Aluminum honeycomb panels offer high strength and excellent resistance to heavy loads, bending, flexing, and wind

pressure. The surface is made of high-strength alloy aluminum sheets coated with a highly durable decorative finish, forming

the face and back sheets. These panels are bonded to an aluminum honeycomb core, creating numerous enclosed cells

that greatly restrict the transmission of heat and sound. Compared with other facade materials, aluminum honeycomb panels

provide superior thermal insulation and soundproofing. Since they are composed of thin aluminum sheets laminated to a

honeycomb core, they are lighter in weight than standard aluminum panels or other metal curtain wall materials.

Aluminum honeycomb panels use high-strength 3003 aluminum alloy for the face sheets and high-density aluminum

honeycomb as the core. The face sheets typically have a thickness of 0.8mm and 1.0mm, with overall panel thickness of

10mm, 5mm, or 25mm. Other specifications, structures, and dimensions can be customized and realized for use in different

scenarios.
