BD-600L铝箔盒片膜封口机采用间隙运转方式，电器采用日本三菱可编程逻辑控制器，具有人工放盒、自动灌装、吸片膜、两道热封、推出盒等功能。本机采用智能数字显示温度控制系统控制封口温度，温度误差小于 / 2 % ，封口强度高，密封性好。整机采用日本三菱可编程逻辑控制系统，机身采用外包不锈钢设计，符合相关的食品卫生标准。设备的执行零部件采用气动控制系统，简化了机械结构，故障率明显降低，机器的运转更加平稳、安全。灌装无喷溅及泄漏，封口质量极佳，大大提高了设备的生产效率和使用寿命。

The BG-4 aluminum foil box film sealing machine adopts the gap operation mode, and the electrical appliance adopts the Japanese Mitsubishi programmable logic controller. It has the functions of manual box placement,automaticfiling,suctionfim,two heatsealing,and ejection of the box.This machine adopts intelligent digital display temperature control systemto control the sealing temperature, the temperature error is less than ± 2 % . the sealing strength is high,and the sealing performance is good. The whole machine adopts Japan's Mitsubishi programmable logic control system, and the body adopts outsourcing stainless steel design,which meets the relevant food hygiene standards.The execution parts of the equipment adopt a pneumatic control system, which simplifies the mechanical structure, significantly reduces the failure rate,and makes the operation of the machine more stable and safer. The filing has no splashing and leakage, and the sealing quality is excellent, which greatly improves the production efficiencyand service life of the equipment.

结构和原理 Structureand principle

StructureThe

whole machine is composed of frame, filling system, suction film, heat sealing and other parts. Manually put the box on the aluminum plate.After the aluminum plate advances to a working position, it will work during filling, filmsuctionand thermal contract,and finally the finished product will be output.

Heating system: composed of intelligent temperature controller, heating element, solid state relay, thermocouple, heat sealing temperature can be adjusted (30-250C)

Aluminumplatedrivesystem: It iscomposed of motor,reducer,divider,etc.Thismachine adopts three-phase 380V, 50HZ AC power supply, air compressor 2m3/h.

Principle and use

Set the "Power"switch to "On",and the power indicator on the control panel lights up. Connect the air source of the external air compressor, adjust the pressure of the air filter to 0.70Mpa, (preset at the factory),at this time the actuators of the equipment should all be in the original working position. (That is,the drive cylinders should all be in the inside position). Place the film on the film holder and put the bowl into the cup dropper.

结构

整机由机架、灌装系统、吸片膜、热封口等部件组成。人工放盒子到铝板，铝板前进一个工作位置后、灌装、吸片膜、热合同时工作，最后成品输出。

加热系统：由智能温度控制仪、发热元件、固态继电器、热电偶组成，热封温度可以调整 (30-250℃)

铝板驱动系统：由电机、减速机、分割器等组成。本机采用三相380V、50HZ交流电源，空气压缩机2m3/h。

原理及使用

将"电源"开关置"开"，控制面板上的电源指示灯亮。接通外置空气压缩机的气源，将空气过滤器的压力调至0.70Mpa，（出厂时已预设），此时设备的执行机构应全部处于原始工作位置。（即驱动气缸应该全部处于里面位置）。将片膜置于膜架上并把碗放进落杯器里面。
