产品概述

ZW系列自吸式无堵塞排污泵是在反复研究国内外同类技术的基础上开发成功的一种结构新颖的产品。

该泵集自吸和无堵塞排污于一体，采用轴回流外混式，并通过泵体、叶轮流道的独特设计，即可象一般自吸清水泵那样不需要安装底阀和灌引水，又可吸排含有大颗粒固体和长纤维杂质液体，可广泛适用于市政排污工程、河塘养殖、轻工、造纸、纺织、食品、化工、电业、纤维、浆料和混合悬浮物等介质的输送，是一种非常理想的杂质泵。

该泵与国内同类产品相比，具有结构简单、自吸性能好、排污能力强、高效节能、使用维修方便等特点，在排污泵系列产品中属国内首创。各项技术性能指标居国内领先，达到国际先进水平，具有广阔的应用市场和发展前景。

ZW series selfprming nonblock sewage are originally structured products developed on the basis of the repeated study in the congener technology at home and abroad.

Featured by selfpriming and nonblock sewage discharge, axial backflow outer recirculation, and the dístinctive design of pump body and impeller channel, this pump, just like a selfpriming clean water pump, doesn't need bottom valve and priming water, and is functioned to suck in and discharge liguid containing large granular solids and long fibre, It is an optimal trash pump to deliver fibre, slurry and suspending mixture in the fields of municipal sewage discharge project, aquiculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, foodstuff, chemical, electric power etc.

Compared with the similar products at home, this series of pumps are a creation of sewage pump at home, which are featured by simple structure, sound selfpriming performance, robust sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency, energy conservation, easy operation and maintenance etc.. With their technical performance taking a leading position both at home and in the international, this series of pumps expect a broad market in the future.

工作条件Working Conditions

1、环境温度≤50℃，介质温度≤80℃，特殊要求可达到200℃。

2、介质PH值：铸铁材质为6-9，不锈钢材质为2-13。

3、介质重度：不超过1240kg/m3

4、自吸高度：不能超过规定值4.5-5.5米，吸入管长度为小于10米。

5、通过能力：悬浮颗粒直径为小于泵口径的60%，纤维长度为小于泵口径的5倍。

1. Ambient temperature ≤50°C, temperature of medium≤80°C up to 200°C in case of special requirement.

2. PH value of medium: 6-9 for cast iron material, and 2-13 for stainless steel material.

3. Gravity of medium: not exceeding 1240kg/m³.

4. Self-priming height: not exceeding the specified value by 4.5-5.5m, and the length of suction pipe less than 10meters.

5. Throughput capacity: the diameter of suspending particles not exceeding the 60% of pump diameter, and the length of fibre less than the 5 times of pump diameter.

QJ型并用潜水泵是电机与水泵直联一体潜入水中工作的提水机具，它适用于从深井提取地下水、也可用于河流水库、水渠等提水工程：主要用于农田灌溉及高原山区人畜用水，亦可供城市、工厂、铁路、矿山、工地做排水使用。

QJ well submersible pump is a water lifting tool, with the motor and pump integrated into whole body and submerged into water. It is used to draw ground water from a deep well, or from river, reservoir and aqueduct etc., Mainly for agricultural irrigation, water for human being and livestock in plateau areas, water discharge in cities, factories, railways, mines and construction sites.

1、电机、水泵一体，潜入水中运行、安全可靠。

2、读一井管、扬水管无特殊要求（既：钢管井、灰管井、土井等均可使用；在压力许可下，钢管、胶管、塑料管等均可作扬水管使用）。

4、结构紧凑简单、体积小。

工作条件

Working Conditions

1、额定频率为50赫芝，额定电压为380±5%伏的三相交流电源。

2、水泵进水口必须在动水位1米以下，但潜水深度不得超过静水位以下70米，电机下端距井底水深度最少在1米以上。

3、水温一般不得高于40℃。

4、水质要求：

(1）水中含砂量不大于0.01%（重量比）；

(2)PH值在6.5\~8.5范围；

(3)氯离子含量不大于400毫克/升。

5、要求井正直、井壁光滑，不得有井管错开。

1. Threephase AC power supply of rated frequency at 50Hz and rated voltage at 380 ± 5%.

2. Pump inlet shall be kept below the dynamic level by 1 meter, but the submerged depth shall not exceed 70 meters below the static level. And the lower part of motor shail be kept at least 1 meter to the bottom of the well.

