产品说明：镁钢耐火排烟风管板全称（硫氧镁无机胶凝复合彩钢覆面耐火型消防排烟管道板）是消防排烟专用板，面层由单面或者双面彩钢，芯材由硫氧镁板复合而成。是一种绿色、环保的新型消防排烟产品。它与其它类型的排烟风管相比，具有防火、耐火、防水、抗折、隔热、隔音、无毒和质轻、外型美观，施工工艺简单，制作方便。
产品独特特性：
●镁钢耐火风管采用了硫氧镁板与彩钢复合工艺，解决了消防排烟风管的防火及耐火极限(隔热性及完整性)的要求。
●防火性能优异：镁钢耐火排烟风管采用的生产工艺由芯材和面层复合组成，芯材采用（不燃性A1级）无机材料面层采用彩钢覆面使用耐火胶粘接形成，使它具有良好的耐火性能。检测证明，它具有超过1200C的耐火能力。14mm厚板耐火时间≥1H。 20mm厚板耐火时间≥2H。通过国家防火建筑材料质量监督检验中心的测试，镁钢耐火风管板满足防火标准GB8624-2006，GB/T20285-2006，GB/T5464-2010 的要求。

●保温隔热性能：镁钢耐火风管板芯材使用防火阻燃保温颗粒作为填充物，起到一定的隔热效果，通过耐火极限测试，当外部温度达到1000°c时，风管内侧温度恒定在180°c，完全符合设计要求的隔热性。
●防腐防酸无毒：镁钢耐火风管芯材是由氧化镁、硫酸镁等无机矿物质材料组成，具有防腐蚀、防酸碱，无射性物质，保证在潮湿的地下室环境下风管不变形，风化。
●优越性：彩钢板与硫氧镁板复合，解决了目前消防排烟系统难题，单镀锌铁皮风管使用消防排烟系统耐火极限达不到1小时，并且镀锌钢板风管无消声性能，必须加装消声器，导热系数大，无保温隔热性能，需另外加包保温层，不适合在空气潮湿性大的环境使用、在此种环境使用易腐蚀生锈。使用硫氧镁芯材可以解决隔热、吸音、防火。复合一起完美解决这些问题。

温度适应性强
镁晶复合风管适用的温度范围比较广，可在高、低温(-140℃至150℃)条件下使用，而不像其他一些复合风管，只能在50℃温度下使用。
