流、水锤及水击现象的智能型阀门。该阀兼具电动阀，逆止阀和水锤消除器三种功能，可有效
地提高供水系统的安全可靠性。并将缓开、速闭、缓闭消除水锤的技术原理一体化，防止开
泵水锤和停泵水锤的产生。只需操作水泵电机启闭按钮，阀门即可按照水泵操作自动实现启
闭，流量大、压力损失小。隔膜式适用于DN450mm口径以下的管道，DN500mm口径以上的
建议使用活塞式。

程中的损失。如遇紧急情况W-400X流量控制阀可以完全截止流量，避免损失。控制灵敏度

倒流防止器工作原理是利用介质流过进水止回阀时因机械阻力和
过流水头损失而减压，使进口压力高于泄水阀腔的压力，而泄水阀膜片 上部的压力为进口压力，膜片上部压力大于泄水阀腔和弹簧阻力，泄水 阀维持关闭，介质正常流动，当进口压力与泄水阀腔的压力差小于
0.02MPa时，介质处于倒流的临界状态，这时泄水阀膜片上部压力小于
泄水阀腔和弹簧的压力，泄水阀自动开启，将倒流介质排出管外，同时大 量空气进入阀腔，形成空气隔断，杜绝介质倒流，大于0.02MPa时泄水阀 自动关闭

安装说明 Installment explained
1安装前，清洗所有管道。
2.倒流防止器按阀体箭头向水平安装，安装位置应方便调试和维修。
阀后管网水压升高超过阀前进水端水压时，如第二单向止回去阀
密封完好，水体不会倒流，此时泄水阀关闭不泄水，当第二向止回阀密封
失灵时产生渗漏时，泄水阀开启排水泄压。
3.倒流防止器两端应安装维修闸阀，进口前安装过滤器，而且应有一 端装有可挠性接头。
4.泄水阀的排水口距离地面不应小于300mm,泄水阀下面应留有排 水地沟。

5.安装完毕后，初次启动使用，应关闭出口闸阀，慢慢打开进口
闸阀，让介质缓慢充满倒流防止器，打开各个测试球阀排除阀 门空气，待阀腔充满水后，慢慢打开闸阀，让水充满管路。
6.进口介质压力变化时，泄水阀出现少量漏水属正常现象。

5, After the installment finished,the primary start use,should close exports the gate valve,slowly opens imports the gate valve,lets the medium slowly fill flows backwards the stopper,turns on each test ball valve to remove the valve air,after treats the valve cavity uniflow, slowly turns on the gate valve,lets the waterfll the pipeline. 6, When import medium pressure variation,the draw-off valve appears the few water leakages to be the normal phenomenon.

简介 Brief
本阀安装在输入管线中，用来排除管中的空气，提高工作效率，当管
路产生负压时，本阀迅速吸收外界空气，防止管路损坏.管路开始注水
时，阀瓣处在开启位置，进行大量排气，当空气排完时，浮球上升，阀瓣关
闭，停止排气，如有少量空气时，阀内水位下降，空气由小孔排出；当水泵
停止时，管路产生负压，阀瓣迅速开启，吸入空气，确保管线安全。

工作原理The work principle
1、本信号蝶阀由蜗轮蜗杆传动装置驱动轴及蝶板旋转实现启闭和控制流量
2、旋转蜗轮蜗杆传动装置手轮，使蝶板达到启闭及调节流量的目的，手轮顺时针方向旋转为阀门关闭
3、蜗轮蜗杆传动装置箱体内设置微动开关有两种型式：
(1)在传动装置箱体内设有开向，关向两个微动开关，分别在阀门全开和关闭时动作，接通控制室“阀开”“阀关”指示灯电源，使之准确显示
阀门开关状态.
(2)在传动装置箱体内只设关向微动开关(蝶板全关闭位置为0°)当蝶板由0~40°位置时微动开关动作，输出阀门关闭信号，40~90°位置时
另一对常闭触点可输出阀门打开信号。可调整压触微动开关的凸轮，显示蝶板所处的不同位置

根据系统的不同，以及流量开关型号等因素的不同，使用的地方也不同，要根据具体情况而定。
