A kind of metal pipe for cable protection formed by welding and spraying zinc of conventional hot-dipgalvanizedsteel belt isselected,whichcannotformthread connection andshouldnotbe cold bent.The steel pipe is connected by pinch type,usually called"KBG".(double-sided zinc layer closeto >=709/m^{2}±10%

1, the inner weld burr is low,both ends of the pipe are chamfered by flat head,and the insulation layerofthewireisnotdamaged.
2. The wallthickness of the pipe is thinner and the pipe body is light.It is not suitable for cold bendingandembeddeduse.
3,anti-corrosionperformance is general, should not be exposed by acid rain immersion,not suitableforthesouthernclimateoutdoorareaorwetplacetouse.

It is mainly applicable to the general civil,industrial,commercial and public buildings dry ventilation places of electricalline ceiling,bright application pipeline engineering.

MEDIUMDUTY GALVANIZED STEELCONDUIT

It is a kind of metal pipe for wire protection with thread connection and easy cold bending formed by welding and zinc spraying of high qualityhot dip galvanized steel belt.When it is connected by sleeve tight type, it is usually called"JDG" steel pipe. (double-sided zinc layer close to ≥70g/m±10%;Zinc layerthickeningto175g/m)

2,steelmaterial suitable forcoldbending construction,canform threads,canwithstandmedium pressure. 3, anti-corrosion performance is general, should not be exposed by acid rain immersion, not suitable for thesouthernclimateoutdoorareaorwetplacetouse.

It ismainly applicable to thePUBLIC,industrial,commercial and publicbuildings dry andventilated places of electrical lines andpipelines in open compress,ceiling and dark compress embedded engineering.

Key Performance Technical Indicators

Corrosionresistance test:Soak in copper sulfate solution for 5min+After5Seach square centimeter of surface after the test is no more than two blue spots, any blue spot should be ≤1.5 mm. Pressure test (medium):catheter under 750N pressure after force, the difference of outer diameter change does not exceed 10%， appearance No cracks appear.

Bending test:The catheter is subjected toa (90±5) ° bending test the pipe itself and zinc layer do not apearcrack, take offfll, weld seam i t cracking,section isnot excessive deformation. Internal surface requirements: the internal weld should be smooth,weld height <0.2mm, the innerwallzincayeisunifomnoleakagelating, no obvious zinc slag.

HEAVYDUTY GALVANIZED STEELCONDUIT

Selectthehighqualityprecisionweldedsteelpipeaftertheinnerwallisscraped andstraightenedbyhot dipgalvanizing process,the inner andouterwall of zinc layerblown to uniform,especially the innerwall is smooth andnozincresidue,etc..Theweldedpipeiscoveredwith thickzinclayer 360° inalldirections, whichgreatlyimprovestheservicelifeof thepipe.According totheBritishstandardBScorrosionresistance class classification,usually referred to as"Bs"heavyfour grade corrosionresistant steel conduit.(usually Zinclayercontent >=3009/m^{2})
