Bendingperformance:Thecatheterisfixedonthebendingtest device.Useyour hand to slowlybend the catheter to theleft(90±5)°to returntotheverticalposition,and thenbend thecatheterto theright to (90±5)°toreturntotheverticalpositionbuy.Theoperationshouldbe repeatedmorethan3times,andthecathetershouldnotbeableto returntotheverticalpositionafterthetestthecatheterwasplaced and keptin thebendingpositionfor5min.After thetest,the cathetershould notbeleftwithoutadditionalamplificationundernormalorcorrected visionvisiblecracks,andthe cathetercanallow the corresponding gauge in its ownweight without anyfor the case of speed through, bendablemetal conduitsshouldmeetspecifications.

2.Shielding grounding testof connectionbetween catheter and catheter:

Inner wall insulation performance
The resistance of the thermosetting powder coating on the inner wall is not less than 5ooMΩ. Take the catheter with a length of 300mm and fix it on the test bench,use a megohm meter tokeep1minunder10ov.
Resistance to corrosion
Immersed in 1.186kg/L liquid copper solution,no copper precipitates appeared.
Penetration resistance (not suitable for basic products)
Waterproof pipe,bent into U shape,at room temperature,immersed in the water tank for72h,no water seepagephenomenon.
Flame retardant performance
The halogen-free waterproof type pipe burns for 30 seconds at the end of the pipe,and 60 seconds at the middle then evacuate the fire source,theflame should be automatically extinguished in 30s.
