It is standard aluminium spacer designed for insulating glass. After the surface treatment, there is no oxidation, no corrosion. It works very well together with molecular sieve. They contribute a lot to form an excellent dual-seal system in insulating glass units.

ABSORBENT
MOLECULAR SIEVE
The product is a kind of hydrated aluminosilicate which has many pores with uniform pore size and neatly arranged cavities. It solves the distortion and breakage caused by the expansion or contraction of the insulating glass, and prolongs the service life of the insulating glass. It is developed specially as insulating glass desiccant.

Pipe Sealing Series

THREAD LOCKING SERIES
Thread Locking Series
Saint-Gobain® Tekbond™ Thread Locking Series is specifically formulated to prevent bolt loosening while providing robust resistance against vibration and shock. Applied in liquid form, the product achieves complete coverage within thread gaps and cures at room temperature in the absence of oxygen to form a durable thermosetting plastic on various metal surfaces. Compared to traditional mechanical locking methods, it offers significant advantages, including ease of application, superior corrosion resistance, anti-loosening and leak prevention, and lower overall costs. The Tekbond™ range is highly comprehensive, with products categorized by strength (low, medium, and high), gap-filling capability (wicking, small-gap, and large-gap), and temperature resistance (standard and high-temperature). Notably, Tekbond™ has introduced the TEK LS 144C and TEK LS 145C grades, which are capable of achieving a surface-dry (tack-free) finish even in aerobic conditions, effectively solving the issue of excess adhesive being difficult to remove.

Saint-Gobain® TEKBOND™ Retaining series can improve the shear strength of cylindrical non-threaded assembly operations, have the ability to transfer loads with the greatest strength, and can make it evenly dispersed, eliminating stress concentration and corrosion at the assembly interface. 1 0 0 % bonding is achieved on each metal surface, which reduces the cost caused by machining accuracy and improves the efficiency of the assembly process. Compared with traditional mechanical assembly methods, it has the characteristics of transmitting heavy loads, preventing corrosion, avoiding friction, reducing design conflicts, and reducing structural weight. Anaerobic Flange Sealing Series
Saint-Gobain® TEKBOND™ Anaerobic Flange Sealing Series when used as the gasket, is formed in situ to prevent liquid or gas leakage. When the product is exposed to the air, the adhesive remains liquid, and the flange begins to cure after assembly. It can fill and compensate the gaps, dents, scratches and irregular shapes on the flange surface to form a reliable and durable, 1 0 0 % sealing. Compared with traditional cutting gaskets, it has the advantages of convenient application, no need to re-tighten, durable sealing, and high pressure resistance. Saint-Gobain® TEKBOND™ Anaerobic Flange Sealing Series is very suitable for metal flange sealing with small sealing gaps.