3. Generally, water temperature shall not be higher than 40°C.

4. Water quality:

(1) Sand content in water not greater than 0.01 % (Weight ratio);
(2)PH value between 6.5\~8.5;

(3)Chlorine ion content not greater than 400mg/l.

5. Well shall be straight and slippery with no disalignment of borepipes.

该系列隔膜泵是目前国内最新颖的一种泵类。对于各种腐蚀性液体、带颗粒、高粘度、易挥发、易燃、易爆、剧毒的液体、陶瓷釉浆、果浆、胶水、油轮仓底油回收、临时倒罐等液体均能予以抽光吸尽。其性能参数与德国的WLLDENPUMS、美国的MARIO-WPUMPS相近。泵体过流部件材质采用不锈钢、铝合金、铸铁，隔膜根据不同液体分别采用丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶、氯丁橡胶及聚四氟乙烯四种。

QBY型气动隔膜泵，采用压缩空气、蒸汽、工业废气为动力源，吸程7m，扬程0-50m，流量0.8-30m/h无级可调。

DBY型电动隔膜泵采用Y、YB电机为动力源，吸程3-5m，扬程30m,流量0.5-20m³/h。

防漏设计

取消了轴封，利用磁力耦合间接驱动，完全消除了滴漏的烦恼，绝不污染使用场地。

由于泵的过流部分选用“氟塑料合金”制造。可连续输送任意浓度的酸、碱、强氧化剂等腐蚀介质而毫不受损。

工作原理

驱动装置采用主动磁铁联轴器直接装在电机轴上，泵室完全封闭，通过磁力偶合间接驱动泵轴上该磁铁的叶轮旋转，结构紧凑、安全节能。

坚固耐用的泵体结构

虽然接触液体部分是氟塑料，但泵外壳是金属材料，故泵体足以承受管道的重量及抵受机械性冲击。

主要用

本产品广泛适用于：石油化工、制酸制碱、有色金属冶炼、汽车制造的酸洗工艺、稀土分离、农药、燃料、医药、造纸、电镀、无线电等行业。

IS型泵系根据国际标准ISO2858所规定是性能和尺寸设计，其技术标准均达到国际先进水平。它是我国推广的节能泵类产品之一。具有结构简单，性能可靠，体积小，重量轻，抗汽腐蚀性能好，电耗低，使用维修方便，并且通用性广，配件互换性强。本型泵材质为铸铁，允许吸入管路压力为0.3MPA，泵的最高使用压力为1.6MPA，最高工作温度为120℃。

定子单杆是合积式原理工作的新型泵种，主要工作不家是偏心螺杆（转子和固定的衬套（定子)。

由于该二部件的特殊几何形状，分别形成单独的密封容腔，介质由轴向均匀推行流动，内部流速低，容积保持不变，压力稳定，因而不会产生涡流和搅动。每级泵的输出压力为0.6MPa，扬程60m（清水），自吸高度一般在6m以上。

Single scerw pump is late model based upon rotary type engaged positive displacement. Main working part are eccentric screw(rotor)and fixed lining (stator). The stator is made of nontoxic and tasteless edible rubber.

The special geometric shapes of these two parts have formed up independent sealing cavity. Medium flows axially, low speed inside, volume remaiing unchanged, and steady pressure so as to avoid vortex and agitation. The outlet pressure of every stage is 0.6MPa, head up to 60m (for clean water), and selfpriming height usually above 6m.

Because of the use of multiple elastic materals for stator, this type of pumps is given unparalleled superiority to ordinary ones in delivering high viscidity fluid and medium containing hard suspending particles or fibre. Its flow is proportional to the speed.

This type of pumps is featured by compact structure, small volume, easy maintenance, great adaptability to medium, smooth flow, little pressure fluctuation, high selfpriming capacity, and service temperature up to 120C. Custommade service is available to deliver high temperature medium between 120C-350C. They are widely used in the industries of foodstuff, metallurgy, papermaking, dyeing and printing, chemical, fertilizer and pharmaceuticals etc.

