直埋式球阀是工厂工程技术人员集十余年高压阀门设计制造之经验，采用国际最新技术标准开发而成。主要用于石油、天然气、煤气的长距离管线输送和城市煤气管道系统。由于直埋式球阀的独有特征，因而在设计时充分考虑了其承受管道应力的能力、防腐性，以及安全性、耐候性、长期使用的可靠性等：密封、结构设计属工厂独有。操作方式有立式蜗杆蜗轮驱动、气动、电动、气/液联动、电/液联动、以及各类特殊控制形式。

Underground Type Ball Valve is made by engineers with 30 years' experience on high pressure valve design and manufacture. It is successfully developed according to the latest technical standard. It is mainly applied for both long distance pipeline delivery of petroleum, natural gas and coal gas and for urban gas conduit system. Because of the particular characteristics of Underground Type Ball Valve, the capability to endure pipeline stress, non-corrosibility, safety, weather resisting property and long run reliability is fully considered when designed. There are many operating patterns as upright worm turbine driven, air-driven, electric-driven, air-hydraulic driven and various special controlling forms.

结构特点 Structure characteristics

●阀门结构/Valve Body

直埋式球阀，阀体在最大的额定工作压力下能保证其有足够的强度和刚度，焊接坡口部位经“X”射线全面探伤检查。阀门内件经过精心设计和选择，确保在各种工况下的可靠性。分体式阀体足够的壁厚和采用高强度的盖帽连接螺栓，有利于阀门的保养和维护，并足以承受管道的应力。

The body of Underground Type Ball Valve can ensure enough strength and rigidity under maximal rated operating pressure. Welding groove is tested fully with defect detecting by X ray. Valve internals is well-designed and selected to ensure the dependability under different work conditions. Detachable body with enough wall thickness and high strength nut cap jointing screw bolt is good for maintenance of valve lead and can bear the stress of pipeline.

●操作扭矩低/Low operating torque

直埋式球阀，球体为固定球或浮动球，表面经磨削抛光硬化处理，与阀杆分离；阀杆为细长轴，表面经硬化处理，外径设置衬不锈钢塑料轴承，轴承高度大于阀杆直径，因此，磨擦半径小，操作扭矩低。

The body of Underground Type Ball Valve is of floating ball or trunnion ball whose surface is handled with grinding polishing and harding, separated with stem. Stem is of slender shaft with its surface handled with harding. Its plastic bearings lined with stainless steel is equipped on OD. Bearing height should be above the stem diameter. Therefore, it is with small wear - out radius and low.operating torque.

●可靠的密封/Reliable seal

球阀密封采用双重密封结构，固定球阀座密封是由软密封加金属密封完成。支承圈是独立轴向浮动的，通过弹簧预压实现阀座的低压密封，并且合理设计成具有活塞效应的由介质压力自动实现高压密封来切断介质，在支承圈的外径上设置有“0”型密封圈实现与阀体的密封，设计膨胀石墨环实现失火状态下的密封。

Ball valve adopts double seal structure. The seal of trunnion mounted ball valve seat is realized via both flexible seal and metallic seal. Backstop ring is axial floating and under pressure seal of seat is realized via spring prepressing. And it is well designed to automatic high duty seal realized by medium pressure with plunger effect to cut off medium. External diameter of backstop ring is equipped with O-ring to achieve the seal with body. Expanding graphite annulus is designed to realize the seal under the condition of fire.

●紧急密封/Urgent seal

阀杆/压盖部位和侧阀体阀座支承部位都设计有注脂孔，安装有注脂阀，如果阀杆和/或阀座密封有所损伤而引起泄漏，可使用密封脂实现二次密封。每个注脂阀内都装有一个内藏式止回阀，防止密封脂在介质的作用下外溢，注脂阀端部为注脂枪快速连接的接头。

Stem / gland part and flank body and seat bearing part are both equipped with grease hole and grease valve. If stem and/or seat are/is damaged and cause leak, stop-leak compound is used to realize second seal. Each grease valve is equipped with a concealed check-valve to prohibit stop-leak compound overflow under the effect of medium. Joint jointed quickly by grease gun is in the bottom of grease valve.

