涂装生产线前处理工段的生产

前处理有手动简易工艺和自动前处理工艺，后者又分自动喷淋和自动浸喷两种工艺。工件在喷粉之前必须进行表面处理去油去锈。在这一工段所用药液较多，主要有除锈剂、除油剂、表调剂、磷化剂等等。

前处理过的工件质量，由于前处理液及涂装生产线工艺流程不尽相同，其质量当有差异。处理较好的工件，表面油、锈去尽，为了防止短时间内再次生锈般应在前处理后几道工序，进行磷化或钝化处理：在喷粉前，还应将已磷化的工件进行干燥，去其表面水分。小批量单件生产，一般采用自然晾干、晒干、风干。而对于大批量之流水作业，一般采取低温烘干，采用烘箱或烘道。

PRODUCTION OF PRETREATMENT SECTION OF COATING PRODUCTION LINE There are two pretreatment processes: manual simple process and automatic pretreatment process. The latter is divided into automatic spray and automatic dip spray. Before powder spraying, the workpiece must be treated to remove oil and rust. In this section, there are many solutions, mainly including rust remover, oil remover, surface conditioner, phosphating agent and so on.

The quality of the pretreated workpiece should be different due to the different process flow of the pretreatment solution and the coating production line. For the workpieces with better treatment, the surface oil and rust shall be removed completely. In order to prevent rust again in a short time, the phosphating or passivation treatment shall be carried out in several processes after pretreatment: before powder spraying, the workpieces with phosphating shall also be dried to remove the surface moisture. Small batch single production, generally using natural air drying, sun drying, air drying. For mass flow operation, low temperature drying is generally adopted, and oven or drying path is adopted.

1、脱水烘干80\~110℃，5\~10min；只烘干水分，烘干后工件冷却到40℃以下再喷粉。
2、粉末固化烘烤

温度：180\~190℃，保温10\~15min温度不够：粉末固化不完全，容易刮花、不耐擦洗；温度过高：发黄、粉层变脆。

高压静电发生器在枪嘴形成高压电场，粉末经过枪头被带上负电荷；接地工件带正电，依靠静电吸附力，粉末均匀吸附在工件表面，再送入烘箱固化成膜。

喷漆房水濂柜是利用水来捕捉漆雾的一种设备。它一般由排风装置、供水装置、捕集漆雾水濂和高压喷淋装置、风道等构成。 The painting cabinet is a kind of equipment that uses water to capture the paint mist. B． 水濂柜处理漆雾的基本过程B. THE BASIC PROCESS OF TREATING PAINTMIST BY WATER MIST CABINET

在排风机引力的作用下，含有漆雾的空气向水濂柜的内壁水濂板方向流动，一部分漆雾直接接触到水濂板上的水膜而被吸附，一部分漆雾在经过水濂板上淌下的锯齿水幕时被水濂冲刷掉，锯齿形水幕好处是把流水水幕充分打散，增加水幕与漆雾接触面积，增加漆雾捕集率。其余未被水膜和水濂捕捉到的残余漆雾在通过高压喷淋区时被清洗掉，对于其中的溶剂蒸气，由于其很难溶于水，则不能得到处理，仍要排入大气中造成污染，所以要另需设置专门的废气处理装置来处理排出的溶剂蒸气。

工作原理：当生产作业时，烟尘废气在风机牵引力的作用下进入高速混流导轨装置，烟尘废气在离心力的作用下进行气液乳化反应，在混流液的高速旋转状态下，烟尘废气与旋转液体充分混合吸收相溶增加烟尘比重，利用旋流装置设计好的离心力达到气液分离，分离后的气体进入环保填料吸附层，由于气流切向进入设备呈横向圆周运动，避免了旋流类设备纵向运动导致填料堵塞的故障现象！在填料层的上端，螺旋喷头喷出的对应溶剂均匀分布在填料上，由于填料的合理设计，烟尘废气浸透在填料的时间较长，废气与反应液在专用环保填料表面有充分的气液相溶反应时间，从而达到净化废气的目的。
