Product Introduction

The CS-AR20L is a professional AoIP in-ceiling loudspeaker designed for modern commercial and enterpriseaudiosystems.

It combines IEEE 802.3at { P o E ^ { + } } power with AES67 network audio,enabling flexible,scalable,and low-latency audio distribution for commercial and enterprise applications such as retail, healthcare, offices,education,and hospitality.

With an overall depth of 9 5 . 3 ~ {mm } including the grille,the CS-AR20L supports in-ceiling installation and optional wall-mount or pendant-mount installation.When used with compatible Platin system controllers such as ZT-1,CH-l,or ZTR-l and an IEEE 802.3at { P o E ^ { + } } network,it can be integrated into distributed AoIP systems for background music,announcements,and other commercial audio applications.

MainFeatures

Professional Acoustic Performance Optimization

Supports AES67 network audio by default; Dante is optional and may require an additional license or fee.Network latency is below 1 6 ~ { { m s } } . The 5.25-inch woofer and 0.75-inch tweeter use an electronic crossover; Edge DSP and the amplifier mini DSP provide signal processing.

Single-Line PoE Connection

A single Category 5e or higher network cable carries both network audio/dataand IEEE 802.3at PoE+ power,simplifying installation.The system can be deployed on an isolated network.Internet access is required only for functions such as remote OTA updates.one network cable,greatly simplifying installation and wiring.Supports AES67audio network protocols to ensure low-latency,high-fidelity audio transmission and seamless integration with modern audio systems.Supports independent network deployment isolated from enterprise LAN,OTA remote upgrade available with internet access.

Interface Description

1.Grille (mesh cover): Protects the driver and provides the finished appearance.

2.Logo:Magnetic Platin brand logo.

3.USB Type-C service port and RGB status indicator: The Type-C port is used for authorized firmware programming and service debugging. The RGB indicator shows device status: solid white during hardware initialization,solid red during system startup or when a network/device fault is present, solid green when the system and network are operating normally,and flashing red during OTA update or factory reset.

4.Reset pinhole: Use a suitable pointed tool.To enter firmware programming mode,press and hold the reset button while applying power,then program through the USB Type-C port. To restore factory settings,press and hold the reset button after the system has started.

5.Mounting clamps: Secure the speaker during in-ceiling installation.

6.PoE network port:RJ45 port for 10/l00 Mbps Ethernet,AES67/Dante network audio,and IEEE
802.3at { P o E ^ { + } } power.

Note: Optional mounting kits are sold separately.The installer must select anchors suitable for the mounting substrate and applicable local requirements.

HardwareInstallationMethod

A.In-Ceiling Installation

Before installation，disconnect the PoE source and confirm that the load-bearing structure can support the installed assembly and the independent safety cable with the safety factor required by local regulations.

1. Cut a \mathtt { δ 2 2 5 } {mm } opening at the selected ceiling position.Keep at least 2 0 ~ {mm } of flat,unobstructed ceiling surface around the opening for the front flange and clamping feet.

2.Pull the pre-installed network cable through the opening and insert the RJ45 connector into the PoE port of the CS-AR20L.Connect the other end to an IEEE 802.3at { P o E ^ { + } } switch port.

3.Connect one end of a high-strength safety cable to the safety-cable attachment point on the speaker and the other end to a load-bearing structure above the ceiling.Perform a manual pull test after fastening.

4.Loosen the clamping-foot screws,insert the speaker into the ceiling opening,and tighten the screws evenly.The clamping feet will rotate outward and secure the speaker to the ceiling.

5.Align the magnetic grille with the front flange and allow it to seat evenly around the entire circumference.

6.Confirm that the grille is flush,the speaker is level,andallfasteners are secure before restoring PoE power.

