防水透气材料透气原理

防水透气材料由阻燃布和高分子防水透气薄膜复合而成。高分子薄膜具有微孔，其孔径为零点几到几十um。高分子薄膜的微孔直径为水滴直径的数千分之一，是水蒸汽分子直径的1000倍左右。在常温、常压下，水以液态形式存在而不是水蒸汽分子形式存在时，不能通过防水透气材料，以达到防水透气的目的。由于水蒸汽分子的直径与空气分子直径相当，因此防水透气材料对于水蒸汽和空气的透过率是相同的，其透过量决定于膜的开孔率、厚度和孔径。目前该种薄膜通常采用聚四氟乙烯e-PTFE制成

介绍

防水透气阀是把防水透气膜通过注塑、超声焊接等形式和塑胶、金属、硅胶等其他材料结合，形成可以密闭的安装部件。主要有螺纹式、卡扣式、压入式等防水透气阀。防水透气阀能够允许气体的自由进出，但液态水不能够通过，哪怕雾状的水都不能够通过，从而起到防水透气的作用。

工作原理：

防水透气阀是用膨化的聚四氟乙烯e-PTFE做透气膜体，其微观下是微孔状结构，利用气体分子与液体及灰尘颗粒的体积大小数量级差，让气体分子通过，而液体、灰尘无法通过，从而实现防水透气的目的。
