币等其他金属
物体存放在同一容器中。（3）不要让电池组沾水或淋雨。电池短路可导致电流量增大、过热、燃烧，甚至击穿。
6.工具和电池组不得存放在温度有可能达到或超过50°C（122°F）的地方。
7.即使电池组已经严重受损或已完全耗竭。也不可焚烧处理。电池组置入火中会发生爆炸。
8.注意不要摔落、振动或冲撞电池。

电池充电说明

为电池充电：电池在交货时只完成部分充电。首度使用电动工具之前，必须先充足电池的电以确保电池的功率。
完全耗尽的电池在0-40摄氏度的温度下重新充满电需要1.3Ah 60分钟左右，3.0Ah120分钟左右。

1、只能使用该电池配套的充电器。
2、将充电器插头插入电源插座。
3、将蓄电池上突出的肋与充电器的插槽对齐。
4、将蓄电池插在充电器上。
5、充电器与电池交流，评估电池的充电情况。
6、充电完成后，充电器.上的绿色LED灯亮。
7、若电池遗留在充电器.上可以满充，但不会过度充电。

环境保护

1.报废的电动工具和附件中含有大量有价值的原材料及合成材料，同样可以进行再生回收。
2.磨屑或切割时所生产的粉尘中会包含有害物质因而不应作为普通垃圾倾倒，而应交给特殊垃圾回收站处理

警告：冲击扳手工作时产生的粉尘可能含有致癌或对人体有害的化学物质。例如：
·油漆中含的铅。
·砷和铬与木材起反应后也会产生有毒物质。
为了减少这些有毒的化妆物质对人体的伤害，要尽量保证在通风的环境下工作，并且工作时配戴合格的安全保护装置。

Precautions forUsing Lithium Cordless Drills

Do not neglect to strictly folow the safety rules for electric drils just because you are familiar with the product.If you use power tools unsafely or incorrectly, you may suffer serious injuries.

1.Please wear earplugs when drilling as the noise can damage your hearing.
2.Please use the auxiliary handle provided with the tool.If the tool becomes out of control,it may cause personal injury.
3.If during theoperation,the cutting tool may come into contact with hidden wiresorits own wires,please hold the insulated gripping surface of the tool.If it comes into contact with "live" wires,the exposed metal parts on the tool may also become "live"and cause the operator to get an electric shock.
4.Please make sure to stand firmly and ensure that no one is below when using tools at a height.
5.Please stay firmlyaway from the rotatingparts.
6.Your hands should stay away from the rotating parts.

8.After theoperation,do not touch the drillbitor the workpiece immediately,as they may beextremely hot and cause skin burns.
9.Some of the materials contain toxic chemicals.Becareful not to inhale the dust and avoid skin contact. Follow the safety instructions provided by the material supplier.

Cautionary Notes for Using Lithium-lon Wrenches

Installation/Disassemblyof theadapter (driver)

1.Adjust the forward/reverse switch to the middle position to prevent the machine from being accidentally started.
2.Electric wrench: When instaling the adaptersleeve,you must push the sleeve allte way to the bottom of the output shaft.Pulling the sleeve can enable its removal from the output shaft. Electric screwdriver: Grasp the front end of the quick chuck firmly and pullit forward.With the other hand, insert the drill bit into the drill bit hole.
Warning: Do not use the sockets commonly used for regular socket wrenches.Instead,use the sockets
specifically designed for impact wrenches.The sockets of impact wrenches are blackand hard,and they
will not damage the screws being tightened; the sockets of non-impact wrenches are prone to damage and
can cause personal injury.Before use,check that the sockets have no cracks or other visible damages.

Installthebattery

Note:Only original factory lithium batteries are allowed.The voltage ofthe battry must be the same as
thatindicated on the machine's nameplate.Using batteries fromother brands may cause accidental injuries
and lead to fires.Instruction: Using batteries that are notsuitable forthis electric tool willnot only fail to
utilize the functions of the tool, but may also damage the tool.

