●零点拉钉搭配零点卡盘实现快速模式起定位、夹紧、受⼒等作⽤，具备⾼精度、⾼强度、稳定性好、操作简单等优点。
●拉钉具有不同功能安装在托盘使⽤，客⼾可根据实际需要来选择合适的拉钉类型。

将定位拉钉安装于切换板上安装槽内，补偿拉钉安装于另一个安装槽内。 Install the positioning spigot in the mounting slot on the switch plate and the compensating spigot in the other mounting slot.

Self Centering Vises
⾃定⼼虎钳
⾃定⼼⼿动夹持虎钳，可以应对多⽤途。
Self-centering vise can cope with multiple uses.
技术特点 Technical features
1. 啮合⻮，左右夹爪钳⼝上均设有啮合⻮，提⾼胚料夹持稳定性。
2. 正⾯光⾯夹持，⽤于夹持⼯件⾯有要求的产品，避免夹伤出现夹痕或划伤。
3. 螺纹孔，⽤于⼯件定位块固定使⽤。
4. 精密T 型导轨设计，有效保证夹持精度及刚性。
5. 带密封性设计的丝杆定心装置，重复夹持精 ± 0 . 0 2 \mathsf {mm } . 。
6. 分夹位定位口, 用于分夹位使用。
7. 丝杆材质采用马氏体不锈钢调质硬化处理，并采用先进涂层工艺, 提供产品耐磨性、腐蚀性, 丝杆两端设计内外六角扳手位，可使用外六角套筒扳手及内六角扳手
扭动锁紧使用。
8. 底座侧面设有夹持槽, 运用于自动化。
9. 配备有定位拉钉, 用于快换基准板系统中进行定位夹持。
10. 主体两侧斜面排水排屑结构设计，材质马氏体不锈钢调质硬化处理, 并采用先进氮化技术工艺处理, 增加刚性、耐磨、防腐性。
11. M5 螺纹孔，用于安装 RFID 芯片。
12. 反面光面夹持, 夹持已加工过工件面/ 不可压花工件面。
13. 夹爪一体结构高刚性设计, 可正反调换使用, 并延展夹持行程, 材质马氏体不锈钢调质硬化处理，采用先进氮化技术工艺处理，增加产品刚性、耐磨、防腐性。
14. 带预紧力可消除配合间隙, 有效提高虎钳夹持精度稳定性。

6.The positioning port of the sub-clamp position is used for the use of the sub-clamping position.
7.The lead screw is made of martensitic stainless steel through quenching and tempering hardening treatment., and surface is treated with DLC to improve the
wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the product and ensure the service life of the product.The hexagon wrench positions at both ends can be used with
hexagon socket wrenches and hexagon wrenches to twist a lock.
8.There are clamping slots on the side of the base for automation.
9.Equipped with locating drawbars for positioning clamping in quick-change reference plate systems.
10.The main body of the vise is made of stainless steel martensitic vacuum heat treatment to improve the hardness. wear resistanceand rigidity of the product,
and QPQ treatment is done to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance to ensure the service life of the product.The design of the inclined surface
drainage and chip removal structure on both sides of the main body can ensure the stability of the accuracy of th product.

13.The one-piece clamp is made of alloy stainless steel to improve the rigidity of the transmission, and the surface is treated with DLC toimprove the wear

14.The preload device can eliminate the mating gap and effectively improve the stability of the vise's clamping accuracy.
