Why Thermal Camera?

As a newly-developed measurement tool,infrared thermal camera is highly favored by the users due to its advantages such as“high-efficient, convenient,low-cost,and non-destructive”.The built-in infrared sensor of infrared thermal camera can receive the thermal radiation emitted by the objects.Through the processing of internal components, generating thermal images with temperature data.It intuitively display the temperature distribution of the objects,helps users rapidly identifyand locate the potential heat problems.

Heating System

In U.S.,some cities (such as Juneau,Duluth,Caribou,Fargo,etc.) have a low-temperature climate allyear round.People rely on heating system for obtaining a comfortable ambient temperature. Underfloor heating system is one of the common solutions in heating system. Under thermal imaging,the complete heating trajectory with an even temperature distribution should be displayed while heating system is working well.Otherwise,if there are much temperature differences or breaks displayed in somewhere,it indicates abnormalities occurs.With thermal camera,the potential heat problems can be easily identified and maintenance measures can be taken in a timely manner.

Identifying Energy Loss

Sometimes, room temperature may stillremain low even though the heating system is working well.This may caused by poor airtightness of the building. Generally speaking, the decrease of airtightness is due to the aging of sealing strips or termite infestation. With thermal cameras, quickly locate the leakage areas by distinguishing the temperature differences of the edges of windows and doors.
