AUTOMATIC PHOSPHATING COATING LINE

Process flow of coating production line process flow of coating production line is divided into: pretreatment, powder spraying, heating and curing

PRODUCTION OF PRETREATMENT SECTION OF COATING PRODUCTION LINE There are two pretreatment processes: manual simple process and automatic pretreatment process. The latter is divided into automatic spray and automatic dip spray. Before powder spraying, the workpiece must be treated to remove oil and rust. In this section, there are many solutions, mainly including rust remover, oil remover, surface conditioner, phosphating agent and so on.

The quality of the pretreated workpiece should be different due to the different process flow of the pretreatment solution and the coating production line. For the workpieces with better treatment, the surface oil and rust shall be removed completely. In order to prevent rust again in a short time, the phosphating or passivation treatment shall be carried out in several processes after pretreatment: before powder spraying, the workpieces with phosphating shall also be dried to remove the surface moisture. Small batch single production, generally using natural air drying, sun drying, air drying. For mass flow operation, low temperature drying is generally adopted, and oven or drying path is adopted.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO CORE PRINCIPLE OF ELECTROSTATIC POWDER SPRAY GUN

A high-voltage electric field is formed at the nozzle by the high-voltage electrostatic generator. The powder picks up negative charges as it passes through the gun tip. The grounded workpiece carries positive charges. Relying on electrostatic attraction, the powder is uniformly adsorbed onto the workpiece surface, which is then sent into the oven for curing to form a coating film

MAIN FEATURES

With electrostatic adsorption, the powder transfer efficiency is significantly improved. Equipped with a powder recovery system, excess powder can be recycled and reused, greatly reducing material loss. Compared with traditional air spraying, it achieves outstanding powder saving performance.

A. 喷漆房水濂柜 A. THE PAINTING CABINET

The painting cabinet is a kind of equipment that uses water to capture the paint mist. The utility model is generally composed of an air exhaust device, a water supply device, a paint mist catching device, a high-pressure spraying device, an air duct, etc.

B. THE BASIC PROCESS OF TREATING PAINTMIST BY WATER MIST CABINET

That the air containing paint mist flows to the inner wall of the water mist cabinet under the action of the gravity of the exhaust fan, and part of the paint mist is adsorbed directly on the water film on the water mist panel, a part of the paint mist is washed off by the water mist when it passes through the saw-tooth water curtain running over the water mist board. The sāw-tooth water curtain has the advantage of dispersing the running water curtain sufficiently, increasing the contact area between the water curtain and the paint mist, and increasing the paint mist capture rate. The rest of the residual paint mist not captured by the water film and the water column is washed off as it passes through the high-pressure spray zone. The solvent vapors, which are difficult to dissolve in water, can not be treated and still have to be discharged into the atmosphere to cause pollution, therefore, it is necessary to set up a special waste gas treatment device to deal with the discharged solvent steam.

HYDROCYCLONE UNIT

Working principle: when the production is in operation, the flue gas enters the high-speed mixed flow guide device under the action of the fan traction, and the flue gas is subject to the gas-liquid emulsion reaction under the action of centrifugal force. Under the high-speed rotating state of the mixed flow liquid, the flue gas and the rotating liquid are fully mixed and absorbed to increase the proportion of the flue gas, and the centrifugal force designed by the swirl device is used to achieve the gas-liquid separation The separated gas enters into the adsorption layer of environmental protection packing. As the air flow enters the equipment in a transverse circular motion, the fault phenomenon of packing blockage caused by the longitudinal motion of swirl type equipment is avoided! At the upper end of the packing layer, the corresponding solvent ejected by the spiral nozzle is evenly distributed on the packing, due to the reasonable design of the packing, It takes a long time for smoke and gas to soak in the filler, and there is sufficient gas-liquid phase dissolving reaction time for waste gas and reaction liquid on the surface of special environmental protection filler, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying waste gas.