●双截断和泄放(DBB)

固定式结构的埋地阀，当球体处于全开或全关位置时，阀体中腔介质可以通过排污和放空装置排放。同时阀门中腔的超压可由自卸压式阀座将其排放到低压端。

For stationary type Underground Type Ball Valve, Body cavity medium can be drained through pollution discharging and emptying plants when body is in the wide-open or full-close position. At the same time, the excessive pressure in valve cavity can be drained to low-tension position by self-relief seat.

●放空装置和放散阀/Vent Valves

在阀体上部加工有放空孔，放空孔在阀体试压后安装放空阀，阀门运行中可对阀体中腔进行放空和清洗。DN≥200mm的球阀，在其上、下游接管处装有两个放散阀，可对管道中的余气进行排放。

An emptying hole is put in the body which can be equipped with emptying valve after testing body pressure. Body cavity can be emptied and cleaned during valve is working. The body valve with DN>200mm is equipped with two bleeders in the upper and lower connectors, which can drain the air left in the pipeline.

防火设计/Fire protection design

阀门设计符合API6FA/API607标准的要求，并通过了防火测试，试验证明是符合要求的。

It is tested that the body design is up to the standards of API 6FA/API 607. And pass fire resistance test.

●防静电设计/Anti-static design

由于金属与塑料或橡胶间的摩擦而产生的静电，对于输送易燃、易爆介质是非常危险的。因此，对被塑料或橡胶密封件隔绝了的金属部件(如阀体、球体、阀座支承圈、阀杆)之间的导电性，用不锈钢弹簧来保证符合BS5351的规定。

It is dangerous to transfer inflammable and explosive medium because of the static generated by the friction between metal and plastic or rubber. Therefore, to the metal parts isolated by plastic or rubber seals, stainless stell spring is used to meet the criterion of BS 5351.

●材料选用/Material selected

阀门零件的材料选用符合API6D、ASTM、ASME、GB、JB等规范的要求，对零件的表面处理根据工况不一采用不同的方式，要求抗硫化应力腐蚀则按NACE MR 0175的要求进行。

The selection of valve part material conforms to the requirements in regulations of API 6D, ASTM, ASME, GB, JB and etc. Different methods are used for surface treatment of the parts depending upon different work conditions. If anti sulfureted hydrogen stress corrosion is required, the treatment will be done according to the requirement of NACE MR 01-75.

接长阀杆和引压管/Extension stem and induction pipe

将阀杆接长，并将相应的注脂排污延伸到阀顶部，便于操作。

●操作方式多样/Various operation modes

阀门与驱动器的连接盘符合ISO5211的规定，便于各类驱动器的连接和互换，常用驱动方式有手动、电动、气动、气液联动等。

●产品概述/Product overview

我公司生产的浮动式球阀采用单斜面弹性密封圈或V型槽弹性密封圈结构设计，当介质压力较小时，密封圈与球体的接触面积较小，故有较大的密封比压，确保可靠密封，介质压力较大时，密封圈与球体接触面积增大，故密封圈能承受较大的介质推力而不会损坏。由干聚四氟乙烯等密封圈具有良好的自润滑性，与球体的磨擦损小，故使用寿命长。

The floating ball valve produced by our company adopts single inclined elastic sealing ring or V-groove elastic sealing ring structure design, when the medium pressure is small, the sealing ring and the sphere contact area is small, so there is a larger sealing pressure, to ensure reliable sealing, when the medium pressure is large, the sealing ring and the sphere contact area increases, so the sealing ring can withstand the larger medium thrust without damage. Because the sealing ring such as polytetrafluoroethylene has good self-lubrication, the friction loss with the ball is small, so the service life is long.

