JXF35/30-16/JXPW35/30-16新一代高效轴流(喷雾)节能风机,是纺织节能空调室主风机的换代产品。也可用于其他场合的通风、加湿。
该产品的开发,得到了中国航空、航天设计研究院、国家级流体力学研究中心的支持,吸收了德国高效节能风机的优点,汇集了本公司通风机专家、技术人员集体智慧。

五、产品的选用Productselection
1.风机实行成套供应。一般包括叶轮组、机壳、玻璃钢集流器(选用件)、电机(高效节能系列电机:YE3-、YE4-、IE4-、YX-、永磁节能电机等新型节能电机产品)、传动组(C式传动轴承箱、三角带、带轮、主轴)、电机滑轮、地脚螺栓;出厂时配发合格证、使用说明书等技术文件。
2.风机结构形成。按需要可以制成“墙式”、“落地式”,区别在于有无安装底座;按气流方向,有压入式或吸入式两种(JXPW35/30-16喷雾风机只有压入式)。气流由集流器(喇叭口)后,先经过叶轮再电机的为吸入式;而先经过电机再到叶轮的压入式。按传动方式分,有A式也有C式,叶轮直接装在电机轴上为A,通过皮带轮传递功率为C。参考本册外形尺寸图表。喷雾风机机壳多采用304不锈钢或镀锌板制造,用户可以根据需要选择。
3.风机性能参考《风机性能参数表》。本表中每个叶片角度、转速对应了三组序号参数,是取之于风机性能曲线上的三个代表点,顺着这三点光滑连线或延伸,都是风机可能动态工况。如果您选用的参数表中不能直接查得,可以采用插入法计算求得;如果风机号数与参数之间仍然不理想,可以采用皮带传动(C式),由专业人员可靠计算后改变转速运行,以确保安全的前提下满足性能的需要。
4.主要规格。标准机号有No8、9、10、11.2、14、16、18、20共8种。完全覆盖一般纺织企业对风机参数的需要。

六、安装、维护与保养 Installation,maintenance and maintenance
1.风机安装前必须全面检查是否有运输导致的缺损。如不满足安全运行条件,应立即停止安装并报告。尤其是叶轮出现变形、裂纹,电机破损,传动轴弯曲等现象不得使用。
2.安装要找水平。基础牢固后,建议使用框式水平仪在风机主轴(或A式电机轴)上将校准在 5 ‰ 以内。喷雾风机注意沿水池方向有 1 . 5 { ~ } 3 ^ { \circ } 的轴线倾斜角。
3.风机本体不得承受额外重量或负荷。墙式安装预留孔洞必须保证墙体不得下沉。紧固螺栓后对基础二次灌浆、抹平。
4.C式传动组润滑有油脂(3#锂基脂)机油润滑两种。脂润滑出厂时已经备好,机油润滑时用户自理,将油位加到油标的中位线即可。
5.保养周期。每周清理1次;每月重点检查1\~2次,发现螺栓松动或异常则对风机实施详查。一般一个季度由使用者检查或加油一次。半年保养1次,重点检查叶轮、电机、传动组件轴承和叶顶间隙。
6.安全事项。风机检修必须在彻底停稳并有人监护的情况下进行。防止风机意外启动或运行中伤人;开车前必须确保无任何物件遗留在风机的任何部位,紧固件紧固到位、叶顶间隙一致,手动盘动检查一切正常后方可点动,方向正确,点动正常,才能初步投入运行,8小时内重点监视风机运行电流、噪声、振动、温升,复查一次确认无异常后交付正常生产。拆卸叶轮紧定套时,应扶住叶轮,以防滑脱撞损。开车时,人要远离危险区,严禁靠近产品旋转体。
7.运行注意事项。空调室停机先停喷雾、喷淋水泵,待水汽充分排净后停风机:运行启动程序相反,先开风机后开泵,只有当风机速度达到额定转速时候才启动供水设施。喷雾风机所选用的喷雾泵水量、扬程不要过高,过高将影响风机特色的发挥,严重时适得其反。
