产品概述/Productoverview
QX工程潜水电泵由水泵、密封和电动机三部分组成，电动机位于电泵上部为三相异步电动机；水泵位于电泵下部，为离心式叶轮、蜗壳结构；水泵与电动机之间采用硬质耐磨机械密封，各固定止口处采用“0”形耐油橡胶密封圈作静密封。
The QXengineering submersible electric pump is composed of threeparts:water pump,seal andmotor,and themotoris located intheupperpart of the electricpump and is a three-phase asynchronous motor;The waterpumpislocated at thelowerpartof the electricpump,whichisacentrifugal impeller, volute structure;Ahard wear-resistant mechanical seal isusedbetween thepumpand themotor,and an"O"shaped oil-resistant rubbersealingring isused forstaticsealing ateachfixedstop.
电泵转轴经镀硬铬处理，可有效提高轴的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性，同时有利于叶轮的维修拆卸。
电机采用F级绝缘，冷轧不锈钢片W600，155℃耐高温防爆。
The shaftof the electricpumpis plated with hard chrome,whichcan effectivelyimprove thewearresistance and corrosionresistance of the shaft,and at the same time is conducive to the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller. Themotor adopts F-class insulation,cold-rolled stainless steel sheet W600,155°C high temperatureresistance and explosion-proof.
使用条件/Conditionsofuse
1、水温0\~40℃
2、水源的酸碱度PH值为6.5-8.5
3、介质中含固体杂质的体积不超过 0.5% 最大颗粒直径不超过2mm
4、电源为三相电压380V，频率Hz，电压波动范围为额定值的0.9-1.1倍
5、潜水深度不超过5m
