在装配输入轴电机时,如发现内孔很紧,电机装不到位,严禁直接用螺丝强行把电机锁入,严禁用铁锤击打电机尾部。
严禁用铁锤击打减速机的任何部件,否则会损坏减速机箱体,轴承,轴及减速机精度。
装配输出皮带轮及链轮时,在张紧皮带及链条时,请务必按生产厂商的说明进行安装,否则会损坏设备降低传动效率。
请勿在直接淋雨、湿度很大、粉尘、或室外使用,如有需要,请联系本公司。
注意不要超负荷使用,当满足负载时,速比尽量选小,降低输入速度,提高减速机使用寿命。在不同的应用场合,请选择合适的安全系 数,能保障减速机的正常使用。