Cautionary Notes for UsingLithium Battery Angle Grinder

1.Before operation,it is essential to carefully inspect the grinding wheel to ensure there are no cracks or other damages.During use,replace the grinding wheel that has cracks or is damaged.When using a wooden hammer to strike the grinding wheel,there should be no cracking sound.
2.Do not damage the spindle or the clamping plate (especially the assembly surface in contact with the grinding wheel). If tese components are damaged,it will cause damage to the grinding wheel.
3.Before turning on the switch,it is necessary toensure that there is absolutely no contactbetween the grinding wheel and the workpiece.
4.Before using the toolto process the component,run the grinding wheel for one minute inan empty state to observe its vibration or rotation.This helps toconfirm whether the tool is ina good assembly conditic and whether there is any eccentricity or imbalance in the grinding wheel.
5.When grinding,pay atention to observing the flying sparks.Place the working surface of the tool correctly so that the generated sparks stay away from you,others and flammable substances.
6.After the grinding process,do not touch the workpiece with your hands immediately.At this point,the workpiece may be extremely hot and could burn your skin.
7.When carrying out the processing,you must always wear goggles and ear protection covers.
8.Adjust the position ofthe tool at any time to ensure thatthe power cord of the tool isalways behind the tool during the processing.

Safety Precautions for Lithium Battery Cutting Machine /Hand-Pushed Saw

1.When starting the machine,it must be in an elevated position.It willsuddenly vibrate.It must be held with both hands,and fingers must not be placed at the switch position.The teeth must be away from the workpiece to be cut to prevent the vibration from touching the workpiece during machine startup.
2.After the machine is started,it should be allowed to idle foraperiod of time to observe whether the saw blade is operating normally,whether there is any left-right swinging phenomenon,whether the machine vibrates too much,and whether the noise is normal.
3.During the operation of the machine,you must pay attention to the position of the cables to prevent them from being cut, which could lead to electric shock or short circuit accidents.The cables should be wound around your body before being connected to the power source,and your body should not come into contact with the cables.
4.When the machine is performing the cuting operation,both hands must firmly grip the handle and side handle of the equipment.The fingers must not approach the high-speed rotating saw blade.The operator's body must maintain an appropriate distance from the equipment.The machine must not be used above the head to prevent accidents caused by the machine or the cut workpiece falling off. New saw blades are generally flat.When making the cutting path, choose within the range of { ±b 5 } " to 2 0 ^ { \circ } as needed.
5.After the machine is started,it should rununloaded fora while to check and confirm that the machine components are flexible and unobstructed in their interaction. During operation,the force applied should be balanced and not excessive. Note:Before installing or removing the saw blade,make sure to turn off the tool switch and remove the lithium battery.Secure the outer flange with a socket wrench,and then loosen the hexagonal bolts ina clockwise direction using a socket wrench.After that, remove the hexagonal bolts,the outer flange,and the saw blade.When installing the saw blade,follow the reverse procedure of removing the saw blade. When installing the saw blade, make sure that the direction indicated by the arrow on the blade surface is consistent with the arrow direction on the blade cover.Also,be sure to tighten the hexagonal bolts firmly.

Cautionary Notes for Using Lithium-lon Hair Dryers

1.When using a hair dryer,please make sure to wear goggles,a helmet and a face mask, etc.
2.When using a hair dryer,never direct the nozzle towardsanyone in the working area.
3.Warning: If used on a damp surface,it may causean electric shock accident.Do not expose this tool to rain and store it indoors.
4.Do not block the air intake and/or the blowout port.
-When cleaning dusty areas,be careful notto block the air intake or air outlet.Do not use cone-shaped nozzles smallerthan the original ones.Do not use new nozzles that are connected to the nozzle end through additional small-diameter hoses or smaller hoses.
-Do notuse the hair dryer to inflate balloons,rubber boats or similar items.Increasing the motor speed may cause the fan to break,resulting inserious personal injury. Overheated motors and control circuits may cause fires.
5.When operating,please keep children,other bystanders and pets away from the hair dryer.
6.Do not operate the hair dryer near open windows or other such areas.

Function Description

1 Note:Before adjusting or checking the functions of the tool, please make sure to turn off the power of the tool and remove the battery compartment.

