1. Scenario Preset
(1) The scenario is based on a smallon-grid Solar PVsystem without DC energy storage. (2) Inorder to realize zero export,we need energy meter with bidirectional metering function installed on Grids Side [Need to monitor the girds'overall3-phase incoming circuit so that we can monitorthe total power consumption supplied from grids to house loadsand also monitor the overgeneratedreflux/export energy from Solar PVto grids or power transformer.]
(3)Selected model here was just for example,all energy meter with RS485 (MODBUS-RTU) refer insection4 has the ability to integrate inverter based on RS485 (MODBUS-RTU)to realize Zero Export control

5.CommunicationStructure&Logic
(1)4G Communication could be served as one of the final data upstream methods by sending the data tocloud server deployed in Internet so that Acrel loT System couldbe interact with these data collectedbybottommeteringdevices like EnergyMeter
(2) AWT100-4GHW gateway support upstream of 4G communication with MQTT and MODBUSprotocol and downstream of RS485 communication based on MODBUS-RTU protocol. ADL100- EYNK/F support upstream communication of RS485 communication based on MODBUS-RTU protocol.
(3) Based on the communication described in item (2),Acrel AWT100-4GHW gateway could receive the data from ADL100-EYNK/F energy meter using RS485 communication while sending the data further to cloud server using WiFi upstream communication.Thus accomplish a complete communication from bottom metering devices to top Acrel prepaid system software for realizing remotemanual Off-linePaymentfirst.
(4)By APl between Acrel Prepaid System and 3rd party Payment Software,We could realize also remoteautomatical On-line Payment.
6.Remote ControlLogic
For remoteswitch on/off control of circuit's CB(circuit breaker),basic control logic wasas below [pic 6.1]: (1)Administrator use Acrel Cloud Prepaid System,enter the "room mangement" interface,and issue " force closing/switch on" or "force opening/switch off command to control the on or offstatus of circuit's Circuit. [pic 6.2]
(2)AWT100-4GHW gateway receive the control command via 4G communication.And further issue this control command to downstream ADL10o-EYNK energymeter.
(3)ADL100-EYNK energy meter has built-in magnetic holding relay. Once the energy meter receive the " switch on"or "switch ofcontrolcommand,this willtrigger its magnetic holding relay to switch on or switchoff the circuit's CB respectively.
7. Topping Up Logic
(1)Thebasic binding logic is Prepaid Energy Meter (with unique SN Code) bind toa certain "Room" then this certain room bind toacertain "User".All these binding operation could be done on Acrel Cloud Prepaid WEB System by utility company.
(2) End Power User use the "User Account" created by Acrel Prepaid WEBto login in Prepaid APP. They could do the online payment using this APP.
(3)Once End Power User submit topping up request,willrediect to a 3rd party payment URL (done by APl),they willfinish the payment in 3rd party payment methods and once finished,will send a call backtoAcrel PrepaidAPP.
(4)Acrel Prepaid APP[End Power User Ver.] willfurther issue recharge command to Acrel Prepaid WEB[Administrator Ver.] according to this callback (including recharging result,useraccount info, topping up amount and etc.) So that Acrel Prepaid WEB willautomatically topping up for certain " User Account" and "Room bound with unique prepaid energy meter"

1.Overview
Acrel IoTEMS Cloud Platform isa platform based on the Internetof Things datacenter, which establishes uplink and downlink data standards,and provides Internet users with energy IoT data services.Users only need to purchase Acrel IoT sensors,install themand scan the QR code to obtain the required industry data services using mobile phones and computers.
Acrel IoT EMS combines the Internet business model of online sales to provide PAAS platform services for widely distributed smalland medium-sized customers.Users can choose the required functional modules by themselves.Use the gateway to upload,youcanuse the mobile phone to scan the code to get the corresponding industry data service,and you don't need to pay attention to the debugging process and platform operation process.

The home page shows users project overview information,equipment status information, alarm information,energy consumption statistics,energy trend information including electricity, water,comprehensive energy consumption and carbon emissions information,and the middle map of the home page shows project information.The upper right corner of the website will display the alarm data and classification,and can also display the user's local weather information.The user can also click on the APP to download the app through theQR code.As shown in Figure3-1,3-2, and 3-3.
4.Power Monitoring
4.1.Data Monitoring
Data monitoring displays project information and all equipment information under the project, and you can see the communication status,circuit name,etc.of each equipment.
4.2.Transformer Monitoring
Display the load conditions of each transformer,so that scientific and reasonable planning can be made for the allocation of transformers.Through the comparative analysis of power consumption efficiency under various operating parameter states,find out the best operating
mode.The load is adjusted according to the optimal operation mode,thereby reducing the unit consumption of electricity and minimizing the loss of electric energy.As shown in Figure 4-2
4.3.Distribution Diagram
Power distribution monitoring mainly displays the customer's primary power distribution map.Select the name of the project to be viewed to view the primary power distribution diagram. As shown in Figure 4-3.
Note:You need to draw aprimary power distribution diagram first,complete the binding of the diagram,and then you can view the primary diagram of power distribution.
Click the data in the figure to call up the control boxand view real-time data,such as phase
voltage,active power,reactive power,active energy,phasecurrent,and reactive energy,asshown in Figure 4-4.
Switch to historical data,and query thecharts and data you want to see by selecting the date and power category,as shown inFigure 4-5 and 4-6.
Switch to the Meter information to view the relevant information of the instrument,as shown in Figure 4-7.
4.4.Parameters Report
The parameters report page displays the electrical parameter report of the project.Users can viewtheelectrical parameter report ofthe equipment in each area,and can viewthe correspondingdatabyswitchingthetimeandadjustingthe electrical parameterdisplay,as shown in Fig.4-8.This page supports excel export by clicking the export button.
