产品概述/Productoverview
QX工程潜水电泵由水泵、密封和电动机三部分组成，电动机位于电泵上部为三相异步电动机；水泵位于电泵下部，为离心式叶轮、蜗壳结构；水泵与电动机之间采用硬质耐磨机械密封，各固定止口处采用“O”形耐油橡胶密封圈作静密封。
TheQXengineering submersible electric pump iscomposed of threeparts:water pump,seal and motor,and themotoris located in theupperpartoftheelectricpump andisa three-phase asynchronousmotor:Thewaterpumpis located atthelowerpartof the electricpump,whichisacentrifugalimpeller, volute structure;Ahard wear-resistant mechanical sealisused between thepump and the motor,and an“O"shaped oil-resistant rubbersealingring isusedforstaticsealing ateachfixedstop.
电泵转轴经镀硬铬处理，可有效提高轴的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性，同时有利于叶轮的维修拆卸。
电机采用F级绝缘，冷轧不锈钢片W600，155℃耐高温防爆。
The shaftof the electricpumpis platedwith hard chrome,whichcan effectivelyimprove thewearresistance and corrosionresistance of theshaft,and atthesame timeisconducivetothemaintenance and disassemblyoftheimpeller. The motor adoptsF-class insulation,cold-rolled stainless steel sheet W600,155C hightemperatureresistance and explosion-proof.
使用条件/Conditionsofuse
1、水温0\~40℃
2、水源的酸碱度PH值为6.5-8.5
3、介质中含固体杂质的体积不超过 .0.5% 最大颗粒直径不超过2mm
4、电源为三相电压380V，频率Hz，电压波动范围为额定值的0.9-1.1倍
5、潜水深度不超过5m
