Since 1992,Mr. David Sim has been in the automated stamping forming machine industry.As an experienced senior mold designer,he has completed more than 380 sets of die design throughout his career, focusing on developing innovative multislide stamping forming machine. The brand of the machine was named after Mr.Sim himself,and its products have high regards and credibility in the field of automatic stamping.

自动冲压弯曲成型技术特点
Multslide Stamping-Forming Machines Technical features
该机特点主要是将一个复杂的冲压弯曲工件分解为冲压、弯曲、攻丝、焊接等几部分，并把复杂的弯曲简化成多次简单弯曲。各弯曲滑块的冲压方向可在360度内自由选择，视工艺需要，机器可在左右或前后送料，后凸轮轴也有顶出(成型或冲压)工件的能力，因此该机加工范围很广，能完成多工位压力机或级进模冲压较难完成的工作。该机是一种组合式机床，一台设备即是一条冲压弯曲生产自动线，是冲压弯曲工艺理想的设备。 一
Themain feature of thismachine is itsabilityto dissect a complex stamping and bending workpiece into modular process such as stamping,bending, tapping and welding,as well as simplifying complex bending into multiple simple bending steps. The forming direction of each bending slider can be selected freely within 360 degrees on the machine.Depending on the process requirements,material can be fed in laterally or longitudinally.The camshaft also has ejection (mold or stamping) ability. As such,the machine's processing scope is wide,and has ability to produce workpieces that posechallenges fortraditional stamping ormulti-station transfer press machines.

The patented forming slide is designed with a pul-back structure,and the installationand debugging of the camare very convenient.