Notes

·The CS-AR2OL requires an IEEE 802.3at { P o E ^ { + } } source.Use Category 5e or higher network cable. · The load-bearing structure and all anchors must support the installed assembly with the safety factor required by local regulations.
· Do not rely on gypsum board or other weak finish material alone; use an approved support bridge or structural member.
· The safety cable must be attached to a load-bearing point independent of the ceiling panel. · Keep the installed speaker facing downward and level.

B.Wall-Mount Installation (Optional)

Required accessory:Optional Wall-Mount Kit. Disconnect PoE power before installation.The mounting surface must be vertical, structurally sound,and suitable for the selected anchors. 1. Mark four mounting points using the wall bracket as a template.The nominal spacing is 2 0 0 {mm } horizontally x 2 1 2 mm vertically. Use a level to keep the bracket square.

2.Drill the four holes and install the supplied nylon expansion plugs and { { S T 4 . 0 } } coarse-thread screws. Leave the screw heads suficiently proud to engage the bracket keyholes.For hollow or weak walls, use load-rated anchors specified for the substrate.

3.Position the speaker in the wal-mount bracket and secure it with the three supplied speaker-to-bracket fixing screws.Tighten evenly without deforming the speaker flange.

4. Connect the network cable to the PoE port.Where required by local regulations or the approved installation design,attach an independent safety cable from the speaker safety-cable attachment point to a load-bearing wall point.Ensure neither cable is pinched by the bracket.

5.Lift the complete assembly onto the four wallfasteners,make sure all keyholes are fully seated, and then tighten the fasteners.Perform a manual pull test and confirm that the bracket does not shift.

6.Align and attach the magnetic grille.Verify that the grille is flush and that the speaker,bracket, and cables are secure before restoring PoE power.

Notes

·The supplied { S T } 4 . 0 screws and nylon plugs are intended only for compatible solid substrates. Select alternative anchors when required.
■Do not install the bracket on a wall that is cracked,damp,hollow,or unable to support the required load.
:Recheck all wallfasteners and the safety cable after the initial installation and during periodic maintenance.

C.Pendant-Mount Installation (Optional)

Required accessory: Optional Pendant-Mount Kit. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel and attached directly to a load-bearing ceiling structure.Disconnect PoE power before installation.

1. Secure one end of the safety steel cable to the load-bearing structure and lock the cable clamp with both screws.Fix the C-shaped ceiling bracket using fasteners suitable for the ceiling structure. Feed an unterminated Category 5e or higher network cable down through the center opening before fitting the RJ45 plug.

2．Fit the decorative ceiling cover to the telescopic stainless-steel rod.Adjust the rod to the required length,then tighten the cover screw and the telescopic-joint locking screw.

3.Connect the lower end of the telescopic rod to the U-shaped speaker bracket using the supplied connecting bolt,flat washer,spring washer,and nut. Tighten the joint securely.

4.Secure the top plate and U-shaped bracket to the speaker with the supplied screws.Install the M6 pivot screws and blind nuts on both sides of the bracket.

5.Set the required speaker angle and tighten the M6 pivot screws on both sides evenly. Confirm that the speaker cannot rotate after tightening.

6.Route the network cable through the stainless-steel rod and secure it at both the ceiling and speaker ends so that no tensile load is transferred to the RJ45 connector.Terminate the cable and connect it to the speaker PoE port.

7.Attach the free end of the independent safety cable to the speaker safety-cable attachment point, tighten the cable clamp,and perform a manual pulltest.Attach the magnetic grille,verify all locks and fasteners,and then restore PoE power.

Notes

The safety cable must be independent of the telescopic rod and mounting bracket.

·Do not attach the ceiling bracket only to decorative ceiling board or suspended-ceiling grid.

·Maintain the network cable bend radius and protect it from sharp metal edges.

· Tighten every set screw, pivot screw, nut,and cable clamp before energizing the device.

·Periodicaly inspect the ceiling fasteners,rod locks,bracket pivots,safety cable,and cable routing.

Connect the CS-AR20L to an IEEE 802.3at { P o E ^ { + } } switch and a compatible Platin system controller.
AES67 is enabled by default; Dante support is optional.