1-1B型螺杆泵是一种单螺杆式输运泵，它的主要工作部件是偏心螺旋体的螺杆（称转子）和内表面呈双线螺旋面的螺杆衬套（称定子）。其工作原理是当电动机带动泵轴转动时，螺杆一方面绕本身的轴线旋转，另一方面它又沿衬套内表滚动，于是形成泵的密封腔室。螺杆每转一周，密封腔中的液体向前推进一个螺距。随着螺杆的连续传动，液体以螺旋形方式从一个密封腔压向另一个密封腔，最后挤出泵体。

螺杆是一种新型的输送液体的机械，具有结构简单、工作安全可靠、使用维修方便、出液连续均匀、压力稳定等优点。我单位生产的螺杆泵凡接触物料的金属零件均选用优质耐酸不锈钢制作，衬筒采用无毒无味的橡胶、工作温度可达120℃，可用于输送食品浆料和粘度10000泊斯卡·秒含有固体颗粒或胶块的溶液浆、悬浮液等腐蚀性介质。广泛用于食品、冶金、化工、印染、造纸、陶瓷等工业部门。

1-1B screw pump is a type of single screw delivery pump. Its main working parts are eccentric spieral screw (rotor) and screw lining (stator) with double line helicoids internal surface. Its working principle is, when the mo tor drives pump shaft,screw not only rotates along with its own axial line, but also rolls along with the inside surface of lining, hence a sealing chamber is formed up. For every round of screw rotation, the liquid inside sealing cavity will move forward by a screw pitch. Along with theco ntinuous drive of screw, the liquid will be spirally pressed form one sealing cavity into anohetr, and finally extruded out of the pump body.

Screw pump is a latemodel machine to deliverliquid, which is featured by simple stucture, dependable service, easy operation and maintenance, continuously even liquid outlet, stable pressure etc. All the metal parts in contact with the medium are made of quality acid resistant stainless steel, bushing made of non toxic and tasteless rubber. Service temperature may be up to 1201℃. 结构说明Strutural Specifications

FSB型氟塑料合金泵由泵体，叶轮，后盖，密封件，支架，泵轴，轴承，连轴器，吊紧螺栓，螺母，底板组成。
1、泵体：左右两边连接部分内埋钢质法兰圈各一只模压塑料合金制成。

2、后盖右边一侧内埋一只不锈钢板（1Cr18Ni9Ti）模压塑料合金制成。

3、叶轮：采用接轴连接方法，金属轴为优质钢精加工后外包塑料合金模压而成，使叶轮与金属接轴牢固地结为一体，保证轴根与叶轮后部承受随旋转时的扭矩力，这样介质浸湿部分为塑料合金。

4、机械密封：采用WB2型、ST型不用冷却水可调式端面密封技术，由碳化硅，高纯度氧化铝陶瓷、填充四氟，石墨等材料制成。

FSB fluoroplastic alloy pumps are composed of pump body, impeller, back cover, sealing element, bracket, pump shaft, bearing, coupling, tighteningbolt, nut and underplate.

1.Pump body: embedded with one steel fiange ring at the connection on left and right, made of moulded plastic alloy.

2.The right side of back cover is embedded with a stainless steel plate(1Cr18Ni9Ti), made of moulded plastic alloy.

3.Impeller: connected by union shaft, metall shaft moulded by fine machined quality steel coated with plastic alloy outside, making the impeller and metal union shaft closely integrated, thus to ensure the torsional force of shaft butt and the rear end of impeller encountered with rotation, here the part wetted by medium shall be plastic alloy.

LQRY型系列热油泵是本单位消化吸收国外油泵的基础上研制的第而代产品，基本结构形式为单级单吸悬臂式脚支撑结构，泵的进口为轴向吸入，出口为中心垂直向上，和电机同装于底座上。

LQRY系列热油泵的支撑采用了双端球轴承支撑的结构形式，前端采用润滑油润滑，后端采用润滑脂润滑，中间有一导油管，用以随时观察密封情况和挥手导热油。采用自热散热结构，改变了传统的水冷却结构，使结构简单，体积小，节约运行费用，性能好，使用可靠。

LQRY系列热油泵，(1)采用填料密封和机械密封相结合的形式、填料密封用耐高温的填料，具有良好的热态适应性，而机械密封则采用机械强度高，耐磨性好的硬质合金材料，保证了高温情况下的密封性能。(2)采用第三代聚四氟乙烯（简称PTFE）做唇形密封，使密封性能产生了飞跃，比橡胶类密封可靠性提高25倍，耐腐蚀性能极强。

LQRY series hot oil pumps are the second generation of oil pump on the basis of the technology at home and abroad. It is basically structured single stage single suction overhung base. Pump inlet is axial suction and outelet is center vertical upward, mounted on the same base with the motor.

