镍铜管 Nickel Copper Tube又称镍白铜适用于无硫化物污染的海水、江河水、氯化钙溶液、乙二醇溶液等PH值近中性的溶液。

铝黄铜管 Aluminum Brass Tube又称海军铜适合江河水、氯化钙溶液、乙二醇溶液无硫化物污染的海水等。

304/316不锈钢管 304/316 Stainless Steel Tube

还原性盐、无机酸和有机酸、碱、盐等腐蚀环境中。
不可使用在含氯离子溶液。
Reducing salts,inorganic acidsand organic acids,alkalis, saltsand other corrosive environments.
Do not use in chloride-containing solutions.

使用注意事项

1.对流经换热器的水质应作适当的净化和过滤处理，满足GB50050《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》的相关要求；
2.酸性水质和碱性水质都会对换热器造成腐蚀，请务必保证酸碱度满足标准GB50050的要求；
3.换热器进水口处（紧靠进水接口位置）务必安装水过滤器，目数不少于60目；
4.换热器进、出水口要安装减震喉，防止管路振动的传递，以免对换热器和机组造成损坏；
5.换热器到达客户现场如需进行压力试验，请严格执行压力试验的要求，制冷剂侧试验压力不得高于设计压力的1.1倍，载冷剂侧（水侧）试验压力不得超过设计压力的1.25倍；
6.换热器内要杜绝空气的存在，空气的存在会造成换热性能的下降和金属的腐蚀，所以换热器氟系统要经过严格抽真空后才能灌注制冷剂，在最高点设置排空装置，务必
排净管路中的空气；
7.冬季或环境温度低于0℃℃时，如停机，则应将换热器中的水排放干净，以免结冰损坏换热管；
8.设备长时间停机不用时需排尽载冷剂并进行干燥处理，有条件情况下可充氮气密封处理，避免铜管因氧化造成腐蚀；
9.充注或回收制冷剂时，确保换热器内无水或保证水始终在流动，避免制冷剂迁移过快导致冰冻而损坏换热管；
10.换热器须定期清洁保养，由于水质导致结垢、脏堵会严重影响换热器的换热性能，清洁保养时需请专业人员进行。
