关于我们

浙江星宝线业有限公司成立于2019年11月15日，公司注册资金1200万元,位于黄泽镇工业功能区，是一家集加工、制

线、纺织品进出口贸易为一体的综合高品质线业生产企业。

公司一期项目投产各种纤维加捻设备356台套，已形成年加工生产各类高品质线100000吨以上的生产规模。星宝线业

的加捻设备涉及18个机型，完全覆盖了化纤纱线行业的所有捻线工艺流程。

实现：1.全国最大的胚线加工企业之一，2.行业覆盖高强涤纶，锦纶（FDY,DTY在工艺上彻底实现无油污接触、大卷装

省工、降原材料浪费等关键品质和成本指标，使纱线产品风格更具完美。在环境保护、清洁生产、节能减排降耗方面，取得

了极好的经济效益和社会效益。

不仅如此，星宝线业通过整合资源，由集团公司——东星纺机的技术团队为支撑，以6项发明专利、60项实用新型专利

为技术保障，已完全驾驭各种规格、各种要求的纱线的定制要求。星宝纱线已投产的加捻设备，其关键技术在于智能控制与

自动化的结合，设备全部采用数字及PLC控制系统，并配有智能终端。单锭信息采集，对生产过程无漏点、无缝全程控制，

全过程检测、监测纱业品质；加捻设备借助远程控制系统，实现了设备的远程诊断、修复和升级，特别是智能换管、捻度控

制、纱线检测、自动落纱等功能，大大提高了生产效率和故障预防，星宝线业无人化工厂的生产模式，最大限度地降低了纱

线生产的人工成本。因此，星宝线业完全有能力以低成本服务于客户的高要求。

million RMB, Zhejiang Xingbao Thread Industry Co., Ltd. is located in the Huangze Industrial Functional Zone. It is a

comprehensive high-quality thread manufacturer integrating processing, yarn twisting and textile import & export trade.

The company’s Phase I project has put into operation 356 sets of various fiber twisting equipment, achieving an

annual production capacity of over 100,000 tons of high-quality yarns. Xingbao Thread Industry’s twisting equipment

covers 18 models, fully supporting all twisting processes in the chemical fiber yarn sector.

Achievements:1. One of China’s largest raw yarn processors.2. The product portfolio covers high-tenacity polyester

and polyamide yarns (FDY, DTY). Technologically, the production realizes oil-free contact, large package winding to cut

labor input and reduce raw material waste, delivering superior yarn performance. Great economic and social benefits

have been attained in environmental protection, clean production, energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Furthermore, backed by the technical team of its group company Dongxing Textile Machinery, Xingbao

Thread Industry has secured technological support from 6 invention patents and 60 utility model patents.

The company is fully capable of customized yarn production for diverse specifications and requirements.

The core advantage of its twisting equipment lies in the integration of intelligent control and automation.

All machines adopt digital and PLC control systems equipped with intelligent terminals. Single-spindle data

collection enables full, uninterrupted monitoring and quality inspection throughout production. With a remote

control system, the twisting machines support remote diagnosis, maintenance and upgrade. Functions including

automatic tube changing, twist control, yarn inspection and automatic doffing greatly boost productivity and

fault prevention. Adopting the production model of unmanned workshops, Xingbao Thread Industry minimizes

labor costs in yarn manufacturing, enabling it to meet customers’ high standards at competitive costs.