固定球阀，是新一代高性能球阀，适用于长输管线和一般工业管线，其强度、安全性、耐恶劣环境性等在设计时进行了特殊考虑，适用于各种腐蚀性和非腐蚀性介质。它与浮动球阀相比，工作时，阀前流体压力在球体上产生的作用力全部传递给轴承，不会使球体向阀座移动，因而阀座不会承受过大的压力，所以固定球阀的转矩小、阀座变形小，密封性能稳定、使用寿命长，适用于高压、大口径场合。固定球阀有二块式和三块式两种阀体结构，中法兰用螺栓连接，密封采用增强聚四氟乙烯镶入不锈钢圈内，钢圈后部设有弹簧保证阀座紧贴球体，保持密封。

特性/Features:

一体式焊接球阀，不会有外部泄漏等现象。

由于阀座是由碳纤维增强特氟隆密封环及碟形簧构成的，所以对压力和温度的变化适应能力强，在标注压力和温度范围内不会产生任何泄漏。球体的加工过程有先进的计算机检测仪跟踪检测，所以球体的加工精度高。由于阀体材料跟管道材质一样，不会出现应力不均，也不会由于地震及车辆经过地面时而产生变形，管道耐老化。密封环本体采用含量20%Carbon(碳素)的RPTFE材质，保障完全无泄漏(0%)。直埋式焊接球阀可以直接埋于地下，不用建高大型阀门井，只需在地面上设置小型浅井，大大节省施工费用及工程时间。可根据管道的施工及设计要求，调整阀体的长短和阀杆的高度。球体的加工精度非常精密，操作轻便，无不良干涉。采用高级的原材料，能保PN25以上的压力。与同类行业的同种规格产品相比，阀体小、而且外型美观。在保证阀门正常操作、使用情况下，使用寿命在15年以上。

Exterior leakage won't occur in fully welded ball valve.

As valve base consists of teflon sealing ring strengthened by carbon fiber and disc spring, so it can adjust well to change on pressure and temperature without any leakage risk within marked pressure and temperature range. Ball body is manufatured with high accuracy tracking and detecting with advanced computer and detector. Valve body is made of the same material of pipe, so stress is evenly distributed without deformation risk when earthquake happens or vehicles drive through the ground. Pipe is resistant to aging. No leakage can be assured with sealing ring being made of PTFE contained 20%Carbon. Underground fully welded ball valve can be embedded underground with small and shallow well being set on ground rather than large valve well being required. so that construction cost and time are saved substantially. Length of valve body and height of stem can be adjusted in accordance with requirement of pipe construction and design. Ball body can be operated simply and easily with high processing accuracy but no bad interference, which is made of high grade raw materials and can bear pressure above PN2.5. It is small and beautiful comparing with products with same specification in similar industry. It has life period of more than 15 years when used at normal operational and using conditions.

●安装/Installation:

阀钢质球阀的末端焊接采用电焊或手工焊接。应避免阀室过热。焊接末端距离不能过短，确保不会将焊接过程中产生的热量对密封材料造成破坏。
安装过程中应将阀门全部打开。

产品说明/Product Description:

球型平衡阀在满足原有球阀全部功能的基础上又增加了可以具备调节能力的新型产品，弥补了球阀不能做调节的弊端，又比原有法兰平衡阀不易做保温、安装使用空间大、调节刻度不精准及调节杆易漏水等不足。此阀可以直接与管道焊接连接，节省法兰、垫片、螺栓等物质资源，体积小重量轻，安装方便，易于保温。具有关断力强，并且具备不做调节时可以完全打开功能，全开时的阻力小。并且具有免维护、零泄露、运行费用低等优点，越来越广泛的成为数字锁定平衡阀，静态调节阀等需要大量维护工作阀门的替代产品。

Ball type balance valve is a new type of product which not only meet the full function of the normal ball valve but also increase the ability of adjusting function. It is compensating for the disadvantage of the ball valve can not do the adjusting, and it is better than the original flange balance valve which is not easy to do heat preservation. installation need large space, adjustment scale is not accurate and adjuster bar is easy to have water leakage problem. The valve can be directly welding to pipeline, so it will save the cost of flange, gasket, bolt and other material resources. The valve has advantage of small volume, light weight, easy installation, easy to have heat preservation. It has strong shut off force, and can be fully opened when it is not using adjustment function,When it is in fully opened state it has little resistance. And it has the advantages of maintenance-free, zero leakage, low operating costs, more and more widely become the replacement products of digital lock balance valve, static control valve, also for the valves which need a lot of maintenance work.

