10.2 Installation
10.2.1Before installation, first check whether the specifications ofthe circuit breaker meetthe requirements.
10.2.2Firstusea50OV megohmmetertocheck the insulation resistanceof the circuit breaker.Whenthesurrounding medium temperature is 2 0 ± 5 ^ { \circ } { \mathsf { C } } and the relative humidity is 5 0 % to 7 0 % ,the resistance should not be less than 10MΩ. Otherwise,it should be dried and left to dry.Only when the insulation resistance meets the requirements can it be used.
10.2.3 When installing thecircuit breaker, its baseshould beina horizontal positionandfixed with M10 screws.

10.3Drawerseatthreepositionsindicationinstructions
Operation requirements:
1.The drawer seat position indicator device can indicate positions such as "OFF", "test",and "connection",which can be selected in fullor partiallyaccording to order requirements.
2.When the drawer type circuit breaker body is pushed from the "withdrawn"position to the "OFF" position, terminals 08 #and 09 # should switch from connect to OFF,and terminals 07 #and 08 #should switch from OFF to connection.
3.When the drawer type circuit breaker body is shaken from the "OFF" position to the "test"position, the 06 #and 05 #terminals should be switched from connect to OFF, and the 04 #and 05 # terminals should be switched from OFF to connection. There is sufficient safety distance between the busbar of the circuit breaker body and the drawer seat bridge type contact, and it can be reliably closed and opened.
4.When the drawer type circuit breaker body is shaken from the "test"position to the "connection" position, the drawer seat makes a "click" sound and then continues to shake forward. It is required within1.5 circles rotating in the drawer seat rocking handle, the 0 3 \sharp and 0 2 \# terminals should be switched from connect to OFF,and the 01# and O2 #terminals should be switched from OFF to connection. It is required that thebusbarofthecircuitbreakerbodyshouldbereliablyinsertedintothedrawerseatbridgetypecontactandabletoreliablycarry the main circuit current for operation.
5.Whenthedrawertypecircuitbreakerbodyisshaken fromthe"connection"positiontothe"test"position,theO6 #and05# terminals should be switched from connection to OFF,and the O5 # and 0 4 \sharp terminals should be switched from OFF to connection. Thereissuffcientsafetydistancebetweenthebusbarofthecircuitbreakerbodyandthedrawerseatbridgetypecontact, andit can be reliably closed and opened.
6.Whenthedrawertypecircuitbreakerbodyisshakenfromthe"test"positiontothe"OFF"position,theO9 #and08#terminals should be switched from connection to OFF,and the 07 # and 0 8 \sharp terminals should be switched from OFF to connection. At this time, thecircuit breakerbodystillcannotbepulledoutand needs tocontinueshakingtothe"OFF"positionuntil thehandle canotbeshaken.Only thencanthecircuit breakerbodybepuledout.Afterthedrawertypecircuit breakerbodyis pulledout, the 09 # and 08 # terminals should be switched from OFF to connection, and the 0 7 \sharp and 08 # terminals should be switched from connection to OFF.
7.Duringthedrawerseatpositionconversionoperation,thepointermustbepointedto"OFF","test",and"connection"before stopping.Otherwise, thepositionindicationdevicewillnotbeabletocorectly indicatetepositionofthecircuitbreakerbodyin the drawer seat.

Interphasepartition
Doorframe
The interphase partition is classfied into fixed type and drawout type.It is installed in the slot between the bus bars of each phase to increase the electrical insulation strength between phases of the main circuit.
he door frame is classified into fixed type and draw-out type.It is installed on the door of the cabinet and plays a sealing role. The protection level of the circuit breaker reaches IP4O,which is beautiful and practical.
