1、确定方案：常用木纹砖的铺贴方式，除了与传统的陶瓷墙地砖一样的井子形中规中矩，横平竖直的铺贴方法外，木纹砖还有人 字形、工字形、斜形菱线等铺贴方法。铺贴方式可谓是多种多样，各有千秋，所以一定要与设计师一起先确定方案。
2、找平：所谓找平，即时在铺木纹砖前，应对铺贴的建筑物地面或墙面表面进行处理。如地面、内墙、外墙等。消除表面的附着 物，用半湿水泥沙混合铺平。
3、弹线：弹线即是指用一段长的细线，涂上白灰货墨汁，确定砖的中轴线，然后按线铺贴。
4、选砖：要看计划铺的砖的品种，挑选出来分门别类放好。比如说铺地木纹砖、上墙的木纹砖、地脚线的木纹砖等要区分开来， 以免铺起来弄混了。
5、浸砖：木纹砖与抛光砖、仿古砖一样要浸泡水，要用自来水或清水，不能用浑水或脏水，更不能用油污水；浸泡时间不需太长 时间，也就是说，泡湿即可。（瓷片则一定要泡透才能铺贴）
6、混浆：水泥沙应以1：2的比例混合，应采用标号低于200的水泥，标号太高的水泥会对木纹砖形成内应拉力，严重的会拉裂木 纹砖。
7、涂浆：取出浸泡好的木纹砖，擦干木纹砖的水渍，将水泥浆均匀涂抹在木纹砖背面，砂浆厚度在2-3厘米，随即将木纹砖往地 面水泥沙面上铺，用木锤轻轻敲击木纹砖砖面，直至铺平平整、对线整齐为止。
8、铺贴：铺贴要注意木纹砖纹理顺序，注意看木纹砖砖底标示箭头等，木锤敲打避免空敲，力量要均衡，用力避免过大或过小。 最好应用铺砖用的塑料十字架，这样可以更好给木纹砖定位。木锤敲打木纹砖缝反溢的水泥浆用海绵或抹布抹平即可。高档的木纹 砖一般缝隙小于1毫米，不需专门填缝。
9、修整：木纹砖铺好，水泥还未完全干透，即可用肉眼观察或用水平尺测量，按照标准对木纹砖进行修整。检查砖铺贴的平整度， 砖缝直线度等。发现问题，马上修整，严重的撬开木纹砖重新铺贴。
10、填缝：如要填缝则待水泥干了后用铁钩勾缝，再配以搭配颜色的填缝剂填缝。 1.Determinethesheme:Thecommonpavingmethodofwood-grainbricksisnotonlythewell-shapedandregularhorizontal andverticalpvingmetdlitraditiolmicallndlootilsutorngbo-adeod lineandotherpavingmethods.Itmaybesaidthatthewayofpavingisavarietyof,eachhasitsownmerits,sowemustdecide theplan togetherwith thedesigner.
2,leveling:thesaledlevelingimmediatelyeforetepavingofwodbrickshouldbepastedontheildngfloororwal surfacetreatmentuchsroundnterialseriorwaltcemoefeacmentsnlnitet waterand sediment.
3,elasticline:elasticliereferstolonfinelinecoatedwititeinkdeterinethecentralaisoftebrickandpste according to the line.
4,choosebrick:wanttoseethevarietyofthebickthattheplanspreadschoosetocomeoutclassifyputwellForinstance thewoodgainicofodgnickttspreadsgoundrickalorlioulderetatestsprdei 5,dipbrick:woodgrainrickandplishedrickntiqebcktoakwatertousetapwateroreanateranotueuddy waterordirtywaterbutalsocannotuseoilsewage;Soakingtimedoesnotneedtobetoolong,thatistosaysoakingwet. (Thetilesmustbesoaked throughbefore being laid)
6.Slurymixing:waterandsedimentshouldbemixedinaratioof1:2.Cement withalabeloflssthan2O0should beused. 7.Grouting:takeoutthesoakedwoodbricks,wipeoffthewaterstainsofthewoodbricks,evenlyapplythecementslurryon theback of thewood bricks,with themortar thickness of 2 - 3 \mathsf {cm } ,thenspread thewoodbricks to thewaterandsand surface of theground,and gentlyknock the wood hammeronthewoodbricksurfaceuntilitissmoothand neat.
8.Paving:Payatentiontothetexturesequenceofwoodgrainbricksandthemarkofarrowonthebottomofwoodgrainbricks. Avoidemptynockingithoodhammeralancetheforceandavoidtoomuchortoolitleforce.It'sesttoseaplastic crosforbricklayinghichileterpositionthewoodgrainbricks.Awoodenhammerstrikesthebacflowofemntsurry betweenwoodgrainbrickjointsandflatersitwithaspongeorrag.Generalgapofhigh-gradewoodgrainbrickislessthan1 millimeter,donot need special fill seam.
9.Finishing:Whenthewoodgrainbricksarelaidandthecementisnotcompletelydry,thewoodgrainbrickscanbedressed accordingtothestandardbyvisualobservationorhorizontalmeasurement.Checktheflatnessoftileplacement,straightness oftilejoints,etc.Findtheproblem,immediatelyrepair,seriouslypryopenthewood-grainbrickandre-laypaste.
10.Seamfllng:Ifyouwanttoflltheseam,useionhooktomarktheseamafterthecementdriesndthnmaththecolorof the seamfilling agent.
