As an executive board member and Copper Committee member of the International Wrought Copper Council (IWCC) ,
Boway Alloy is the main formulator of national and industry standards for strips, bars and wires in China, and has undertaken the preparation of 28 national standards and 18 industry standards for copper alloy bars and wires in China, contributing
to the rapid development of the alloy material industry.
STANDARD SETTING
The high-conductivity high-temperature-resistant chromium-zirconium-copper alloy (patent for invention: ZL200710069551.3) and
copper-nickel-silicon alloy are applied to the conducting bars, end rings and other core parts of high-speed traction motors of high-speed
trains, solving the problem of high-temperature softening of high-speed rail traction motors.
The high-strength and high- corrosion-resistant aluminum bronze alloy new materials developed by boway (patent for invention:
ZL201310117324.9) are used in the ship industry and have excellent corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and seawater. They
are applied to the abrasion-resistant structural components for ships like bearings, shaft sleeves, gears, turbines and valve seats, solving the
extreme pressure bearing problem of deep-sea operations.
The high-wear-resistant manganese brass alloy material (patent for invention: ZL201210452008.2) is at the forefront of the industry and is
applied to the core components for construction machinery manufacturing. With high-wear-resistance, high strength and excellent use
performance, the product solves the problems of high wear of construction machinery and greatly improves mechanical operation efficiency
and service life.
Such high-strength and high-conductivity alloy materials for smart interconnection high-transmission as copper-nickel-phosphorus alloy
boway 70318 (patent for invention: zl20161610027357.8), chromium-chromium-copper alloy boway 18150 (patent for invention:
ZL201510976079.6) facilitates the high-transmission, anti-interference and high heat dissipation of consumer electronics.
The developed high-strength and high-conductivity alloys such as copper-iron-phosphorus alloy boway 19400 and boway 70250 have
excellent high-temperature softening resistance. They are used to the core components of semiconductors, feature small size, light weight,
less outgoing lines and welding points and long service life, facilitate the small space of high computing power of chips, and provide high
reliability guarantee for high-speed operation of big data centers and cloud servers.

The pure copper is produced by the direct conversion of
selected refined cathodes and castings under carefully
controlled conditions to prevent contamination of oxygen and
other impurities. They exhibit very high electrical and thermal
conductivity, good corrosion resistance and solderability.
They have inherent fabrication qualities that readily allow it to
be bent, soldered, drilled, welded, and formed to fit almost
any design specification. Due to extremely low content of
oxygen, PWHC985 is suitable to gas welded or high-temperature brazed without embrittlement or \"gassing\" when heating
in a reducing atmosphere.

CHARACTERISTICS/特点
适用于铜和磷铜的氩弧焊,也可用于钢的炉中钎焊,钢和铸
铁件表面堆焊;如果焊缝金属中允许含锡,也可以用来焊接
紫铜。
It is suitable for argon arc welding of copper and phosphor bronze, and can also be used for furnace brazing
of steel, and surfacing welding of steel and iron
castings. If tin is allowed in the weld metal, it can also
be used to weld red copper.
APPLICATION TARGET/应用范围
bwCuSn10 belongs to tin bronze welding wire. The addition of
tin improves the wear resistance, but expands the range of
liquidus and solidus, thus increasing the solidification time of
weld metal and increasing the hot embrittlement tendency. It
has high hardness and good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water.
bwCuSn10 属于锡青铜焊丝,锡的加入提高耐磨性,但扩大了液相
线和固相线的范围,从而增加了焊缝金属的凝固时间,增大了热脆倾
向。其硬度高,在大气和淡水中有良好的耐蚀性。

CHARACTERISTICS/特点
适用于铜合金的焊接,特别适用于黄铜和钢的对接焊。用于
大厚度焊件焊接时建议预热,在钢材堆焊时使用脉冲氩弧
焊。
Suitable for welding copper alloy, especially for butt
welding of brass and steel. Preheating is recommended for welding thick weldments, and pulsed argon arc
welding is used for steel surfacing.

CHARACTERISTICS/特点
适合黄铜和钢的对接焊,特别适合铜雕像修复焊接。在钢材
多层焊接时使用脉冲氩弧焊,焊大件时需预热。
Suitable for butt welding of brass and steel, especially
for repair welding of bronze statues. Pulse argon arc
welding is used in multi-layer welding of steel, and
preheating is required when welding large pieces.