LQRY series hot oil pumps are supported by ball bearings at the both ends, the front end lubricated by oil, the rear end lubricated by grease, and an oil pipe in the middle to observe sealing and to recover heat conduction oil. Use of self heat dissipation structure instead of the conventional water cooling structure to feature simple structure, small volume,economical operating cost, sound performance and dependable operation,

LQRY series hot oil pumps: ( 1) combination of packing seal and mechanical seal, the former made of high temperature resisting material for outstanding thermal adaptability, the latter made of hard alloy material of high mechanical strength and outstanding abrasion resistance, thus to ensure good sealing performance under high temperat – ure condiyions; ( 2) Lip seal of the third generation of PTFE for much better sealing performance,which is 25 times upgraded with rubber seal, sa well as outstanding corrosion resistance.

适用范围Ⅱ

主要应用于造纸、化工、石化、制药、冶金、建材、电气、洗煤、选矿化肥等行业中，主要用来抽除不含固体颗粒、不溶于水、无腐蚀性物气体。

由于采用单级单作用的结构。所以具有结构简单、维修方便、运行可靠、高效节能的特点。

Ⅱ工作条件

1、泵可在环境温度5\~40℃范围内和进口压强小于1330Pa的条件下，允许长期连续工作。

2、泵不适用于抽除含氧过高、有毒的、有爆炸性的、对金属有腐蚀作用的、对泵油于把气体从一个容器输送到另一个容器，作输送泵用。

3、泵在大气压到6000Pa的进口压力下的连续工作时间不超过3分钟，以免喷油或润滑不良引起泵损坏。

SK系列水环真空泵及压缩机是用来抽吸或压缩空气和其它无腐蚀性、不溶于水、不含有固体颗粒的气体，以便在密闭容器中形成真空或压力，满足工艺流程要求。吸入或压送的气体中允许混有少量的液体。

SK系列水环真空泵及压缩机广泛应用于机械、石油、化工、制药、陶瓷、制糖、印染、冶金及电子等行业。

由于在工作过程中，该类泵对气体的压缩是在等温状态下进行的，因此在压送或抽吸易燃、易爆气体时、不易发生危险，所以其应用更加广泛。

SK series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are used to pump or compress air or other noncorrosive gas not dissoluble in water and not containing solid particles, so as to form up vacuum or pressure in the enclosed container to meet the requirement of process. The gas pumped or pressed may allow little liquid.

SK series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are widely used in the industries ofmachinery, pertoleum, chemical,pharmaceuticals, ceramics, sugar refining, dyeing and printing, metallurgy and electronics, etc.

As the gas is compressed under isothermal state in the process, so that it cannot be likely to result in any danger upon pressing or pumping infiammable and explosive gas, thus making it more widely used.

概述

SZB型悬臂水环式真空泵适用抽吸空气或不溶于水、不含固体颗粒、无腐蚀性气体最高真空度可达85%，特别适合于大型水泵引水用。

目前制造的本型号泵有：SZB-4、SZB-8。其中4(8)表示当水银柱高为520毫米时的气量（升/秒）。

结构说明

SZB型泵结构如图一所示、工作室由泵体(2)、泵盖(1)构成、上有进排气口（详见图三)、下有放水螺塞(15)（见图三)，泵盖上有指示旋转方向的箭头，泵体有填料函和填料压盖(5)，内装填料(4)密封，泵体侧面的螺丝孔(16)（见图三）为补充水环消耗用水。

由铸铁制成叶轮(3)，有12个叶片呈放射状均分布，有平衡孔（其中两个套扣供拆卸用)平衡轴向力。叶轮平键(9)与轴(10)联接并可沿轴向滑动调节间隙。轴为优质钢制成，支承在泵的托架(6)内的两个滚珠轴承(17)上右端有弹性联轴器(8)和电机直接联接。托架(6)用铸铁制成，有止口保证与泵体准确联接，轴承间有空腔，可存润滑油，用稀油或黄油润滑均可。