An isolated router/switch network may be used when separation from the enterprise LAN is required.Internet access is needed for remote services such as OTA updates. Firmware can be updated through the Platin Hero application.The current specification supports updating one device at a time.The USB Type-C port is intended for authorized local firmware programming and service debugging.

Where permitted by applicable law and local sales policy, if the product experiences a confirmed performance issue within 15 days of purchase and the appearance is undamaged,a replacement product may be requested. During the free replacement period, products must be tested by Platin Gate ApS.to confirm the failure; the same model or a refurbished product with equivalent performance willbe provided as a replacement.The replaced defective product becomes the property of Platin Gate ApS.;if no defect is found,the product will be returned as is.

·When our service personnel provide service,please provide valid proof of purchase; if proof of purchase cannot be provided, the free warranty period will be calculated from the date of manufacture.For paid repairs,the same performance issue will enjoy a three-month free warranty period from the repair date.Please make sure to keep your repair receipt.

CS-AR2OL是一款面向现代商业及企业音频系统设计的专业AoIP吸顶扬声器。
本产品采用 IEEE 802.3at PoE+ 供电并支持 AES67 网络音频，可为零售、医疗、办公、教育及酒店等商业和企业应用提供灵活、可扩展的低延迟音频分发。
CS-AR20L含网罩的整机深度为 9 5 . 3 { {mm } } ，支持吸顶安装，并可选配壁挂或吊装安装方式。配合ZT-1、CH-1、ZTR-1等兼容的Platin 系统控制器及IEEE 802.3atPoE+ 网络，可集成到分布式 AoIP系统中，用于背景音乐、广播通知及其他商业音频应用。

主要特点

专业声学性能优化

默认支持AES67网络音频；Dante为选配功能，可能需要额外许可或费用。网络延迟低于 1 6 ~ { m s } 。5.25英寸低音单元与0.75英寸高音单元采用电子分频，EdgeDSP与功放芯片内置mini DSP 协同完成信号处理。

单网线 PoE连接

使用一根 Category 5e 或更高等级的网线即可同时传输网络音频/数据并提供 IEEE 802.3at PoE+ 电源，从而简化安装和布线。系统可部署在独立隔离网络中，仅在远程OTA升级等功能需要时接入互联网。

接口说明

1.网罩：用于保护扬声器单元，并形成完整的产品外观。
2.标志：Platin磁吸品牌标志。
3.USB Type-C服务接口及RGB状态指示灯:Type-C 接口用于授权的固件烧录和维护调试。RGB指示灯用于显示设备状态：硬件初始化期间白灯常亮；系统启动中或网络/设备发生故障时红灯常亮；系统及网络正常运行时绿灯常亮；OTA升级或恢复出厂设置期间红灯闪烁。
4．复位孔：请使用合适的细长工具按压。进入固件烧录模式时，应在上电的同时按住复位按键，然后通过USBType-C接口进行烧录；系统启动完成后，长按复位按键可恢复出厂设置。5．安装卡爪：吸顶安装时用于夹紧并固定扬声器。
6．PoE 网口：RJ45 接口，用于10/100 Mbps以太网通信、AES67/Dante 网络音频传输及IEEE802.3at PoE+ 供电。
7．安全绳连接点：用于连接独立安全钢丝绳，并将其固定到承重结构。

硬件安装方法

A．吸顶安装

安装前，请断开 PoE 电源，并确认承重结构能够按当地法规要求的安全系数承受整套安装组件及独立安全钢丝绳。

1．在选定的天花板位置开设 0 2 2 5 \ {mm } 的安装孔。安装孔周围应至少保留 2 0 \ { \mm } 平整且无遮挡的天花板表面，以便容纳前面板边缘和安装卡爪。

2．将预先敷设的网线从安装孔中拉出，并将 RJ45 接头插入CS-AR20L 的 PoE 网口。网线另一端连接至符合IEEE802.3at标准的 { P o E ^ { + } } 交换机端口。