技术特点/Technical Characteristics:

1、阀体结构为整体式焊接，不会有外部泄漏现象。

2、阀座由PTFE密封环及补偿弹簧组成，对压力和温度的变化适应能力强，在使用范围内不会产生任何泄漏。

3、阀杆的防渗漏结构、阀杆底部有1个PTFE自封密封垫和1个0型密封圈，上面有2个0型密封圈、两个PTFE密封垫组成，确保开关调节十万次不泄露。

4、阀体材料与管道材质相同，焊接不会出现应力不均现象。

●安装事项/Installation :

1、平衡阀可安装在回水管路上，也可安装在供水管路上，在供热系统中，我们建议安装在回水管路上可以较好的调节流量。

2、平衡阀可水平安装，也可垂直安装，容易调试的方位最好。

3、安装前应清除管道内部杂质，阀门袖管两端的保护帽在焊接之前不要摘除。防止杂物进入阀内损伤密封件。

4、阀门焊接端与管道焊接时，应必须保证阀门端与管道端焊接面对齐平行。防止避免焊接时飞溅杂质损伤阀球及密封面。

5、法兰连接时，阀体法兰与管道连接应保持自然同轴，避免产生剪切力，连接螺栓应自然锁紧。

6、介质流动方向必须于阀体箭头方向一致。

5. When flanged connection, the connection between valve body flange and pipeline should be kept naturally coaxial to avoid shear force, and the connecting bolts should be locked naturally.

6. The medium flow direction must be consistent with the arrow direction of the valve body.

使用及注意事项/Use and precautions:

1、用厂商提供的专用锁控钥匙，打开锁控装置，放入异型调节扳手调节至所需开度，或配备智能仪表调节至所需流量。

2、调试完成后，记录阀门开度并应将锁控装置锁闭到位。

3、球阀启闭调节操作，应按照阀门刻度指示方向操作，切勿方向错误过力操作损坏阀件。

4、使用智能仪表辅助调节时，仪表与两端测压孔连接时应注意上下游方向。安装好后应将内部气体排空。

1、每一种规格的球型平衡阀经试验测量，都呈现了如下图所示的近似等百分比线性的流量（开度流量曲线关系），具备了良好的流量调节特性，在平衡阀调试时可精确地调节流量。

2、平衡阀按照设计工况调试，系统达到水力平衡后，当运行工况不同于设计工况，总循环水量少于设计流量时（例如变频水泵低转速运转或多台水泵并联只开启部分水泵时），安装了球型平衡阀的各个支路的流量将按相同比例减少，能够满足在当时气候条件下部分负荷时的水力平衡的需要。也就是说可以满足以热源为主动的变流量系统。

背景技术/Background Technology

在流体介质输送管道中，球阀是一种有效必备的截断装置。为了清除流体介质中的杂质和污物，保持输送管道的清洁和畅通，在输送管道中设置过滤器则是一种提高流体质量必不可少的重要设备。现有输送管道中安装过滤器和球阀因占用空间大，常受到使用条件的限制并且过滤器的拆洗困难。

本实用新型自滤式焊接球阀，解决了现有管道中设置过滤器受到的安装条件限制和维修时存在清洁困难等问题，其设计合理，结构紧凑，操作灵活省力，安装、维修非常方便，既显著减少占用空间，又有利于降低成本和广泛推广应用。

在自滤式焊接球阀开启状态下，流体介质通过球体的通孔内腔时，可以由自身设置的过滤网对流体介质进行过滤，当球体顺时针旋转90度时，自滤式焊接球阀处于关闭状态，起截断输送管道中流体介质的作用。

在阀体的侧壁设置联通的中道法兰和与清洗水管连接的排污管，可以通过打开中道法兰盖和排污管，方便快捷的清洁过滤网，也可以在排污管上设置电动阀门或气动阀门，以便实现对过滤网进行自动冲洗。若过滤网破损，打开中道法兰盖可以进行更换。

At the moment, filters and ball valves installed in the transmission pipeline take a large space and are often restricted by application conditions and it's difficult to remove and wash the filter.

