CSUI系列标准型

CS11UI、UII Series the power unit—hydraulic cylinder is mounted on one side of the rest body wall. This design reduces the overall length of the steady rest, making it suitable for machine tools with limited longitudinal space at the steady rest installation position.

中心架在机床上的安装及调整具体调节步骤视具体规格说明书

1. 将试棒（短、硬削轴）用顶尖夹于机床中心；
2. 将两百分表在X 与Y 两方向上找试棒最高点并调至零
3. 松开安装架的四个紧固螺钉，让中心架夹紧试棒。观察此时两百分表读数是否为零（即试棒是否偏离中心），若不为零，调节微调螺钉，至两百分表读数均为零，锁紧紧固螺钉。
4. 再把紧四个紧固螺钉，同时观察两表指针是否还指示零。若不为零，则须重复第三步直至把紧后两百分表读数为零；
特别提示：中心架一经调准（其夹紧中心与机床主轴重合），就必须在调准的压力下工作，如果动力源压力变化，则需要对中心架重新调准。

Installation and Adjustment of the Steady Res

1.Mount a test bar (short, hardened shaft) between the centers of the machine tool.
2 Align the test bar using two dial indicators in the X and Y directions, adjusting to the highest points and zeroing both indicators. 3. Loosen the four clamping screws of the steady rest to grip the test bar. Observe whether the dial indicators still read zero (indicating the test bar remains centered). If not, adjust the fine-tuning screws until both indicators read zero, then tighten the clamping screws. 4.Re-tighten the four clamping screws while monitoring the dial indicators. If the readings deviate from zero, repeat Step 3 until the indicators remain at zero after tightening.
Note: Once the steady rest is properly adjusted (its clamping center aligned with the machine spindle), it must operate at the calibrated pressure. If the power pressure changes, the steady rest must be readjusted.
