YE3系列高效率三相异步电动机是在Y系列、Y2系列电动机基础上新设计的一般用途低压三相异步电动机基本系列。是Y、Y2系列电动机的升级换代产品。同时，该系列电动机效率指标符合GB18613-2020《电动机能效限定值及能效等级》中的3级效率的规定。

YE3系列高效率三相异步电动机系全封闭、外扇冷式、鼠笼型结构。具有设计新颖、结构紧凑，造型美观、效率和转矩高、起动转矩性能好、节能、噪声低、振动小、运行安全可靠等优点。

本系列机座范围63～355，功率等级和安装尺寸完全符合国际电工委员会（IEC）标准。该系列电动机额定电压380V，额定频率 S0H z ，防护等级IP55，冷却方式IC411风扇自冷，采用F级绝缘，海拔不超过1000米，温度 .15°C~40°C 的环境下连续运行。我公司还可以按用户要求设计、制造各种电压、各种频率、各种安装方式的电动机。

本系列电动机频率的变化范围为5～50Hz，通过调频达到调速。

本系列电动机的冷却方式为IC416时，带独立电源的轴流风机强制冷却。当冷却方式为IC411时，带与电动机共同旋转的外风扇自扇冷却。

概述

OVERVIEW

YBX3系列高效率隔爆型三相异步电动机（以下简称YBX3电机）是我公司开发设计的全封闭自扇冷式三相异步电动机。效率指标符合GB18613-2020《电动机能效限定值及能效等级》中的3级效率的规定。

本系列电动机符合国家标准GB3836.1《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分：通用要求》和GB3836.2《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第2部分：隔爆型“d”》的规定。同时其隔爆结构和参数的设计参照了IEC60079-1《电气设备隔爆外壳的结构和试验》和EN50018《爆炸性环境用电气设备“d"》。电动机制成隔爆型。防爆标志为ExdI、ExdⅡAT4、ExdⅡBT4、ExdⅡCT4，分别适用于煤矿井下固定式设备及工厂用ⅡA级、ⅡB级、ⅡC级，温度组别为T1 \tilde{} T4组的爆炸性气体混和物的场所。

本系列电动机功率等级和安装尺寸符合国际电工委员会（IEC）标准。且对应关系和YB、YB2系列相同，因此可以与YB、YB2电机互换。

本系列电动机的冷却方式IC411（GB/T1993）。

本系列电动机的主体外壳防护等级为IP55。
