关节轴承的配合与公差 FITANDTOLERANCE
在关节轴承内、外圈安装时有一个适当的过盈量,才能获得满意的径向方位和支撑力。不恰当或错误的配合不仅会降低轴承的使用寿命通常也会对其他配件造成损害,由于配合不当会引起轴承的失效,如:
向心关节轴承内圈球面出现裂纹,早期剥落及球面位移;向心关节轴承内圈与轴或外圈与轴承座间因蠕动及磨蚀产生磨损:由于不正确的配合导致内部游隙值变小出现卡死或造成轴承烧伤:引起球面变形而导致噪声值上升和旋转精度的降低。
关节轴承的配合类型以及轴、孔公差带
轴承与轴和轴承座孔的配合代号以及所选用的轴、孔公差带应符合GB1800\~1804的规定,根据轴承内圈或轴圈)与轴配合的性质,轴颈直径的极限偏差,在基孔制配合中选择:

Generally speaking,satlsfactory radlal locationand adequate support can only be obtalned when the Innerand outerings are mounted with an approprlate degree of interference.Inadequately or incorrectly secured bearing rings maycause damage to the bearings and assoclated components.Therefore It Is necessary to make careful investigationin selecting a proper fit.Some of the bearlng fallures caused by Improper flt are llsted below:
Spherical surface cracking,early flaking and displacement of spherical surface Abrasion caused by creeping between bearing and shaft housing Seizing or overheating damage caused by negative internal clearances Increased nolse and deterlorated rotatlonal accuracy due to spherical surface deformation

向心关节轴承RADIAL JOINT BEARING
向心关节轴承是由带有内球面的外圈禾 □带有外球面的内圈构成一对滑动摩擦副,主要用于机械同心度要求不高,工作表面压力较大且又要做低速摆动、倾斜或迥转运动的机械机构中。向心关节轴承的滑动摩擦副可由不同材料组成,主要有两种:润滑型(钢对钢)向心关节轴承和自润滑向心关节轴承。
润滑型(钢对钢)向心关节轴承滑动表面一般经过淬火,磷化和涂敷二硫化钼,具有耐磨损、抗腐蚀的特点。这种轴承在正常情况下,周期性润滑是必须的。由于滑动表面具有很高的强度,这种轴承特别适合于承受交变重载、冲击载荷和静态重载。
The radial jointbearing is composed of anouter ring withan inner spherical surfaceandan inner ring with anouter spherical surface, forming a pair of sliding friction components.It is mainly used in mechanical mechanisms where the concentricity requirementsare not high, the working surface pressureislarge,and low-speed oscillation,inclinationorrotationmovementsneedtobeperformed. Thesliding frictioncomponentsof the radial jointbearing canbemadeof differentmaterials,mainly including two types: lubricated type (steel onsteel) radialjointbearingsand self-lubricating radial joint bearings.
The sliding surfaces of the lubricated (steel-on-steel) radial joint bearings are generally hardened, phosphatedand coated with molybdenum disulfide,featuring wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Under normal circumstances, periodic lubrication is necessary for these bearings. Due to the high strength of the sliding surfaces,these bearingsare particularly suitable for withstanding alternating heavyloads,impactloadsandstaticheavyloads.