从传动方向看，泵轴为逆时针方向旋转（右边法兰为排气口，左边法兰为进气口）。

安装说明

设备须根据图三进行安装

1、真空泵用来作水泵引水用时，其安装位置与水泵之间距离要宽敞一些，以便水泵和真空泵检修时方便。

2、真空泵的吸气管道不可有漏气现象。其地基尺寸以安装图或以实物测量进行施工。

3、真空泵轴与电机轴须保持水平，不允许有不同心的现象（详见图四）。基础必须结实可靠。灌入水泥后，干至48小时，重新检查安装是否有变化，然后将底脚螺栓拧紧，不可有松动现象。

4、如须安装汽水分离器时可参看图五。

使用维护说明

1、真空泵启动前，须检查电机旋转方向是否与泵的放置方向相符。启动真空泵后，检查填料压紧程度是否适当（填料不宣过紧，正常压紧填料能使泵中的水成滴的向外漏出）轴承运转、润滑是否正常。

2、真空泵启动后，从泵上冷却管（安在泵体侧面的螺丝孔）(16)灌入冷却水，有汽水离器者可从汽水分离器注入。供水量从大小对泵的真空泵、抽气量以及功率消耗均有影响，因此供水管的尺寸应严格控制在规定范围内，使压力在0.1MPa左右为宣，因此在供水管路上应装有阀门来调节供水量度大小。

3、真空泵正常运转时，须检查是否有振动，细听泵内是否有杂声、并测定填料温度函和轴承温度（正常轴承温度不得比环境温度高出35℃但工作温度不得超过70℃）如果温度超高应立即停车检查原因。

4、真空泵作为水泵引水用时，其运转期间将水泵内的空气全部吸出，直到将水泵内吸出水来以后，即开动水泵，待水泵正常工作后将真空泵停车，并将吸气管路的阀门关闭。

5、真空泵停车须按下列顺序：

(1)关闭进气管路上闸阀。

(2)关闭供水管路上闸阀，停水后不宜立即停泵，应使泵继续运转1-2分钟，排出部分工作液。

(3)关闭电动机。

(4)如果停车时间超过一天，须将泵体底部的螺塞打开将泵体内水放净。

6、泵在下列条件下使用时，应加装附属设备。

(1)被抽除空气或气体中含有灰尘，必须在进气管上安装过滤器。

(2)被抽气体中含有大量蒸汽时，必须在进气管前加装冷凝器。

(3)抽除带有腐蚀性气体时，在进入泵前，必须进行中和。

电机与泵同心校正

(4)被抽除的气体或空气的温度超过35℃时，在进入泵前必须经过冷却装置，以保证它的温度不超过35℃。

(5)被抽除的气体或空气中含有大量液体时，必须在泵的进气管前装置分离器。

(6)泵的起动电流往往超过电机额定电流几倍，必须配用起动开关。

用途及规格

SZ型水环境式真空泵及压缩机是用来抽吸或压缩空气和其它无腐蚀性不溶于水的气体，以便在密闭的容器中形成真和压力。

SZ型有SZ-1、SZ-2、SZ-3及SZ-4四种规格，泵所形成的最大真空泵分别在8695%之间。SZ-1及SZ-2所能形成的最大压力1.0\~1.4公斤/厘米2，SZ-3及SZ-4在所配电动机功率容许下的最大压力为1.5公斤/厘米²，若增加电动机功率，最大压力为2.1公斤/厘米2(泵型意义:如SZ-1、S-水环式、Z-真空泵，1-泵的序号)

工作原理

如图1所示，叶轮①偏心地装在泵体②内，起动时向泵内注入一定高度的水，因此当叶轮旋转时，水受离心力的作用而在泵体壁上形成一旋转水环③，水环上部内表面与轮毂相切，沿箭头方向旋转，在前半转的过程中，水环内表面逐渐与轮毂脱离，因此在叶轮叶片间形成空间并逐渐扩大，这样就在吸气口吸入空气；在后半转的过程中，水环的内表面渐渐的与轮毂靠近，叶片间的空间容积随着缩小，叶片间的空气因此被压缩而排出。

