用于丝杠、光杠、立杠、心轴的防护、防水、防尘、防油、耐腐蚀,适用环境温度30-900度，颜色有灰色、绿色、黄色、黑色、白色。有两种结构，一种是钢丝圈支撑形式，一种是拉链缝合式(也可作成粘结式和按扣式)。材质：有三防布、塑胶布、硅胶玻璃纤维布，厚度从 . 0 . 3 m = 1 . 5mm 厚度，我们也可根据客户要求设计制作异型产品。

缝合式防尘罩它的表面光滑、造型规则、外观优美，为机床的整体造型增添了无限色彩。所以说，它在为您的机床提供实用性保护的同时，也为机床增加了更多视觉上的美感，使机床的整体价值得到了提升。

此防尘罩在轨道上的滑行属性可以通过使用特殊的滑块来对其进行改善。若作用在护罩上的加速度比较大，则可以使用同动装置，使护罩有一个均匀的拉伸。

缝合式防尘罩可以用来对丝杠、光杠、立柱、心轴及其它的圆形旋转柱体进行防护。可以水平或垂直使用。水平使用时如拉伸长度过长建议使用塑料或铝的支撑环，保持护罩内腔与丝杆之间有一定均匀的距离，延长使用寿命。拉伸长度大时也可以在每个折中加上金属环，提高护罩的稳定性。连接或固定端通常使用法兰盘，也可以选择卡箍式。

缝合式丝杠防护罩是多个圆片缝制而成，相临的两个内边，两个外边缝合在一起，通过缝制就可以达到比较好的外形稳定及水平方向上的牢固。

缝合式丝杠防护罩可以水平或垂直使用。水平使用时建议使用塑料或铝的支撑环，保持皮腔与丝杆之间有一定均匀的距离，延长使用寿命。拉伸长度大时可以在每个折中加上金属环，提高皮腔的稳定性。连接或固定端通常使用金属法兰盘，也可以选择套箍式。另，我们可以做侧面开口的，此种产品可以避免客户拆机安装的麻烦，更有效的提高了生产效率，节省人力物力，所以受到了越来越多用户的青睐。

CX型磁性板式排屑机 CX type magnetic plate chip conveyor

CX型系列磁性板式排屑机结构紧凑，运转平稳，噪声低，最适宜输送的是吸磁的颗粒状、块状切屑以及长度小于150mm的断屑。该机器的主要工作元件磁场强大，使其具备良好的排屑性能。此排屑机属于定量排屑，即每组磁性材料能够吸附吸屑的最大量是固定的。即使工作面上堆积了更多的切屑它也是按固定的排屑量进行输送。另外，该排屑机的运动部件全部封闭在壳体内部，工作面板上有非切屑物时，也不会导致机器卡滞、过载。

排屑链板分为多种，型号有(节距：31.75、38.1、50.8、63.5、101.6)宽度可根据用户要求制做。节距为31.75mm单排极限拉伸载荷 2 2 . 2 1 < N ，主要用于小型主机及短距离输送用。节距为38.1mm单排极限拉伸载荷31.8Kn，主要用于中小型短距离的输送。节距为 5 0 . 8 {mm } 单排极限拉伸载荷56.7KN，节距为101.6mm单排极限拉伸载荷226.8KN，这两种型号结构更加牢固可靠，适用于大中型主机及生产线上的远距离输送。