This new practical self-filtering welding ball valve solves the existing problems such as restriction of installation conditions on the setting of filters in the pipeline, the cleaning difficulty during the maintenance, etc. Its reasonable deign, compact structure, flexible labor-saving operation, quite convenient installation and maintenance not only obviously reduce the occupied space, but also are good for the cost reduction and wide promotion and application.

Under the opening state of self-filtering welding ball valve, when the fluid media passes the inner through-hole cavity of the ball, it can be filtered by the filter network set by its own. When the ball is rotated 90 degrees clockwise, the self-filtering welding ball valve will be in the closing state playing the role of cutting off the fluid media in the transmission pipeline.

On the side wall of the valve body. the connected mid-flange and the drain pipeline connected with the cleaning water pipe are set. It's able to clean the filter network conveniently and quickly by opening the mid-flange cover and the drain pipeline. It can also set an electric valve or pneumatic valve in the drain pipeline in order to realize the self-washing of the filter network, If the filter network is broken, it's able to exchange by opening the mid-flange cover.

①整体式焊接球阀，不会有外部泄漏现象。

②阀座由碳化特氟龙密封环及弹簧构成，对压力和温度变化适应能力强，在标注压力和温度范围内不会产生任何泄漏。

③球体的加工过程由先进的计算机检测仪跟踪检测，球体的加工密度高。

④密封环采用含量20%Carbon 碳素C-PTFE材质，保障完全无泄漏。

The filter network and the ball combine as one. The link of the ball of filter network itself plays a role of filtering in the pipeline and can replace the filter, achieving the effect of one valve with multiple functions. Therefore, it's able to save the installation space of pipeline and the business cost and stop impurities with a diameter of greater than 4.5mm.

⑧The filter network adopts the V-mouth to guarantee the normal pass of media in the case of blocking impurity particles, while the valve and work normally. It adopts the pressure relief valve design which can adjust the internal and external pressure difference of the valve and improve its security performance. Meanwhile. it's able to replace the pressure relief valve with a threaded ball valve to make the operation time-saving, convenient and flexible.

It's able to relieve the pressure inside the filter valve by the threaded ball valve. After opening the threaded ball valve, release the pressure inside the valve until there is no pressure. Exert pressure to one side of the threaded ball valve with a pneumatic pump to remove the dust and impurities inside the filter network.

② 坡型口过滤网设计

Design of -mouth filter network

坡型口设计，杂质颗粒被截断于滤网底部，介质于坡型口处正常通过，不增加热量损失，不对阀门产生内压力，不减少阀门使用寿命。

With the V-mouth design, impurity particles are cut off at the bottom of the filter network and media can pass the V-mouth normally which will not increase heat loss, increase the internal pressure of the valve or reduce the service life of the valve.

泄压阀设计

阀门在进行清洗/维护时，可通过泄压阀来泄掉阀体内的压力，后打开排污口对滤网进行清洗/维护，安全性非常可靠。

In the cleaning/maintenance of the valve, it's able to relieve the pressure inside the valve by the pressure relief valve and then open the drain outlet to clean/maintain the filter network. It has a reliable security performance.

阀体箭头指向为介质流动方向，关闭球阀、打开法兰盖的活结螺栓，取出滤网即可以清除阻拦下来的杂质。

The arrow pointing of the valve is the flow direction of media. Close the ball valve, open the slipknot bolt of the flange cover, take out the filter network and then it's able to remove the blocked impurities.

