产品概述
PDL型冷热水全自动自吸泵由水泵、密封、电动机三部分组成,电动机为单相异步电动机,内配保护装置,泵部分为旋涡式叶轮结构,具有自吸自动功能,水泵和电动机之间采用单端面机械密封,固定止口密封处采用“O”型耐油橡胶密封圈作静密封。
先进的压力控制系统,可有效地控制管道内介质压力,并根据压力的变化而启动,停止。使用轻松自如。
用途和使用条件
适用于高层供水,自来水增压,水井抽水,花园喷水,宾馆,浴室,机械冷却等场合使用。介质温度不得超过+80℃,PH值在6.5-8.5之间。固体杂质不超过0.1%粒度不超过0.2mmo

用途与特点
使用条件
V(WQ)系列单、三相污水潜水电泵是目前较先进与理想的排污机具。用“V”来代替"WQ”表示泵的过流部件设计独特,高效区宽广,具有全扬程(无过载),能在较大流量范围内高效安全运行。叶轮的大通道防堵塞设计使泵能有效的输送含有直径15~35毫米的固体题粒的杂质,长纤维等的流体。选用下吸结构和不锈钢及特殊的铸铁制造具有排水彻底和耐腐蚀作用,配浮球开关后随着液位的变化能实现自动控制启停。电机内装有保护器遇到过热或过电流时会自动切断电源,保证了泵在较恶劣环境下运行安全性与可靠性。
1.以叶轮中心为基准,潜入水下深度不超过5米;
2.输送介质温度不超过40℃;
3.输入介质PH值为4~10;
4.输送介质的运动黏度为:7×10-7\~23×10-m2/s;
5.输送介质的密度最大为1.2×10kg/m;

概述
W旋涡泵是一种叶片泵,主要由叶轮、泵体和泵盖组成。叶轮是一个圆盘,圆周上的叶片呈放射状均匀排列。泵体和叶轮间形成环形流道,吸入口和排出口均在叶轮的外圆周处。吸入口与排出口之间有隔板,由此将吸入口和排出口隔离开。
用途
W型单级直连旋涡泵是供吸送清水或物理化学性质类似于水的液体之用,使用液温不超过60,常用于锅炉给水的配套,在造船、轻纺、化工、治金、机械制造、水产养殖、固定消防稳压、热交换机组、农业远程喷灌等部门等都有广泛的应用。激涡泵常用于锅炉给水的配套,在造船、轻纺、化工、冶金、机械制造、水产养殖、固定消防稳压、热交换机组、农业远程喷灌等部门等都有广泛的应用。
特点
1.旋涡泵的特性曲线与离心泵有些相似,但显得较陡峭,它的流量小,而压头大,但效率不高。旋涡泵的侧面间隙(即叶轮与盖板之间的缝隙)不能取得太大,否则将明显降低效率,所以这种泵只能输送比较纯净的液体。
2.旋涡泵体积小、重量轻的特点在船舶装置中具有极大的优越性。
3.具有自吸能力或借助于简单装置来实现自吸。
4.具有陡降的扬程特性曲线,因此,对系统中的压力波动不敏感。

使用指南
泵及管路的选用:
1.扬程:泵铭牌上所标扬程是未知除管路摩擦阻力损失的数值.计算实地扬程时,应测量水井最低水位时水面到出水管路最高点(当水塔水位高于管路最高点时,按水塔最高水位处计算)的垂直高度,加上管路所造成的扬程损失,然后选择适合的泵。
2.配管内径:管路的水力损失与管道的内径、长度、内壁粗糙度有关,管径越细、管道越长、内径越粗糙,管路的水力损失越大。泵的配管内径是根据流量、流速等参数设计的,使用时加大管径会增加成本,改小管径会增加扬程损失。
