物理和化学性能 Physical&chemical properties
1.比重
硬质合金比重随着钴含量增加而减小,碳化钨晶粒粒度大小不影响比重值。

2.热膨胀系数

The coeficient of thermal expan ryimportant factorwhen the cemented carbide isused in di eratures.Whencemented carbide is weldedto othermaterialssuchas soften prone to cracking.This crack is caused bythedifference intherma:mansioncoefficient.The thermal expasion coefficient of cemented carbide shoulcoe1/2-1/3ofthat of steel,which increases with the increase of cobalt content.

3.热传导系数

3.CoefficientofThermal Conductivity Inthehigh-temperature environment, the coefficient of thermal conductivity isa veryimportant factor,just like the coeficientof thermal expansion.The thermal conductivity coefficient of the cemented carbide mixed with carbideand cobalt grains is twice that of steel and becomessmallerasthe cobaltcontent increases.

5.耐氧化性
在高温大气(氧化性)环境下,硬质合金由于氧化作用易产生品质退化等问题。在氧化环境下,结合金属在低温状态下率先氧化,当温度超过 7 0 0 ^ { \circ } C 碳化钨也随之开始氧化。
因此在 7 0 0 ^ { \circ } C 以下的温度范围内结合金属的组成及数量决定了氧化控制因素,在 7 0 0 ^ { \circ } C 的高温领域,添加Tic、Tac等其它碳化物并调整WC晶粒粒度是有效的控制方法。
5.Oxiditive Resistance
Ina high temperature atmosphere (oxidizing environment), the quality of the cemented carbidecanbedegradedbyoxidation.Boundmetalsare first oxidized at lowtemperaturesinan oxidizing environment.When the temperature exceeds700C:tungstencarbidestartstooxidize.Therefore,inthetemperature below 7 0 0 ^ { \circ } C ,the composition and amount of binding metal determine the control factorsof oxidation.Inthe high temperature field of 7oo'C,toadd Tic andTaccarbidesandadjust theWC crystal granularity isan eectivecontrol method.

6.耐蚀性
硬质合金在不同的使用环境中(温度、湿度、溶液、各类结合金属、电能等都影响腐蚀因素)表现出不同的腐蚀现象。由于材料局部腐蚀使材料强度减弱。
因此,了解在不同环境下产生腐蚀的因素是非常有必要的。至于硬质合金耐蚀性,金属结合剂是主要原因。
6.Corrosion Resistance

7.孔隙度

以下是分类准则:
A类:孔隙度小于 1 0 \mu m ,划分为A02-08四个等级,合格范围:A02以下。
B类:孔隙度为10-14um,划分为B02-08四个等级,合格范围:B02以下。
C类:游离碳素孔度划分为C02-08四个等级,合格范围:C02以下。
7.Porosity
The porosityindicates that themicrohole is the state of themicrostructure of thecemented carbide.When thecemented carbide isproducedbypowdermetallurgy,porositycan sometimesleadtothedeteriorationofthestrengthof thealoyandthedefectofthesurface. Inordertocontainandeliminate the pores,ourcompany has takenmeasures to improve thesystemand process,developed the pressure sintering furnaceand hot isostaticpressing sintering (liPS) equipment,porosity haspassed theaccuratedetection of high precisionby Super HardTool Associationstandard、CIS-Oo6B standard test (cementedcarbide porosity classificationstandard).

\mathsf { A } : theporosityislessthan1Oum,divided intoAO2-o8 four grades,thequalifiedrange.<A02 B:porosityis10-14um,isdividedIntoBo2-08fourgrades,thequalifiedrange:<B02 C:free carbon pore size isdivided into four grades Co2-O8,qualified range:<C02.
