十一、电缆数据和设计选型

电缆设计的一些注意事项

■群星合金电缆截面选择步骤：

根据负荷性质、环境条件、应用场所等条件选择适当的型号 YJLHS(AC90(-40)、

YJLHVS2(ACWU90(-40)、YJLHV(TC90(-40))、YJLHV22、YJLHV32 等根据环境条件及

选择的电缆型号确定适当的敷设方式。

■根据载流量选择截面：

1. 确定用电设备的设备功率（短时工作制设备换算为统一负载持续率下的功率）；

2. 根据需要系数法、利用系数法等方法确定计算负荷和计算电流；

3. 根据环境条件、敷设方式确定电缆型号，在国际 GBT16895.15(IEC60364-5-52) 中选

择对应的载流量；

4. 根据敷设工况进行载流量修正。

■根据电压损失校验截面：

1. 根据负荷性质确定允许的导体末端最大电压损失；

2. 查找与电缆型号、敷设方式对应的电压损失表，校验所选截面满足电压损失的要求；

3. 如不满足，则增大导体截面直至校验通过。

■根据热稳定校验截面：

1. 根据配电系统计算线路最大短路电流；

2. 查找热稳定短路电流表，校验所选截面满足短路热稳定的要求；

3. 如不满足，则增大导体截面直至校验通过。

■权衡依据经济寿命内总费用最少选择截面：

1. 获取电缆价格、安装成本、附件成本，确定初期费用；

2. 计算电缆寿命期内长期运行电能损耗费用；

3. 比较所选截面及其邻近截面总费用数值，作为选择截面的辅助依据。

附录 A、铝合金电缆载流量及换算系数

A.1 情况说明

本附录适用于三相系统负载传导电流的三芯及多芯电缆。

本部分的载流量数据适用于采用铝合金导体、交联聚乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯护套的铝合金

电缆，0.6/1kV 铠装型铝合金电缆的铠装为铝合金带联锁铠装，3.6/6~26/35kV 铠装型

铝合金电缆的铠装为铝合金带联锁铠装和双钢带铠装。

本部分数据来源于国家建筑标准设计图集 10CD106《铝合金电缆敷设与安装》，仅

供用户参考。

单芯电缆平面分离排列时电缆中心间距为电缆外径的 2 倍。

对于 0.6/1kV 电缆载流量，基准空气环境温度为 25℃ ; 基准土壤环境温度为 25℃，

土壤热阻系数为 1.0K·m/W。埋地深度为 700mm。

对于 3.6/6~26/35kV 电缆载流量，基准空气环境温度为 25℃ ; 基准土壤环境温度

为 25℃，土壤热阻系数为 2.0K·m/W。埋地深度为 700mm。

敷设方式有以下几种 :

E-- 自然对流空气中敷设。

C-- 电缆敷设在水平或垂直的无孔托盘内、敷设在木质墙上、直接埋设在砖石墙内 ( 墙

的热阻系数不大于 2.0K·m/W)。

D1-- 电缆置于土壤管道中，土壤热阻系数取干燥沙土 2.5K·m/W( 已经考虑到土壤水分迁

移 )。埋地深度为 700mm。

D2-- 电缆直接敷设土壤中，土壤热阻系数取干燥沙土 2.5K·m/W( 已经考虑到土壤水

分迁移 )。埋地深度为 700mm。

空气中敷设电缆环境温度不同于表中给定值时载流量修正系数见表 A-1

The transportation and storage of cables shall comply with the following requirements:

a) 电缆应避免在露天存放 , 电缆盘不应平放 ;

a) Cables should not be stored outdoors, and cable drums must not be laid flat;

b) 运输中不应从高处扔下装有电缆的电缆盘 , 不应机械损伤电缆 ;

b) During transportation, cable drums must not be dropped from heights, and mechanical

damage to cables should be prevented;

c）吊装包装件时 , 不应几盘同时吊装。在车辆、船舶等运输工具上 , 电缆盘应放置放稳 , 并用合适方法固定 ,

防止互撞或翻倒。

c) When hoisting cable packages, multiple drums shall not be lifted simultaneously. During

transportation by vehicles or vessels, cable drums must be positioned stably and securely

fastened using appropriate methods to prevent mutual collisions or overturning.

在进行电缆采购时，为了确保您能够获得符合项目需求的高质量产品，我们提醒您在表述采购需求时注

意以下规范细节：

When purchasing cables, to ensure that you obtain high-quality products that meet the

project requirements, we remind you to pay attention to the following standard details when

expressing your procurement needs:

1. 明确电缆型号：请根据电缆的用途和特性，准确指定电缆的型号。例如，若需要阻燃电缆，请明确标

注“阻燃 A 类”（ZA）、“阻燃 B 类”（ZB）等。

Specify Cable Type: Please accurately designate the cable type based on its intended use

and characteristics. For example, if flame-retardant cables are required, please clearly indicate

“Flame-retardant Class A” (ZA), “Flame-retardant Class B” (ZB), etc.

2. 导体材料：请指明所需电缆的导体材料，如铜导体（T）、铝导体（L）或铝合金导体（LH）。若未

特别指明，我们将默认提供铜导体电缆。

Conductor Material: Please specify the conductor material of the cable, Such as copper

conductor (T), aluminum conductor (L), or aluminum alloy conductor (LH). If not specifically

indicated, we will provide copper conductor cables by default.

3. 绝缘和护套材料：请详细说明所需电缆的绝缘和护套材料，如聚氯乙烯绝缘（V）、交联聚乙烯绝缘（YJ）、

聚氯乙烯护套（V）等。

Insulation and Sheath Materials: Please provide detailed information on the insulation

and sheath materials of the cable, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation (V), cross-linked

polyethylene (XLPE) insulation (YJ), PVC sheath (V), etc.

4. 铠装要求：若电缆需要铠装，请明确铠装类型，如双钢带铠装（2）、细圆钢丝铠装（3）等。

Armor Requirements: If armoring is required for the cable, please specify the type of armor,

such as double steel tape armor (2), fine round steel wire armor (3), etc.

5. 外护套：若电缆需要外护套，请指明外护套材料，如聚氯乙烯外护套（2）或聚乙烯外护套（3）。

Outer Sheath: If an outer sheath is needed for the cable, please indicate the material of the
