长江口工程
针对土质密实度高、多为铁板砂，且疏浚量大，疏浚土运距远的特点，组织科技攻关：一是自行研制开发新型主动耙头，自行开发V2.0疏浚监控平台，提高施工效率；二是开展“疏浚土有益利用技术研究”和“吹泥上滩施工技术研究”，变废为宝，同时减少疏浚土远距离外海抛卸量，有效降低工程投资和施工成本；三是开展重大装备建造技术研究，如“16888m特大型耙吸挖泥船技术开发与研究”。
Changjiang Estuary Deepwater Channel Project
Asto the feature of high-density soil, vast majority of consolidated sand,large volume of dredging and long transporting distance of dredged soil, the company organized professionals totackle scientificand technological problems:firstly, enhance the working efficiency by independently developing the new active drag headand V2.0 Dredging Monitoring Platform;secondly, conduct studies on technology of beneficial utilization of dredged soil and technology of sand pumping ashore, to turn waste into treasure,reduce the long-distance dumping volume of dredged soil as well as cuting down the project investment and cost; thirdly, launch the technological research on the building of major equipment, such as technology development and research on ultra large scale TSHD with hopper capacity of 16888m².

Qingcaosha Reservoir Project
QingcaoshaReservoirProjectisthekeylivelihoodprojectwhichprovidesfinequalityofdrinkablefreshwaterfor10 millionShanghaicitizens.Thereservoirhastotalvolumeof526millonm³withthedikeaslongas48km.Theconstructionisverytrickywithmanytechnologydificutiesoneofwhichistheclosingofthemainclosuremouthof800m eastdike.It'sestimatedthattheflowspeedatthemouthisevenhigherthanthatofThreeGorgesDam.Through theschemecomparison,theshemeoflayinglargesteelframecagewaschosenandonJanuary2oo9,theclosure mouthwithwidthof8oometerswasclosedsuccessfullyatonestroke.
青草沙水库工程
目前国内最大的江心河口边滩水库，是解决上海市1000万人口优质饮用水的民生工程。库容量5.26亿m3，围堤总长度48km，施工难度大，需要解决的技术难题多，其中最大的难题就是东堤800米主龙口合龙问题，据测合龙流速将超过三峡大坝。通过方案比选，最终确定了大型型钢框笼安放及笼内抛石的龙口封堵方案，2009年1月2日，800米龙口合龙一举成功。
本工程总吹填量约2.5318亿m3；围堤长度20.296km，隔堤长度15.47km，总长度为35.766km；围海面积25.35km²；总工期为4年。整个工程采取分块、分阶段围海吹填的方式开发建设。

Since 197Os, the company has started waterway plan and design for the channel of Lianyungang Port,and later undertook the design and plan for 50o0-300,0oo DWT channel project.

瓜达尔深水港项目建成后的瓜达尔港Gwadar Port after construction瓜达尔深水港项目采取分期建设，一期工程建成一个包括三个泊位兼顾滚装作业的多用途码头。

一期工程港池航道按3万吨散货船兼顾2.5万吨集装箱船疏浚，水域挖方量1463.2万 \mathsf { m } ^ { 3 } ，进港航道总长 4 . 2 4 k m 。

2007年2月巴基斯坦瓜达尔工程顺利完工，4月13日巴基斯坦瓜达尔港务局正式发出完工证明，中交上航局参与建设的我国建国以来最大对外援助工程圆满完成。
