Structural Features

The valve has different types of structures, including soft sealing, hard sealing, floating type, fixed type, DBB, DIB, main and auxiliary body types, three-piece type, flange type, butt welding end and thermal insulation jacket.

The valve is of an eccentric structure. The rotation center of the stem deviates from the center of gyration of the ball core, and the rotation center of the stem deviates from the center of the flow passage of the valve body, enabling the ball core and the valve seat to move without friction before closing, reducing the wear of parts and extending the service life.
3 The valve body and internals can be hardened by surface spray welding, spraying, overlaying or sintering, etc., so as to enhance the resistance to high pressure, wear and scouring of the valve and extend the service life.

1 The valve has the following structural features: compact structure, simple and smooth flow paths, small flow resistance, large flow capacity, large rangeability, wide application range and long service life.
The ball core is designed with a V-shaped opening. The ball core and the valve seat have a shearing function, which can prevent the valve from being stuck.
3 The valve seat component is pre-tightened by the disc spring to ensure continuous close contact between the ball core and the seat. It is of a compact structure, which can be installed easily and is of good sealing performance.

Multi-port Ball Valve
The T20 multi-port ball valve includes three-way ball valve and four-way ball valve.
The thre-way ball alve has an L-shaped thre-way (two-hole flow passage) ball core and a T-shaped three-way (three hole flw passage) bal core. The fluid medium in the three pipes canbe contrlled in dfferent combinations by changing the relative angle between the ball core and the pipe. TheT-shaped tee ball can connectthree orthometric pipes with one another, r connecttwo of them and utof another TheL-shaped tbl can only connecttwo orthometric pipes r switchdirectins.The T-shaped three-way ballvalve plays the role of shunt and confluence, while the L-shaped three-way ballvalve plays the role of distribution.
The four-way ball valve is of an L-shaped bal core structure, enabling the switching of flow directions of two media athe same time.