如此叶轮每转一周，叶片间的空间容积改变一次，每个叶片间的水好象活塞一样往复一次，泵就连续不断地抽吸气体。

由于在工作中，水会发热，同时一部分水会和气体一起被排走，因此泵在工作中，泵中必须不断地供给冷水，以冷却和补充泵内消耗的水。供给的冷水以15℃为宣。

当泵排出的气体是废气的时候，在排气一端接有一水箱，废气和所带的一部分水排入水箱后，气体再由水箱的出管跑掉，而水就落入水箱的底部经回水管再回到泵内使用，如果水循环时间长了便会发热，这时需从水箱的供水处供给一定的冷水。

当压缩机用时则在排气一端要接上一气水分离器，带水的气体进入分离器时便自动分开，气体经分离器的出口送到需要的地方去，而热水则经过自动的开关放出。（压缩气体时容易发热，水由泵处出来后便成了热水），在分离器的底部也要不断地供给冷水补充被放走的热水，同时起冷却作用。

结构说明

泵的结构如图2、图3、图4所示：

泵由泵体(1)及两个侧盖(2X3)所组成（图3及图4）侧盖下部有泵脚（a）支撑（图2），在上部是两管子即进气管（C）和排气管（f），这两个管子通过侧盖上的吸气孔（d）及排气孔（g）与泵腔相连，泵体上的进气管与排气管和侧盖上的吸气孔及排气孔相通，轴(4)偏心地安装在泵体上，叶轮(6)用键(5)固定于轴上。叶轮与侧盖之间的间隙，用泵体和侧盖间的垫来调整总间隙，用轴套(17)推动叶轮，从而调整叶轮两端的间隙。此间隙决定气体在泵内由进气口至排汽口流动中损失的大小。

填料函配备在泵两侧盖(2X3)内，在填料后面，有一个水室，水由管子(11)进入此室，一部分水通过填料冷却填料函，另一部分进入泵体，在离心力的作用下沿叶片端面流动而充满于整个叶轮和侧盖之间。

滚珠轴承(8)用圆螺母(9)固定在轴上。

在侧盖侧壁上（图2）排气孔（g）下面有几行圆孔（e）有橡皮阀（球形）关闭，这些孔的作用是当叶轮叶片间的气体压力达到排气压力时，在排气口以前就将气体自动放出，因此就减少了因气体压力过大而消耗的功率。

SZ-1及SZ-2的结构如（图3）所示，其与SZ-3及SZ-4结构（图4）不同之处是：进、排气管分别在两个侧盖上，一根管与进气口相通，一根管与排气口相通，泵内无橡皮阀。

进气管(10)与气水分离器联在一起供给泵所需要的循环水，为了使泵腔的两端面间隙和填料得到很好的密封，必须由水封管(11)不断地供给干净的冷水。在联轴器端为了不使轴承内油外漏，因此装有毛毡圈(20)来密封。

设备说明

SZ-1、SZ-2作真空泵如（图7）所示，作压缩机如（图8）所示，SZ-3作真空泵或压缩机如（图9）所示，SZ-4作真空泵或压缩机如（图10)所示，他们都由水环式真空泵(1)。弹性联轴器，电动机(2)，气水分离器(3)，管路(4)及管路(5)，溢水管(6)等组成。

真空泵及压缩机与气水分离器的工作过程如（图11)所示。气体由管路(11)经阀门(2)进入水环泵(1)，然后以导气弯管(10)进入气水分离器或水箱(3)中，带水的气体在气水分离器中分离开后，气体再经阀门(9)送到需要的地方去，而水则留在水箱内为了使箱内的水位保持一定而设有自动浮子开关(4)，当水位升高时浮子升起水阀被打开，水就从管(2)流出，当水位降低时浮子下落，放水阀被关死，这样箱内的水便能保持着需要的水位。内水环的用水是由水箱供给的，供水量的大小靠连通管(6)上阀门(7)调正。水由泵出来到水箱内，由水箱回到泵内，循环次数多了便会发热，尤其压缩气体发热更快，这样就需要由管(5)向箱内注入冷水。有时排气量超出需要时可将阀门(8)打开进行调解。

抽气设备与压气设备的区别仅在于气水分离器的构造有所不同，在第一种情况下，气水分离器中的压力等于大气压，在第二种情况下则等地排气压力，故多余的水通过浮子调整器从气水分离内放走。

