STRUCTURALCHARACTERISTICS
Thecircuitbreakeradoptsa threepoleporcelainbushingpillarstructure,withthreepolesinstalledonacommonbase.The upperpart of thepoleis the arcextinguishing chamber,and the lowerpart is thepilarceramicsleeve.Thebase isequippedwith a three-phase linkagetransmissionsystem,a threepoleSF6gasconnectedpipelinesystem,and anSF6gasdensity controller.Thecontrol cabinetissuspended in thecenterunderthebase,and thereisaspringoperatedmechanismand control unit thatarejointlyusedbythreepolesinsidethecabinet.Theoutputrodof themechanismisconnectedtotheoutercrankarm of theB-pole,and thenoperated througha threepolemechanical linkage througha horizontal connectingrod.
The circuit breaker uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium.During operation,the SF6 gas inside the three poles of the circuit breakeris interconnected,and a pointer type densitycontroller isused tomonitor its pressure and density.Dueto theuseof self poweredarcextinguishing principleandoptimized designinthe circuit breakermotionsystem,the mechanical eficiencyhasbeen effectively improvedand the operatingpower hasbeenminimized to the greatestextent possible.
