積極服務不同社群0公司持之以恆履行企業社會責任，致力推動義工

文亻臣九龍倉置業義工隊自2011年 起，為我們的社區及環境服務超過

36,500小時。憑著優秀的企業義工文化，公司於2023年再次榮獲「香港

義工獎年度十大最高義工時數獎（全數僱員人數101-999人之商業

機構）y對義工的貢獻作出肯定o

我們肩負企業公民的角色，將關壞延展至社區及環境，致力服務以下

We are deeply committed to encouraging our staff members to

contribute to the community. Volunteer teams across HKIPs and MLIPs

have been actively involved in various initiatives. Our corporate

volunteering culture, particularly the efforts of the WEL Volunteer Team

established in 2011, has been remarkable. Accumulating over 36,500

hours in community service and environmental initiatives, their long-term

contributions earned them the Hong Kong Volunteer Award for Top Ten

Highest Volunteer Hours (Corporate with 101-999 full-time employees)

in two consecutive years.

As a responsible and impactful corporate citizen, we continue to drive

social and environmental projects across four key categories:

Our commitment to fostering an inclusive society focuses on supporting

underprivileged groups, including PHAB (Physically Handicapped and

Able-bodied), children with special educational needs, and those in

poverty.

Embracing the Children: \"Happy Summer\" Volunteering Programme

內地投資物業與當地機棡合作於2023年8月推出「童暑愉你」計劃，豐富 In partnership with local NGOs, our Mainland IPs launched this

The vulnerable group often encounters challenges in planning and

managing their career path, Since 2020, Harbour City has been

providing summer internship opportunities to students from the

Lutheran School for the Deaf (LSD). Through this programme,

participants have the opportunity to improve their communication,

teamwork and problem-solving skills from the real-life workplace.

Supporting Youth Development

青少年是社會發展的未來動力，需要我們提供各式各樣的學習機會、指導

及支援。九龍倉置業一直支持「學校起動」計劃，並於2023年支援超過

1,140位中學生o

Recognising that the youth hold the key to our future, we are dedicated

to expanding the horizons of the next generation. In 2023, our Youth

Programmes successfully engaged over 1,140 secondary students.

Empowering the youngsters: iPlan Mentorship Programme

承接往年計劃的成功，海港城丶仁愛堂陳黃淑芳紀念中學和基督教香港

信義會青年職涯發展服務繼繯合作，舉辦為期兩年的i Plan師友計劃o

今年，我們配對了10對友師和友員0計劃以團隊建立日開始，培養師友之間

的聯繫，接著進行職場體驗計劃，為學生提供實際工作機會0後續的工作坊

則加強了學生的自主學習和管理技能。計劃每年因應所需，制訂主題及

設計活動，鼓勵青少年發掘潛能、探索更多可能性0

持續支持「學校起動」計劃Continuous Commitment in Project WeCan

海港城對「學校起動」計劃的持續支援包括暑期職場體驗計劃、生涯規劃日

和企業參觀0這些活動為資源匾乏的學生提供寶貴的機會和指導，使他們

能夠追求探索自己的職業道路o

Building on previous successes, Harbour City, in collaboration with

Yan Qi Tong Chan Wong Suk Fong Memorial Secondary School and the

ELCHK Youth Career Development Service, continued the iPlan

Mentorship Programme. This year, we matched 10 pairs of mentors

and mentees. The programme commenced with a Team Building Day

to foster strong connections,

followed by a Job Tasting Programme

self-learning and management skills. Annually, we refresh our themes

and activities to meet student needs, encouraging them to explore

their potential.

Harbour City's ongoing support for Project WeCan includes

participation in the Summer Job Tasting Programme, Career

Exploration Day, and Company Visit. These initiatives provide

invaluable opportunities and guidance to students w ith learning

disadvantages, empowering them to pursue further education and

career paths.