注：1、真空泵从40%到90%的吸气量，压力从0.5kg/cm²到1.5kg/cm²的排气量随着供水量的大小叶轮与侧盖间隙的大小而变化，特别是流量较小时，如调整不准确，更容易引起偏小，望用户在使用时应注意。
2、表内数值是在下列条件下提出：(1)水温15℃，(2)空气20℃，(3)气体相对湿度70℃，(4)大气压力760mmHG。
3、表内数据偏差不超过5%。

设备的安装

设备需根据（图7、图8、图9、图10）进行安装。

1、泵和电动机的安装。

首先将泵安装在泵座上，在安装前先动手转动一下联轴器，以证实泵内有没有卡住或其他损坏现象（整套泵的设备运抵安装地点时，包装已损坏或存放时受到潮湿，以及泵在出厂后8个月再行安装者，应在安装前全部拆开检查清理）。

电动机固定在泵座上以后，应校正电动机轴与泵轴的同心度，当用直尺平行放在联轴器圆周上时，要求在整个圆周的任何位置都与联轴器圆周密合没有间隙，当联轴器间的轴向间隙都有相等的时候，则达到了所要求的同心度（参见图12）。

电动机与泵轴，即使是极小的倾斜，也会引起轴承发热和零件的过早磨损等严重后果，若安装得正确时，当放松填料函后，用手就能轻便转动泵轴。

泵的进气口处应加装过滤装置，以防颗粒状物体进入泵内。

2、气水分离器的安装：

气水分离器根据外形图安装在地基上。

若有必要改变安装位置时，应注意分离器的联结管路不得过长，转弯不得过急，否则水和气在管中流动损失必将增加，因此增加了泵排气端的压力，这样就减低了流量和真空度，增加了功率消耗。

气水分离器进口的管接头与泵出口管接头之间有一弯管(4)连接（图8、图9和图10）。

图12 校正同心度的方法<br>带有阀的管子(5)与泵及气水分离器相联结，由此将分离器中的水放回到泵内。<br>分离器与供水管相连（图中未画出），供水管上装有球形阀。供水管还和填料函的供水管(11)相连（图4）。

3、泵与气水分离器间的管路安装。

泵的排气管应与气水分离器的进气管相连，当作压缩机使用时，气水分离器的排气管应通往利用压缩空气的机构上。

抽真空时，没有排气管路，空气由分离器盖上的孔排至大气。

泵前面的进气管路上应装有闸阀，以便在停车时，防止泵内之水在排气管方面的压力作用下流向进气管。

当压缩机使用时，若使排气管路保持一定的压力，那么在气水分离器的排气管上也应安装闸阀。

4、调节机构：

SZ-3及SZ-4真空泵，若要求真空度及流量在不大的范围内变动，可用进气口的大小来调整，空气经过真空度调节阀(7)（图9、图10)进入泵的进气室。

在SZ-1及SZ-2真空泵上也能用这样的方法进行调整，而用装于进气管路上的阀来调整真空度和流量。

球形阀或任何一种形式的安全阀均可安装在排气管路上或气水分离器上以便调节压气装置的压力。

压缩各种气体的装置，根据其使用条件不许将这些气体排出者，应在进气管与排气管之间将一个气管(3)（图11）其直径与装于其上的闸阀(8)直径相同，以便在很大限度内调节气量。

