Structural features

The XL(F)-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is an indoor wall-mounteddistribution device with a single front door opening. Operationbuttons, indicator lights and display instruments can be installed on the box door. 产品优点

结构特点

本产品分为柜体、手车两大部分。柜体为钢板弯制，喷塑后用螺栓组装而成。按功能特征可分为小母线室、继电器仪表室、手车室、电缆室和母线室四部分，各部分以接地的金属隔板分隔。柜体外壳防护等级为IP4X;手车室门打开，防护等级为IP2X。

本开关设备具有电缆进出线、架空进出线、母线联络、隔离、电压互感器、避雷器等主电路方案。母线采用复合绝缘，相间及连接头配有用阻燃材料注塑而成的绝缘套，主母线相邻柜间用穿墙套管隔开，能有效地防止事故蔓延，同时对主母线起到辅助支撑作用。电缆室装有接地开关、过电压保护装置等。

触头盒前装有金属活门，上下活门在手车从断开/试验位置运动到工作位置过程中自动打开，当手车反方向运动时自动关闭，与高压有效隔离。主开关、手车、接地开关及柜门之间的联锁均采用强制性机械闭锁方式，满足“五防”功能要求。

断路器手车采用丝杆传动推进机构，超越离合器。丝杆螺母推进机构轻松地操作使手车在试验位置和工作位置之间移动，借助丝杆螺母的自锁性可使手车可靠的锁定在工作位置，防止因电动力的作用引起手车窜动而引发事故。超越离合器在手车移动退至试验位置和时至工作位置时起作用，使操作轴与丝杠轴自动脱离而空转，可防止误操作而损坏推进机构。其他手车采用杠杆推进机构。试验工作位置有定位销锁定。

本产品符合标准：GB3906《3.6\~405kV交流金属封闭开关设备》，GB/T11022《高压开关设备和控制设备标准共用技术要求》、IEC60298《额定电压1kv及以上交流金属封闭开关设备的控制设备》。

产品的外壳完全是由覆铝锌钢板经机床加工多重折弯成形后用螺栓组装而成，具有很高的机械强度，有效地保证了产品的整齐和美观,柜门采用喷塑涂覆，具有较强的抗冲击和耐腐蚀能力，产品外壳具有IP4X级的防护等级。

本产品的主开关可配置ABB公司生产的VD4型真空断路器，C3系列固定式负荷开关，同时也可配置多种国产系列真空断路器(如VS1、VH1、VK、ZN28)以取代国外同类产品。

无论选用何种断路器,其裸导体空气绝缘距离均能保证大于125mm，复合绝缘大于60mm，其断路器均具有长寿命，高参数，少维护，体积小的独特优点，KYN28-12铠装中置式金属封闭开关设备适用于3.6\~12kV三相交流50Hz电网，作为接受和分配电能，并对电路实行控制，监制和保护之用。可用于单母线，单母线分段系统或双母线系统，开关设备符合IEC298《额定电压1kV以上52kV及以下交流金属封闭开关设备和控制设备》IEC694《高压开关控制设备共用条款》我国GB3906《3-36kV交流金属封闭开关设备》及DL404《户外交流高压开关柜订货条件》德国0670《额定电压1kV以上的交流开关设备》等标准的要求。并且具有完善，可靠的防误操作功能。

HXGN□-12型箱型固定式金属封闭开关设备(简称环网柜)是额定电压12kV,额定频率50Hz的交流高压成电气装置，主要用于三相交流环网,终端配电网和工业用电设备，起接受、分配电能等作用，它也适于装入箱式变电站。

结构特点

◆采用全组装结构，轻巧美观，可任意组合安装，便于无限扩展延伸。

XGN-12系列固体绝缘环网开关设备是一种全绝缘、全密封、免维护固体绝缘真空开关设备。所有高压带电部分均用绝缘性能优良的环氧树脂材料浇注成型，将真空灭弧室、主导电回路、绝缘支撑等有机结合为一整体，功能单元通过全绝缘固体汇流母线连接。因此，整个开关设备不受外部环境影响，可确保设备运行的可靠性和操作人员的安全性