●清洗过程

正常使用状态下的自滤式全焊接球阀 阀体箭头所指方向为价质流动方向 Under the normal working condition, the arrow of the self-filtering full welding ball valve points to the flow direction of media.

关闭过滤阀门，通过泄压阀，逐渐释 放过滤球阀体内压力直到无压。 Close the filter valve, and gradually release the pressure inside the filter ball valve until there is no pressure.

阀门内无压力后，缓慢打开过滤球阀 排污口。
When there is no pressure inside the valve, slowly open the drain outlet of the filter valve.

把已经清洗/更换的过滤网，重新安装 回阀门内，开始正常工作。 Re-install the cleaned/exchanged filter network inside the valve and start the normal operation.

取下固定过滤网的螺栓后取出装满颗粒 杂质的过滤网。 Take out the filter network full of particles and impurities after taking down the bolt to fix the filter network.

The Attentions of fully welded steel ball valve installation

1、参照下图，确认安装全焊封钢质球阀是否符合设计需求。

2、拆去两端的保护盖，检查阀孔是否有故障，是否干净。如有异物清理干净，避免沟槽和球体之间的异物损坏阀座密封面。

3、试着打开和关闭球阀几次，确认球阀能否正常工作。

4、在将球阀安装至管线之前，应将管子焊接表面擦扫干净。安装球阀时，不用特别注意球阀的安装方向（任一端都可安装在上游端）。

5、将要焊接的球阀打开，避免在焊接过程中焊渣进入阀内。

6、水平安装时，阀门必须完全打开，避免焊接时的电火花伤及球体表面(图1)；当在垂直客道上安装时，如果焊接上接口，阀门必须完全打开（图2），如果焊接下接口，阀门必须完全关闭，以免阀门内部被高热灼伤（图3）。

7、焊接完成后，等阀门完全冷却后再进行阀门开关操作。

8、当安装涡轮涡杆执行机构时（阀门尺寸DN200及以上或特殊定制），先根据阀门开关位置，参照箭头指示方向（shut关，open开）调整执行机构开度位置，使执行机构箭头指示开关方向与阀门开关位置保持一致：将执行机构与阀体的标准法兰正确对接，并适当调整限位螺栓(打开底部黑色保护帽，松动固定螺母，用适合的六角板手调整限位螺栓，完成后上紧固定螺母，安装好黑色保护帽）的位置，使阀门可以完全关闭和打开，可以参考箭头指示方向（箭头必须完全水平或垂直）。

1. Refer to the following figures; certify whether the installedfully welded steel ball valve is in line with the design requirement,

2. Remove the protection caps on both ends, and check whether the valve opening is at fault or whether it is clean.If there is any foreign body between the groove and ball,eliminate it to avoid damage of sealing face of valve seat.

3. Certify whether a ball valve can operate well by opening and closing the a ball valve several times.

4. Before install a ball valve on a pipeline, wipe off the welding surface of the pipe. During ball valve installation. no special attention needs to be paid to the direction of ball valve installation (either ends can be installed on the upstream end).

5. Open the ball valve to be welded to prevent welding slag form the internal valve.

6. During horizontal installation. open the valve completely to prevent electric spark damaging the ball surface when welding (Figure 1); during vertical installation. open the valve completely when welding the upper connections (Figure 2),and close the valve completely when welding the lower connections to avoid burning inside the valve (Figure 3).

7. After welding, switch the valve after the valve is completely cooled

8. During installation of turbine and worm actuator (valve size: DN200 and the above or special order), adjust the open position of actuator referring to the indicating arrow (shut for close and open for open) according to the switching position of valve, and thus keep the actuator switching direction indicated by arrow can be the same as the switching position of valve; butt weld the actuator and the standard valve flange correctly, and adjust the stop bolt position when necessary to completely open or close the valve (open the black protective cap at the bottom, loosen the fixing nut, and adjust the stop bolt by hexagon wrench; after screwing the fixing nut, install the black protective cap). Refer to the indicating arrow (the arrow must completely horizontal or vertical)
