产品概述Description
GW5系列户外隔离开关是电力系统最常用的设备之一,主要作用是在设备或线路检修时隔离高压,以保证安全。它不能断开负荷电流和短路电流,应与断路器配合使用,在停电时先分断路器后分隔离器开关,送电时先合隔离开关后合断路器。
GW5系列户外隔离开关属双柱V型水平开启式,各单级都由基座\支柱绝缘子\出线座及触头部分组成,由成50°夹角的两个支座,支柱绝缘子两支柱绝缘瓷瓶相互夹角地安装在基座两端地轴承上,且与基座垂直。主导电部分分别安装在两支柱绝缘瓶上方,随支柱绝缘瓶作约90°转动。

GW5seriesoutdoordisconnectingswitchisadouble-postv-typehorizontalopentype,eachsinglestageiscomposedof base,postinsulator,outgoing baseandcontactpart.ItiscomposedoftwosupportswithanAngleof 5 0 ^ { \circ } .Themain electric parts arerespectivelyinstalledonthe topof the twopillarinsulationbottles,androtateabout 9 0 ^ { \circ } alongwith the pillar insulation bottles.

GN30-12型旋转式户内高压隔离开关是一种旋转触刀式的新型隔离开关,主要结构是在三相共底架的上、下两个平面上,固定两组绝缘子及触头,通过旋转触刀,从而实现开关的分合闸。
GN30-12D型开关是在GN30-12型开关基础上增加带接地刀的形式,可满足不同电力系统的需要。本产品设计紧凑、占用空间小、绝缘能力强、易于安装调整,其性能符合GB1985-89《交流高压隔离开关和接地开关》的要求,适用于额定电压10KV交流50Hz及以下内系统中,作为在有电压无负载情况下,分合电路之用。可与高压开关柜配套使用,也可单独使用。

产品结构Structure
本系列产品由玻璃纤维环氧树脂引拔棒,硅橡胶伞裙,金具三部分组成。其硅橡胶伞裙采用整体注压工艺,从而解决了影响复合绝缘子可靠性的关键问题-界面电气击穿。玻璃引拔棒与金具的联接采用独特的胶装工艺,并且可采用国内最先进的压接工艺,配有全自动声波探伤检测系统,强度高,外形美观,体积小,重量轻,金具镀锌可防锈蚀,可与瓷绝缘子互换使用,本产品结构可靠,不损伤芯棒,能充分发挥其机械强度。

^ { 1 , } 电气性能优越,机械强度高,内部承载的环氧玻璃纤维引拔棒抗张抗弯度比普通钢材高2倍,是高强度瓷材料的8-10倍,有效提高了安全运行的可靠性。
2.耐污性能好,抗污闪能力强,其湿耐受电压和污秽耐电压为相同爬距瓷绝缘子的2-2.5倍,且不需清扫,能在重污秽地区安全运行。3.体积小、重量轻(仅为同电压等级瓷绝缘子的1/6- 1 1 19),结构轻巧,便于运输和安装。