·環境衰現概妻及承諾Environmental Performance Overview & Commitment

公司制訂了明確的碳減排目標，我們的碳中和承諾與九龍倉集團的

2030年減碳策略一致0 香港投資物業響應香港轉型至低碳經濟，簽署

商界環保協會《BEC零碳 約章》，承諾長遠減少碳排放0除了減碳外，香港

及內地投資物業還制訂目標及行動計劃以減少用電、用水和廢棄物處理0

在報告期內，我們研究及籌劃盤查價值鏈中的間接碳排放，並檢視參與

國際可持續發展倡議的可行性，以 提升我們的可持續發展表現及企業

內部資源4足進實現長遠抵禦氣候變化的願景0

2023年，香港投資物業獲得了ISO 14001 環境管理認證0海港城丶時代

廣場和荷里活廣場已經制定了各項環境政策，並持續監測我們的營運對

環境的影響，把其盡可能減至最低0

The Company has established clear carbon reduction targets. Our

commitment of carbon neutrality aligns with the Wharf Group's 2030

carbon strategy. Supporting Hong Kong's journey towards a low-carbon

economy, HKlPs partlClpates m the \"BEC Net Zero Charter,\" pledging

long-term contributions to carbon reduction. Beyond carbon emissions,

HKIPs and MLIPs have also set reduction targets and action plans

encompassing electricity, water, and waste. During the reporting

period, we have conducted a study to map our indirect emissions

generated throughout our value chain and examine the feasibility of

participating in international sustainability initiatives to enhance our

sustainability performance and foster internal support for our long-term

vision on climate resilience.

In 2023, HKIPs received the ISO 14001 certification for its

Environmental Management System. Our investment properties,

namely Harbour City, Times Square, and Plaza Hollywood, have

established environmental policies and kept monitoring the progress

towards minimising environmental impacts from our operations.

·節能減碳Carbon Reduction and Energy Saving

我們的碳足跡由各種排放源組成，其中電力消耗佔範圍一和範圍二

排放總量的98％ 以上。因此，我們多年來一直投資更高能源效益的

設備，並採用節能系統，以持續 降低香港及內地投資物業的能源消耗0

2023年，我們透過各種技術和策略來實現節能 目標0

履行節能承諾升級設備

Reinforcing our Commitment through Equipment Upgrades

2023 年，香港投資物業已於海港城、時代廣場及 荷里活廣場完成共12部

鮮風櫃 及送風櫃之更換工作。除了升級設備之外，我們的商場還進行

LED照明改造項目，以達至提高能源效率的目標0海港城更新了部份商場

和辦公大樓的燈具，將升降機大堂及走廊約2,200多個傳統照明燈具

更新為LED 燈 0 每年可節省超過1 94,000千瓦時電力，相當於705戶家庭

一個月的用電需求o

內地投資物業方面，大連時代廣場亦更換了5套老化的空調風櫃0重慶

時代廣場、長沙IFS、大連時代廣場、大上海時代廣場及上海會德豐國際

廣場也於2023年啟動了照明設備升級項目，每年節約 用電超過150,000

千瓦時 0

支持再生能源生產

Supporting Renewable Energy Generation

除了節能措施外，我們亦全力支持再生能源，促進社區廣泛減碳0海港城丶

荷里活廣場丶成都IFS、長沙IFS和大上海時代廣場已裝妥太陽能板系統0

2023早我們協助或負責安裝的太陽能光伏板產生了超過157,000千瓦時

的可再生能源0 成都IFS亦有至少50％的用電來自水力發電o

Our carbon footprint consists of various sources of emissions, of which

electricity consumption accounts for over 98% of the total Scope 1

and 2 emissions. In this regard, we have been investing in higher

energy-efficient equipment over the years and adopting energy-efficient

systems in our operations to consistently reduce energy consumption

in our HKIPs and MLIPs. In 2023, we adopted various technologies

and strategies to achieve this target.

In 2023, HKIPs has completed the replacement of total 12 Air Handling

Units (AHUs) and Primary Air Units (PAUs) at Harbour City, Times

Square and Plaza Hollywood. Beyond equipment upgrades, our malls

have completed LED lighting renovations. Harbour City upgraded over

2,200 traditional lighting fixtures with LEDs in malls and office towers,

including lift lobbies and corridors, saving over 194,000 kWh of

electricity consumption annually, which is equivalent to the electricity

demand needs of 705 households for a month.

For our MLIPs, Dalian Times Square also replaced 5 sets of aging

AHUs. Chongqing nmes Square, Changsha IFS, Dalian Times Square,

Shanghai Times Square, and Shanghai Wheelock Square have also

embarked on lighting upgrade projects in 2023, contributing to an

annual electricity saving of over 150,000kWh.

In addition to energy-saving measures, we fully support renewable

energy generation to facilitate broader community decarbonisation.

Harbour City, Plaza Hollywood, Chengdu IFS, Changsha IFS and

Shanghai Times Square have installed solar photovoltaic systems. In

2023, these systems enabled the generation of over 157,000 kWh of

renewable energy. Furthermore, Chengdu IFS sources at least 50% of

its total energy usage from hydropower.
