西德装备（广东）有限公司，创建于2021年，坐落在美丽的广东省佛山市顺德高新技术园区。集研发、设计、制造于一身，专业生产制造5层到33层共挤吹膜生产线，多层共挤单一材质高阻隔在线MDO吹膜生产线，多层共挤流延薄膜生产线，单层及多层锂电池隔膜流延生产线，以及高阻隔三泡法吹膜生产线。致力于向塑料软包装生产厂商以及隔膜厂商提供全套解决方案。

目前已与多家国际著名公司建立了技术交流和业务往来：瑞士KUNDIG、美国NDC、意大利SYNCRO、德国SIEMENS、奥地利B&R、德国PLASTCONTROL、德国E+L、德国BST、JC-times、AXLOY。

Technicalcharacteristics技术特点

整线控制PLC西门子S7-1500；
自动风环，瑞士全套进口昆帝格K-XRAY测厚控制系统；
整线采用伺服电机，挤出机采用菲仕伺服电机，牵引电机全部采用西门子伺服电机，齿轮箱采用西门子SIMOGEAR;
模具加工采用超高精度加工中心加工，厚薄偏差小于0.005mm；
全自动中心表面收卷机，自动换卷/自动上卷；
收卷根据卷径大小锥度张力控制，保证收卷平整，尤其是大直径收卷，膜卷直径变大之后保证膜卷张力；
张力控制采用E+L德国进口张力传感器，张力稳定，波动小，保证薄膜不拉伸变形；
两种换卷模式自由切换，方便操作，手动换卷模式和自动换卷模式。自动换卷模式可选长度换卷和直径换卷两种，设定长度和直径后自动换卷，一键操作；
中心驱动采用西门子伺服电机驱动，出力稳定；
液压卸卷，安全平稳，可在任意位置卸膜，操作灵活；
收卷架前后移动比例阀控制，可根据薄膜厚薄灵活设置使用；
抓轴机械手设计安全平稳，带无轴保护；
