·Thereisa higher possibility of IN hole getting blocked. ·与IN相比OUT的断面更大,因此排出能力不高,但是挤压丝攻与SL-TF的切屑少,不容易出现问题。

·Thecross-sectionalareaofOUTislargerthanthatofIN,sothedischargecapacityisnothigh.However,theforming tapand SL-TF produce less chips,so theyare less likely to cause problems.

·逆向转动时,产生切屑,SL-TF的内部注油效果是有限的。
·丝攻进入时,扩散的冷却液能够浸润内壁。
·When turning in reverse,chips are produced,and the internal oiling effectof the SL-TF is limited.
·When the tap enters,the diffused coolant can lubricate the inner wall.·与IN相比OUT的断面更大,因此排出能力不高,但是挤压丝攻与SL-TF的切屑少,不容易出现问题。
·无IN孔堵塞的可能。
·The cross-sectional area of OUTis larger than thatof IN,so the discharge capacityisnothigh.However,the froming tapand SLF produce less chips,so they are less likely to cause problems. ·There is no possibility of IN hole blockage.

与传统的铰刀相比,新型的EWR500去毛刺铰刀的毛刺去除更加可靠。径向出水的压力减小了铰刀和孔壁的另一侧之间的间隙。接触压力可使根部的毛刺去除干净。因为孔壁不会被损坏,去毛刺铰刀也可用于装配件。出水孔的位置和数量由现场应用要求来决定。多个出水孔确保了永久接触压力,这避免了在贯穿孔时的泄压。

聚晶金刚石(PCD)刀具的材料介绍
The material introduction of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tool与大单晶金刚石相比,作为刀具材料的聚晶金刚石(PCD)具有以下优点:
① 晶粒呈无序排列,各向同性,无解理面,因此它不像大单晶金刚石那样在不同晶面上的强度、硬度以及耐磨性有较大区别,以及因解理面的存在而呈现脆性。
② 具有较高的强度,由于有硬质合金基体的支撑而有较高的抗冲击强度,在冲击较大时只会产生小晶粒破碎,而不会像单晶金刚石那样大块崩缺,因而PCD刀具不仅可以用来进行精密切削加工和普通半精密加工,还可用作较大切削量的粗加工和断续加工(如铣削等),这大大扩充了金刚石刀具材料的使用范围。
③ 可以制备大块PCD刀具坏料,满足大型加工刀具如铣刀的需要。
④ 可以制成特定形状以适合于不同加工的需要。由于PCD刀具大型化和加工技术如电火花和激光切割技术的提高,三角形、人字形以及其他异形刀坏均可加工成形。为适应特殊切削刀具的需要还可设计成包裹式、夹心式与花卷式PCD刀具坏料。
⑤ 可以设计或预测产品的性能,赋予产品必要的特点以适应它的特定用途。比如选择细粒度的PCD刀具材料可使刀具的刃口的质量提高,粗粒度的PCD刀具材料能够提高刀具的耐用度,等等。总之,随着PCD、PDC刀具材料的研究进展,其应用已经迅速扩展到许多制造工业领域,广泛应用于有色金属(铝、铝合金、铜、铜合金、镁合金、锌合金等)、硬质合金、陶瓷、非金属材料(塑料、硬质橡胶、碳棒、木材、水泥制品等)、复合材料(纤维增强塑料、金属基复合材料等)的切削加工,尤其在木材和汽车加工业,已经成为传统硬质合金的高性能替代产品。

立方氮化硼是加工淬火铁族金属及合金的性能优异的刀具材料。但是由于CBN的合成是在高温条件下实现的,受到高压腔体的限制和合成技术方面带来的困难,要想得到高质量的大颗粒CBN单晶十分困难。CBN单晶的尺寸通常在0.5mm以下,最大不过3mm左右,因此作为刀具使用,尺寸还太小。其次,立方氮化硼单晶虽然很硬,但是受晶体解理机构的影响,在部分加工应用中的表现不够理想。在这种情况下,CBN聚晶,特别是带有衬底的聚晶复合片,应运而生。它的出现,一是解决了CBN的尺寸问题,二是由于这些材料属于多晶组织,不存在解理问题,使CBN的韧性得到了大幅提高。CBN聚晶也正因为此而得到了迅速发展。
CBN聚晶用粘结剂:用于CBN聚晶粘结剂的材料十分广泛,大致分为以下三类:
(1)金属或合金粘结剂,如镍、钴、钛、铝、铜等以及它们的合金;
(2)由金属、合金与陶瓷组成的金属陶瓷结合剂,这里包括碳化物、氮化物、硼化物、硅化物系列金属陶瓷,比如碳化钛、碳化锆、碳化硼、氮化钛、硼化钛、硅化铝等;
(3)非金属以及硼氮化合物,如硅、Me3B2N4(Me为碱土金属)等。
CBN复合片:不带衬底的立方氮化硼聚晶虽然克服了单晶立方氮化硼的各向异性以及晶体尺寸小的特点,但是在做刀具的时候存在着连接、焊接的问题。把硬而脆并且不易被通常焊料所浸润、粘结的立方氮化硼多晶烧结体进行直接焊接实际上是很困难的。低熔点、易焊接的焊料往往缺少足够的机械强度,而高熔点的合适焊料在焊接时又有使聚晶性能变坏甚至烧毁的危险(立方氮化硼在高温和常压的情况下处于亚稳状态,不稳定)。将立方氮化硼细颗粒及添加剂与硬质合金衬底在高温高压条件下烧结制成立方氮化硼复合片,成功地解决了这个问题,PCBN复合片的应用也因此更加方便。
