Main function and character of Pivot Hinge 1、本公司现拥有适合各种窗型，各种型材，各种槽口的配套合页可选用，也可根据客户需求开模加工特型合 页。本产品图册展示的均为常规产品，非常规产品或者为客户特殊加工产品均未展示。 The company now has alternative supporting hinges which are suited to variety of window type,all kinds of profiles,ang rebbets,We can also shape models to make special hinges according to customer need.All products contained in this products book are conventional product,which means that non-conventional products and special products made according to customer request are not on the list. 2、合页承重从20kg-180kg均有多款可选，可根据客户窗型大小，窗扇轻重选用。常规为：两翼合页40kg5 0 {kg } ，三翼窗合页50kg-80kg，两翼门合页80kg-120kg，三翼门合页150kg-180kg。具体承重与安装和型材配合 会有所不同。 There are many options of hinges which can load from 20kg to 180kg,Customers can choose different hinges according to their window size and weight. Conventional option is :two wings window hinge can load 4 0 {kg } to 50kg,three wings window hinge 5 0 {kg } to 8 0 {kg } , ,two wings door hinge 8 0 {kg } to 1 2 0 {kg } and three wings hinge can bear 1 6 0 {kg } to 1 8 0 {kg } . The specific load-bearing will be different according to ways of installation and profiles. 3、所有两翼合页均分左右，有正芯和偏芯尼龙套可选。常规包装为左右分开，正芯尼龙套，也可根据客户要 求散装配置偏芯尼龙套，建议多选用正芯尼龙套。 As all two wings hinges can be divided into left and right,there are two kinds nylon bush: regular and ecentricity.The regular one is regular parted nylon bush.The company also can distribute eccentricity nylon bush according to customers request.Regular nylon bush is advised to use. 4、合页常规配置：不锈钢狼牙夹板（或锌合金、铝合金夹板）2个，不锈钢机丝4个，镀锌自攻螺丝（或不锈 钢顶丝）2个。建议多选用白攻丝定位。 Conventional hinge settings:two stainless steel mace splints (or zinc alloy,Aluminum alloy splints),four stainless steel machine silk,two galvanized steel self tapping screws (or stainless steel top silk).Self tapping screw is advised to locate. 5、合页的使用寿命与安装，型材结构及正常维护有关，正常使用开启次数为20000次。 The service life of hinge is in accordance with installation,strutural shapes and routine maintenance.The normal use frequency is 2oooo times.

3.螺钉的长度 \underline { { \boldsymbol { \mathbf { \Pi } } } } = 扇型材厚度+15mm。
Screw length L=sash thickness+15mm.

配置说明：Instruction

1.本配置适用于普通50、55平开门型材。
This configuration is suitable for ordinary C2O 50、55 side hung profiles.
3.方钢长度 \underline { { \underline { { \mathbf { \Pi } } } } } = 扇型材厚度 + 3 0mm 。
Handle tongue length=sash thickness+30mm.
4.螺钉的长度 \ c = 扇型材厚度+15mm。
Screw length L=sash thickness+15mm.

DS.320系列单点门锁（双扇） SinglepointLock(Double Sash) ofDS.320 Series

配置说明：Instruction

1.执手长度可根据客户的要求加长或缩短，正 常配置为450mm。
The length of handle canbe lengthened and shortened according to customer requirements ,normal configurationis450mm.
2.该门合页使用于框扇型材同一面的平开门， 如有高差可加8mm-10mm的铝垫。
Theflush door on one plane use the door hinge,alsocanadd the Bmm-10mm aluminum pad.
3.每付拉手都配有双头螺栓2套。