该环网柜具有结构简单、操作灵活、联锁可靠、安装方便等特点，适用于50Hz，12千伏的电力系统，广泛应用于工业及民用电缆环网及配网终端工程，作为电能的接受和分配之用，特别适用于城市居民区配电、小型变电站、开闭所、电缆分支箱、箱式变电站、工矿企业、商场、机场、地铁、风力发电、医院、体育场、铁路、隧道等场所使用。由于该产品具有全绝缘、全密封、全屏蔽的优点，所以特别适用于高海拔、高温、湿热、严寒、污染严重等环境恶劣的地区使用。

结构特点

◆XGN-12型开关设备主要有三种功能单元，即V单元(断路器单元)、C单元(负荷开关单元)、F单元(组合电器单元)。当系统要求配置多个单元时，可以在左右侧任意扩展，根据不同的设计方案任意排列，实现不同的配置要求。

每个单元在结构上分为仪表室、操作机构、一次电路三个部分。仪表室可配微机保护(智能控制器)和其它表计，操作机构为专用弹操机构，也可配加电动操作机构；一次电路采用APG自动凝胶工艺，将母线、隔离开关和灭弧室完全固封在环氧树脂中，并有专用接头和母线相连。

性能优异的环氧树脂

XGN-12型固体绝缘全封闭开关设备是采用特殊环氧树脂作绝缘材料而生产出来的。这种环氧树脂有优异的性能：

具有优异的电绝缘性能。介电强度20-30kV/mm,体积电阻率(pv)1x1013-15Ω.m;

耐热可达200C以上，在高温下也有良好的绝缘性能；

化学性能稳定，具有优异的耐碱性、耐酸性和耐熔性和良好的抗温度老化、抗辐射老化性能；

导热系数为80x10-2\~100x10-2W/mk，易于热量发散；

对各种物质均有很高的粘结力，分子结构紧密，机械强度高，对开关设备有很好的保护作用；

固化收缩率小，一般为1%-2%；线胀系数也很小，一般为6x10/C。所以开关尺寸稳定，内应力小，不会开裂。

XGN-12环氧树脂固体绝缘全封闭开关设备是真正环保的绿色开关设备.

环氧树脂本身化学性能稳定，没有任何有毒物质挥发和扩散；

动压力凝胶(APG技术)时无挥发物、凝胶后搬运无滴淌物，固化过程中无废气排放;

开关设备在运行中没有SF6温室气体排放，无油污，不会产生任何有毒气体和有害物质；

使用寿命终结后，通过热处理循环和化学处理循环二种处理方式，可以使环氧树脂很快分解，并可以利用萃取技术循环再利用。

环氧树脂固体绝缘全封闭开关设备所使用的全部材料，都是可回收再利用的材料，不会排放任何有污染的液体，更不会释放任何有毒气体，是真正环保的绿色开关设备。

应用于要求高环保的地区:完全取消SF6气体绝缘，对环境和人身无任何污染和伤害。

模块化的相间隔离结构，完全避免了相间短路或多回路短路而引起的事故。

YBW系列预装式变电站是将高压电器设备，变压器、低压电器设备等组合成紧凑型成套配电装置，用于城市高层建筑、城乡建筑、居民小区高、新技术开发区、中小型工厂、矿山油田以及临时施工用电等场所，作配电系统中接受和分配电能之用。

YBW预装变电站具有成套性强、体积小、结构紧凑、运行安全可靠、维护方便、以及可移动等特点，与常规土建式变电站相比，同容量的箱式变电站占地面积通常为常规变电站的1/10\~15大大减少了设计工作量及施工量，减少了建设费用。在配电系统中，可用于环网配电系统，也可用于双电源或放射终端配电系统，是目前城乡变电站建设和改造的新型成套设备。