3．将高强度安全钢丝绳的一端连接至扬声器的安全绳连接点，另一端固定到天花板上方的承重结构。固定完成后，应进行人工拉力检查。

4．松开安装卡爪螺钉，将扬声器装入天花板开孔，然后均匀拧紧螺钉。安装卡爪将自动向外旋转并夹紧天花板，从而固定扬声器。

5．将磁吸网罩与扬声器前面板边缘对齐，使网罩沿整个圆周均匀吸附到位。

6．恢复PoE 供电前，应确认网罩安装平整、扬声器保持水平且所有紧固件均已可靠锁紧。

注意事项

·CS-AR20L 必须使用符合 IEEE 802.3at 标准的 PoE+ 电源。请使用 Category 5e 或更高等级的网线。

·承重结构及所有锚固件必须按当地法规要求的安全系数承受整套安装组件。

·不得仅依靠石膏板或其他强度不足的装饰层承重；应使用经认可的加固支架或承重构件

·安全钢丝绳必须连接至独立于天花板面板的承重点。

·安装后的扬声器应保持正面朝下并处于水平状态。

B．壁挂安装（选配）

所需附件：选配壁挂安装套件。安装前请断开 PoE电源。安装墙面必须垂直、结构牢固，并适用于所选锚固件。

1．以壁挂支架为模板标记4个安装点。标称孔距为水平方向 2 0 0 {mm } 、垂直方向 2 1 2 ~ {mm } 。使用水平尺确保支架横平竖直。

2．钻出4个安装孔，装入随附的尼龙膨胀管和 ST4.0粗牙螺钉。螺钉头应适当露出，以便卡入支架的钥匙孔。对于空心墙或强度不足的墙体，应选用与墙体基材相匹配且满足承载要求的锚固件。

3．将扬声器放入壁挂支架，并使用随附的3颗扬声器固定螺钉将其锁紧。应均匀拧紧，避免扬声器前缘变形。

4．将网线连接至PoE 网口。若当地法规或经批准的安装方案有要求，应使用独立安全钢丝绳，将扬声器安全绳连接点固定到墙体承重点。确认网线和安全钢丝绳均未被支架夹压。

5．将整套组件挂到墙面的4个紧固件上，确认所有钥匙孔均已完全卡入，然后拧紧紧固件。进行人工拉力检查，并确认支架无松动或位移。

6．对准并安装磁吸网罩。恢复PoE 供电前，应确认网罩平整，扬声器、支架及线缆均已可靠固定。

注意事项

·随附的 ST4.0螺钉和尼龙膨胀管仅适用于兼容的实心基材；必要时应选用其他合适的锚固件。
·请勿将支架安装在开裂、潮湿、空心或无法承受规定载荷的墙体上。
·初次安装后及定期维护时，应重新检查全部墙体紧固件和安全钢丝绳。

C．吊装安装（选配）

所需附件：选配吊装安装套件。安装必须由具备资质的专业人员完成，并直接固定到天花板承重结构。安装前请断开 PoE 电源。

1．将安全钢丝绳的一端固定到承重结构，并使用两个螺钉锁紧钢丝绳夹。使用适用于天花板结构的紧固件固定C 型顶部支架。在制作 RJ45 接头前，先将未端接的Category5e或更高等级网线从中心孔向下穿出。