1.Before inserting or removing the battery compartment,please make sure to turn offthe powerofthe tool
2.Whenremoving the battry compartment,press the buttns on both sides of the compartment while pulling it out of the tool.
3.When inserting the battery compartment, make sure to align the front end of the battery compartment with the opening of the battery compartment seat,and then insert the battry compartment in place.
4.Please make sure to insert it all the way inuntil it makesa clicking sound to lock in place.Otherwise,the battery compartment may accidentally fall out of the tool, causing injury to the operator or others.
5.When inserting the battery compartment, do not exert excessive force.
6.lf the battery compartment does not slide smoothly,it might be due to improper insertion.
7.Before inserting thebattry boxinto the tool,please makesure that the triggerswitch can be depressed smoothly and can return to the "OFF" (off) position when released.
8.Whenstarting the tool,simplypull the triggerswitch.The greater theforceappliedto the triggerswitch, the faster the tool will operate.Release the trigger switch to stop the tool.
9.Please use a dry cloth to wipe the dust off the lamp head.Be careful notto scratch the lamp head,as doing so will reduce its brightness.
10.This tool is equipped with areverse switch that can change the rotation direction.Pressing the reverse switch leveron theAside willcause clockwise rotation,orpressing theswitch handle on the B side wil cause counterclockwise rotation.When the reverse switch lever is in the neutral position,the trigger switch cannot be pulld.Before operation,make sure to confirm the rotation direction of the tool.
11.Only when the tool has completely stopped rotating can the reverse switch be used. Changing the rotation direction before the tool stops will cause damage to it.
12.When not using the tool, please make sure to place the reverse switch lever in the neutral position.

Function maintenance and upkeep

Note: Before conducting any maintenance or inspection on the impact wrench,the battery must be
disconnected from the machine.
1.Check the instalation screws.Regularly inspect whether the installation screwsare securely fastened. Loosening the screws can easily lead to serious accidents.
2.Regularlyinspect thecharging cable.Ifany damage is found,itshould be immediately handled by the authorized repair center of the company.
3.Keep the ventilation ducts cleanand unobstructed.Regularly remove dust and oil stains,and strictly prevent any debris from entering.
4.The repair must be caried out by a company-authorized repair center. Only use the company's accessories and parts.
5.Cleaning.Avoid using solvents that cause cracking and damage to the plastic parts.It is recommended to use a soft cloth slightly dampened with soapy water.
Do not allow the motor to be exposed to water.It is strictly prohibited to submerge the entire machine inwater,as this may cause motor failure and electric shock accidents!

Important Safety Instructions for Battery Packs

1.Beforeusing the battery pack,please carefully read all relevant instructions as wellas the warning marks on the charger/battery and the product that requires the use of the battery.
2.Do not disassemble the battery pack.
3.If the working hours are significantly reduced,the operation should be immediately stopped. Otherwise, it may cause overheating,combustion,or even explosion.
4.If the saw oil gets into your eyes,please rinse them with clean water immediately and seek medical attention. Otherwise, it may cause blindness.
5.Do not cause a short circuit in the battery pack: (1) Do not allow any conductor to come into contact with the battery terminals. (2) Do not store the battery pack together with nails,coins or other metal objects in the same container. (3) Do not let the battry pack get wet or exposed to rain.A short circuit in the battery can lead to an increase in current,overheating,combustion,and even breakdown.

7.Even if the battery pack has beenseverely damaged or completely depleted,it must notbe burned.If the battery pack is placed in fire,it will explode.
8.Be sure not to drop,shake or bump the battery.

Battery Charging Instructions

Charging the battery:The batteryisonlypartiallychargedatthe timeofdelivery.Beforeusing the electric toolfor the firsttime,the batery must befully charged toensure its power.Acompletelydepleted batery needs1.3Ah tobe fully charged againat temperatures ranging fromOto40 degrees Celsius,and it takes about60minutes.Fora3.0Ahbattery,it takesapproximately120minutes.

1.Only the charger that comes with this battery can be used.
2.Insert the charger plug into the power socket.
3.Align the protruding ribs on the battery with the slots on the charger.
4.Plug the battery into the charger.
5.The charger communicates with the battery to assess the charging status of the battery.
6.After the charging is completed,the green LED light on the chargerwill be on.
7.lf the battery is left on the charger, itcanbe fully charged,but it will not be overcharged.

Environmental Protection
