Due to the introduction of maleic anhydride polar groups,M968 combines the lubricity of olefin wax with the reactivity ofpolar groups.Itscoreadvantage lies inenhancing toughness whilemaintaining rigidity,along with sixkeyfeatures:
1.Strong polarity,improving compatibility with polarmaterials (suchas PC/PA/ABS)and inorganic fillers; 2.Excellent dispersibility,enabling uniform dispersionoffilerssuchascalciumcarbonate,glass fibers,and talc, and elimination of floating fibers/exposed glass fibers;
3.High reactivity, making it capable of reacting with amino groups,hydroxyl groups,etc.,and serving as acoupling agent/crosslinking agent;

PEWEP867是一种多个环氧当量的环氧改性聚乙烯蜡,在浓度范围为 0 . 6 - 3 % 的聚乙烯基、聚酯基增强化合物中使用,浓度取决于颗粒大小、增强材料的种类和用量。因此,最佳浓度必须在具体试验中单独确定。
PEWEP867是一种高效相容剂和分散剂,适用于玻纤、天然纤维、矿物纤维和木纤维增强聚乙烯,同样适用于无机材料填充的聚乙烯改性料,尤其是高填充的改性料。用于热熔性配方时,PEW MA867能够提高粘接强度和内聚强度,同时具有很高的耐热性和可交联性。

This series of permanent anti-static agents (ESA-158P, ESA-158C,ESA-158A,ESA-158)are polymeric anti-static agents of the polyether-polyamide copolymer type.They are modified by internal addition and do not require subsequent surface treatment,enabling the substrate to achieve long-lasting and stable permanent anti-static effect.

产品由聚酰胺硬段与聚醚软段嵌段共聚而成:聚醚软段具备优异吸湿导静电能力,长链大分子结构能在塑胶基体中均匀分散、搭建连续导电网络;高分子链与基材相容性强,不迁移、不析出、不流失、耐水洗,抗静电效果贯穿制品全生命周期。
The product is formed by the block copolymerization of polyamide hard segments and polyether soft segments:The polyether soft segments possess excellent moisture absorption and static electricity dissipation capabilities.The long-chain macromolecular structure can be uniformly dispersed in the plastic matrix and build a continuous conductive network; the polymer chains exhibit strong compatibility with the substrate,ensuring no migration,no blooming,no loss,and resistance to washing.The anti-static effect lasts throughout the entire life cycle of the product.