起动及停车

(1)起动：

经过长期停车的泵在开动以前，必须用手转动联轴器数周，以便证实没有卡住或损伤现象。

1、关闭进气管上的闸阀(2)（图11）。

2、如果排气管上装有闸阀(9)也应将其关闭。

3、向填料函和气水分离器内注水。

4、当气水分离器往外溢水时，开动电动机。

5、全开由气水分离器向泵给水管路(6)上的球形阀(7)。

6、打开排气管上的闸阀(9)。

7、打开排气管上的闸阀(2)。

8、用球形阀(7)调整由气水分离器向泵送水的水量，以便在所要求的技术条件下运转，使功率消耗最小。

9、调整由进水管(5)向气水分离器的送水量，以便用最小的水量消耗，保证泵所要求的技术规范。

10、调整向填料函的送水量，以便向最小的水量消耗而保证填料函的密封性，真空泵在极限真空度下工作时，由于泵内产生物理作用而产生爆炸声，但功率消耗量并不增大。

随着功率消耗的提高而产生的爆炸声，表示泵发生了毛病，此时泵应停车。

(2)停车按以下顺序：

1、关闭进气管上的闸阀(2)（图11）。

2、关闭排气管上的闸阀(9)。

3、关闭电动机。

4、停止向填料、气水分离器内注水。

5、当气水分离器溢水管停止向外溢水后，关闭向泵注水管路。

6、上紧球形阀。

7、如泵停车时，必须拧开泵及气水分离器上的管堵把水放净。

维护

1、应定期的压紧填料，如填料因磨损而不能保证所需要的密封性时，应换新填料，填料不能压得过紧，正常压紧的填料允许水成滴漏出，其量不得太多，应用油浸的石棉绳作填料。

2、经常检查滚球轴承的工作和润滑情况。

3、正常工作的滚动轴承，其温度比周围温度高15℃-20℃，最高不允许超过55℃-60℃。正常工作的轴承每年应装油3\~4次。

每年至少清洗轴承一次，并将润滑油全部更换。

泵的拆卸及装配

1、拆卸

泵的拆卸分为部分拆卸检查并清洗，和完全拆卸修理及换零件，在拆泵前应将泵中的水从放水孔放出，并应将管子(11)（图4）及管子(5)（图10）取下。

在拆卸时应将所有的垫谨慎地取下，如发生损坏应在装配时更换同样厚度的新垫。

泵应从不装有联轴器的一端开始拆卸，其顺序如下：

(1)松开并取下轴承盖(4)（图3)。

(2)松开滚动轴承，先用钩扳手将圆螺母(9)拧下。

(3)取下压紧填料压盖用的螺帽。

(4)由左侧盖的一边将轴承架(7)松开，同时转动二个拆卸螺钉（方头圆柱端螺钉），将轴承及轴承架一起从轴上取下。

(5)使侧盖上的进气管和管子(10)脱开并松开示体与侧盖(2)的连接螺钉和泵脚处的双头螺栓。

在泵体下加垫，然后使侧盖和泵体离开，从轴上取下侧盖（侧盖取下后应将轴支住）。

(6)使泵体与一侧盖离开，并由轴上取下。

泵的部分拆卸至此为止，此时泵的工作部分及各个零件可进行检查及清洗，进一步的拆卸应按下列顺序继续进行。

(7)切除电动机与电路的连接，松开电动机与底坐连接，并与泵分开。

(8)利用钩扳手等拆卸工具，自轴上取下联轴器。

(9)从轴上取下联轴器的键(15)。

(10)取下轴承盖。

(11)取下定位圈(16)（图3）或取下圆螺母（图4）松开滚动轴承。

(2)取下填料压盖的压紧螺帽。

(3)按照第4条将右边的轴承架和轴承一起取下。

(14)将轴(4)和叶轮(6)一起从泵体中取出。

(15)从轴上拧下轴套螺母(17)并取下轴套(18)。

(16)从轴上取下叶轮。

2、装配

装配前应清洗残留在结合面上的杂物并仔细擦干涂上机油。

所有配合面和螺纹处应仔细擦净涂上机油。

清除轴承和轴承架内的旧油并加上新油。

旧垫损坏需要更换新垫时，厚度应该相同，装配顺序与拆卸顺序相反。

装配时最主要的是调整叶轮端面和侧盖的间隙，在两边总的间隙对于SZ-3及SZ-4不得超过0.4毫米，对SZ-1及SZ-2不得超过0.3毫米。间隙由泵体(1)和侧盖(2)之间加垫取得，叶轮两端间隙应该均衡，可拧轴套螺母(17)以移动叶轮来保证。

用途及适用范围

SKA系列真空泵适于抽除气体和水蒸气，吸气压力可以达到33mbar绝压(97%真空泵）当真空泵在吸气压力低于80mbar的状态下长期工作时，应联接汽蚀保护管以对泵进行保护，如配大气喷射器（见附件表）吸气压力可达10mbar，喷射器可直接安装在真空泵上。作为压缩机用时，其压力最大至0.26mbar（绝压）。

水环真空泵及压缩机被广泛用于石油化工、制药、食品、制糖工业等领域，由于在工作过程中，气体的压缩过程是等温的，所以在压缩和抽吸易燃易爆气体时，不易发生危险，其应用更加广泛。

结构及特点

机泵同轴式直联设计，节省空间，易于安装；

采用机械密封作为标准配置，消除了泄漏，维护简便；

运行平衡，噪音可低至62分贝；