2．将顶部装饰盖安装到不锈钢伸缩杆上。将伸缩杆调节至所需长度，然后拧紧装饰盖固定螺钉和伸缩连接处的锁紧螺钉。

3．使用随附的连接螺栓、平垫圈、弹簧垫圈和螺母，将伸缩杆下端连接到U 型扬声器支架，并可靠锁紧。

4．使用随附螺钉将顶部连接板和U型支架固定到扬声器上。在支架两侧安装 M6 角度调节螺钉和盲螺母。

5．将扬声器调整到所需角度，并均匀拧紧两侧的 M6 角度调节螺钉。锁紧后应确认扬声器无法自行转动。

6．将网线穿过不锈钢伸缩杆，并在天花板端和扬声器端分别固定，确保 RJ45 接头不承受拉力。
制作网线接头后，将其连接至扬声器PoE网口。7．将独立安全钢丝绳的另一端连接至扬声器安全绳连接点，锁紧钢丝绳夹，并进行人工拉力检查。
安装磁吸网罩，确认所有锁紧点和紧固件均可靠后，再恢复PoE 供电。

注意事项

·安全钢丝绳必须独立于伸缩杆和安装支架。
·不得仅将顶部支架固定在装饰天花板或吊顶龙骨上。
·应保持网线规定的最小弯曲半径，并避免被锋利的金属边缘划伤。
·设备通电前，应锁紧全部紧定螺钉、角度调节螺钉、螺母和钢丝绳夹。
·应定期检查顶部紧固件、伸缩杆锁紧位置、支架转轴、安全钢丝绳及线缆布置。

指示灯状态说明

·白灯常亮：硬件上电初始化
·红灯常亮：系统启动中、网络异常或设备故障
·绿灯常亮：系统启动完成且网络运行正常
·红灯闪烁：正在进行OTA升级或恢复出厂设置
·指示灯导光塞已在出厂前安装。除非获得授权服务人员指导，请勿拆除。

网络配置与固件升级

将 CS-AR20L 连接至符合 IEEE802.3at 标准的 PoE+ 交换机及兼容的Platin系统控制器。设备默认启用AES67；Dante为选配功能。
如需与企业局域网隔离，可使用独立的路由器/交换机网络。远程OTA升级等服务需要接入互联网。可通过Platin Hero 应用程序升级固件。当前规格支持逐台升级设备。USB Type-C 接口仅用于经授权的本地固件烧录和维护调试。

售后服务

产品售后服务承诺：一年有限保修

以下情况不属于免费维修范围，PlatinGateApS可提供有偿服务：

·超过保修期限。
·未按照本说明书的要求进行安装、使用、维护或存放而造成的产品故障或损坏。
·产品条码被涂改、损坏或撕毁。
·未经 Platin Gate ApS 许可，擅自修改固有配置文件、拆卸或维修产品。
·因意外因素或人为原因造成的产品损坏，例如供电电压不当、高温、进水、严重氧化等。
·客户寄回产品过程中造成的运输损坏。
·因地震、火灾、洪水、雷击等不可抗力造成的产品故障或损坏。
·其他非因产品本身设计、技术、制造或质量问题造成的故障或损坏。

技术支持与软件升级服务

产品送修前，请发送电子邮件至 support@platingate.com 获取技术支持。仅可使用由 PlatinGateApS发布或认可的固件和软件。

特别说明

·保修服务仅适用于主机；包装材料、各类线缆、软件产品、技术资料及其他附件不在保修范围内。·在适用法律及当地销售政策允许的情况下，若产品自购买之日起15日内出现经确认的性能故障且外观无损，可申请更换。免费更换期间，产品须经PlatinGate ApS 检测确认故障；更换产品可为同型号产品或性能相当的翻新产品。更换后的故障产品归Platin Gate ApS 所有；若检测未发现故障，将原样退回。
·接受服务时，请提供有效购买凭证；如无法提供，将从产品生产日期起计算免费保修期限。对于有偿维修，自维修之日起，同一性能故障可享受3个月免费保修，请妥善保管维修凭证。·经 PlatinGate ApS 保修更换或维修的产品，享有原保修期剩余期限，并额外延长3个月。·退回产品的运输费用由寄件方承担。
经销商作出的其他承诺，如非 Platin Gate ApS 的保证，不由Platin Gate ApS 承担责任。本有限保修不影响适用消费者保护法律赋予用户的法定权利。
