2-2-6 Prepressure
(1) Prepressure definition
The prepressure is to give the steel bead load force in advance, that is,increase thediameterbetweenthesteelbeadand thebead,whichcan improvetherigidityofthelinearrailandeliminatetheclearance.Inthe abovediagram,improvingtheprepressurecanincrease therigidityof the linearrail.However,it is recommended to avoid theheavy prepressure to reduceitsservicelife.
(2)Prepress level
The EB series linear guide rail provides three standard prepressure, and the appropriate prepressure can be selected accordingtotheuse.

2-2-7 Lubrication system
(1)Lubricant grease
⊚ Nozzle position
According to the customer,install the front orback end of the sliderfor manual oil drilling,EB series specially sets the side oil hole on the side of the end cover(generally the straight oil nozzle).Provide the side oil drilling,but it can alsobe placed on the side base side if there is special need.If the customer has the above side oil demand, please contact us. EB series also reserves an oil hole at the top of the end cover. If the customer wants to supply oil from the top of the end cover,it must use ametalneedleof 0.8mm diameter in order to preheat the oil holein the designatedposition,and theninstall theseal ring in the concave to avoid using the drill hole through the oil hole, andtheriskofpolluting theoilchannel.If thelinearguiderail automatically supplies lubricating grease,the oil pipe joint can be installed according to the connecting pipe type.

(2)Lubrication oil
It is recommended to use the straight oil lubrication rail of about 32 ~ 150 cSt. The customer can explain to us that oil lubrication is needed, and the shipped straight rail will not be sealed in lubricating grease.

(1)Shoulder height and chamfer of the mounting surface
When installing the linear guide rail, we must pay attention to whethertheconditionoftheshoulderoftheinstallationsurfaceis appropriate.If the chamfering is toolarge, the protruding place is easy to cause the poor accuracy of the linear guide rail, and if the height is too high, it will interfere with the slider. Therefore, if the surfaceandshouldercanbeinstalledaccordingtothe recommendedrequirements,the poorinstallation accuracy can be eliminated.

(2)Torsion force value of the guide rail assembly screw
Whether the installation of the guide rail is close to the flat datum affects the accuracy of the straight guide rail, so in order to achieve the purpose of locking each screw, it is recommended to use the following torsion value lock to assemble the screw.

JSM has a guide rail standard length inventory for customer demand. If the customer orders the non-standard length rail, the end surface distance E should not be greater than 1/ 2P, so as to prevent the instability of the rear end of the rail assembly due to thelarge size of E,and reduce the precision of thelinear rail.

2-3-14 Dustproof equipment
The standard dust-proof slider is equipped with oil scraper to prevent dust or impurities from entering the slider, and affect the life and accuracy of the linear guide rail. The dustproof piece is installed at the bottom of the slider to prevent dust or impurities from entering the inside of the slider from the bottom gap of the slider. If the customer wants to choose the dustproof piece,hecanadd +\ \cup code after the model. Specification 5,7 slider to the bottom of the surface gap (H 1) is very small, does not provide additional dustproof plate, but specifications 9,12 and 15 provide dustproof panel selection. When choosing dustproof tablets, customers should pay attention to the decrease of the slider gap (H 1). When the side bearing surface is used, the height of the side bearing surface should not be greater than the clearance value (H 1), so as to avoid the interference of the slider to the side bearing surface during running.
