使用注意事项
Matters needing attention
电机安装方法
在装配输出端的连接部件时,只能采用套装夹具装配传动部件和输出连接件.请使用轴端部带有螺纹的中心孔进行装配。
在装配输入轴电机时,如发现内孔很紧,电机装不到位,严禁直接用螺丝强行把电机锁入,严禁用铁锤击打电机尾部。
严禁用铁锤击打减速机的任何部件,否则会损坏减速机箱体,轴承,轴及减速机精度。
装配输出皮带轮及链轮时,在张紧皮带及链条时,请务必按生产厂商的说明进行安装,否则会损坏设备降低传动效率。
请勿在直接淋雨、湿度很大、粉尘、或室外使用,如有需要,请联系本公司。 注意不要超负荷使用,当满足负载时,速比尽量选小,降低输入速度,提高减速机使用寿命。在不同的应用场合,请选择合适的安全系 数,能保障减速机的正常使用。 When he ou put of the connecting member assembly, only use mounting device for installing the drive member and the output connectors. Be careful not to overload when meet the load, small ratio as much as possible, reduce the input speed increase gear life. In different applications, select an appropriate safety factor, to protect the normal use of the gear unit.
