1、铜软绞线采用优质圆铜线或镀锡软圆铜线制成。工过程中经韧炼处理，使成品柔软、外表整齐、美观。
2、铜软绞线的直流电阻率(20℃)不大于0.082Ω.mm2/m，镀锡铜软绞线的直流电阻率 (20℃)不大于0.0193Ω.mm2/m
3、本产品技术标准符合GB|2970.2-91

技术性能Technical performance
1、铜编织线采用优质圆铜线(0.10,0. 12,0.15,0.20)或镀锡软圆铜线(0.12,0.15)以多股(13.16.24.36.40.48.64.96锭)经单层或多层编织成。
2、铜编织线的直流电阻率(20℃)不大于0.022\~Ω.mm2m，锡铜编织镀线的直流电阻率(20℃)不大于0.0234\~Ω.mm2/m
3、符合JB/T6313.2-1992标准
4、型号、规格如表

TS铜电刷线系列TS copper brush wire series
用途说明Application
1、铜电刷线是用于电机、电器及仪表线路上联接用的软连接线
2、铜电刷线的产品标准按(GBI2970491)铜电刷线的型号为：TS-铜电刷线；TSR-铜软电刷线。
3、铜电刷线的规格为：TS型：0.2516mm2，TSR型：0.063-6.3mm2。
4、绞合：铜电刷线最外层的绞向为右向，除18%;TsR型软铜电刷线的伸长率应不小于15%。
6、表明要求:电刷线表面应光洁，不得有毛疵，困软件化处理引起的金黄色或淡红色的表面，仍可作为合格品。
7、TS型电刷线如表NO.1;TSR型电刷线如表NO.2。
